Absolutely loved the house!

Everything you could possibly need inside! From washing up liquid to kitchen utensils! Very well thought out & the house itself was so Spanish & perfect! My only advice was to consider getting heating for the pool as the north of the islands weather isn’t always warm like the south therefor the pool was too cold we didn’t even get use it which was such a shame. Hosts are very helpful though with anything else you need

schöner, entspannter Urlaub mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern

Das Haus und der Garten hatte alles was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie brauchten. Das Haus selber liegt im Norden und weiter weg vom großen Tourismus, was von uns auch so geplant war. Man kommt von dort aus sehr gut mit dem Auto überall hin. Lobenswert zu erwähnen ist die Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters. Wir wurden immer wieder gefragt ob uns was fehlt, bzw. ob wir noch etwas brauchen und der Pool wurde alle drei Tage gesäubert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

La Alpispa is an awesome place to be and it is even more beautiful then you can see on the photos!

Our stay was unforgetable. We began nearly each day with breakfast in the sun (if the temperature was fine). We could relax in and next to the pool. We did some barbecue. The Check In was flawless at the evening. Victor explained all basic information and the communication before and meanwhile our stay was always perfect. He even offered beach towels we asked for although he did not have to. We absolutely recommend this place and would always come back. We definitely needed to rent a car to be flexible enough here, but the highway is just a 5 minutes ride away from the house, so we were always fast everywhere! Victor: Thank you very much that we could stay here. Just one improval proposal: A dish washer would have made the stay not to top in regard to luxury! :)

We loved it

We loved the house. It's better than the pictures. It has 3 large bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The living room is large. The garden is spacious. The house is in a local residential environment. The terrace is excellent for the meals. Two good restaurants are within walking distance. It is absolutely excellent for a small group who wants to live a little outside of the tourist resorts. You need a car. Then it takes only 15 minutes to reach the beautiful beach of La Laya. Also quite short to Las Palmas. Bus is possible. The host is very nice and service minded. He is also easy to contact by phone and email.

Where do I start from Victor the owner picking us up at the airport to a massive basket of fruit and fresh juices in the fridge all types of tea and coffees the villa is beautiful beds are so comfy with an extra two changes of bedding and towel the large lawn with the fab pool the privacy and the peace and quiet was so tranquility your wanting an away from it all this is the ideal place but also within easy access to last Palmas which is only about 15mins drive away all I can say this was the holiday we wanted and la Allison fulfilled every aspect

Ländliches Ferienhaus bei Las Palmas

Großzügiges Haus mit eigenem Gartenreich. Schöner Pool, ca. 8m. Ländlich in sehr ansprechender Umgebung, nicht weit von Las Palmas. Zufahrt nicht ganz einfach, mit etwas Übung aber kein Problem. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter.
