Offering a barbecue and spectacular views of the mountain “Velebit“ and the sea, Maria Apartments is situated in Starigrad-Paklenica in the Zadar County Region. Villa is close to the city center, parks, art and culture, with many restaurants, coffee shops, catering and clubs. You’ll love this resort because of the views, the location, and the people. It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups. It is a peaceful and a quiet place with clear sea and a picturesque mountain view surrounded by trees and nature.

Villa provides five similar apartments. Each apartment contains a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two people, kitchen with all supplies and a bathroom with a shower.

The Deluxe apartment (exceptional apartment with infinity pool and a private beach in beachfront villa) is the biggest and contains a bedroom with a double bed and a terrace overlooking the sea, mountains and the pool. A lounger and a coffee table is provided on the terrace. The bedroom also has a private bathroom with a walk in shower and a hairdryer.
The living room contains two sofa beds for two persons and features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. It also has access to an even bigger terrace provided with a lounger and a terrace table with chairs. Both terraces are equipped with quality Italian sunshades which protect you from the strong sun even if you believe there is never too much sun on vacation. :)
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. A fridge and a stovetop are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Bed linen is provided in the apartment. There are two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room and during winter period, a fireplace is available at your service. A washing machine in the laundry (in the basement) can also be used. Bed linen is provided in each apartment.

Everything is new and modern, well-equipped with high quality materials. Each apartment is characterized by a great view.

The villa is next to the sea and has a private beach with loungers. The stairs lead to the beach through a nicely decorated yard. There is also a new heated swimming pool with wooden loungers and sunshades. Next to the swimming pool is a fireplace/barbecue with a summer kitchen with all the accessories you will need. Under the pool there is a new sauna with all contents and a training ground.
Near the shore there is a pergola / summerhouse with a small kitchen for coffee / tea making and a fridge in which you can keep your drink and cool down during the hot weather.

We also offer our guests homemade wine, olive oil and rakija (traditional foods from this area, Dalmatia), prsut and kulen from Slavonia (the Croatian region known for its excellent food). We get domestic products from all parts of Croatia.

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on the site. Maria Apartments also includes a sun terrace, a new infinity swimming pool and a private beach with loungers.
Zadar Airport is 40 km from the resort and International International Airport Split 170 km.

Paklenica National Park is 2.9 km away from the resort. It is characterized by its magnificent forests, untouched nature, magnificent landscapes and various plant and animal species. What attracts visitors the most is mountaneering. International Climbers Meeting has been taking place in Paklenica National Park for the last 17 years. 7 out of 11 Winnetou films were filmed close to Starigrad Paklenica. The town offers organized tours of film locations. Tourist Board of Starigrad Paklenica County organises trips to various locations, such as even 3 sites which are on UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites located in the immediate vicinity. Those are, the most famous Croatian National Park- Plitvice Lakes National Park, the Cathedral of St. James in Šibenik and the historic town of Trogir. Some other offered activities for tourists are Velebit Jeep Safari, rafting on the rapids of river Zrmanja, visits to caves such as “Cerovac caves“, a protected geomorphological natural landmark near the small town of Gračac.
