Hillcrest is a fabulous family holiday home but is equally welcoming to couples wanting space to relax and breathe! It has 4 bedrooms; one king size bedroom with en-suite shower room that also has a wash basin and WC, a double bedroom with estuary views, a twin bedroom with estuary views and another twin bedroom with garden views. There are a further 2 bathrooms for guest use.
The kitchen is large and very well-equipped to easily self-cater for a family of 8. There are two reception rooms; one is off the kitchen and has a large dining table and also a sofa and armchairs around a wood burner. The second living room has plenty of soft seating with large Smart TV. The patio doors lead out onto the terraced patio which takes you around the house and up into the sunny, tiered, ample garden.
The glorious, sandy Hayle beach is accessible by foot and is just 5-10 minutes away. Hayle’s shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. Hayle’s harbour is a very pleasant stroll from the house too and the views of the estuary are breathtaking.
Please be aware that there are steps between the different levels of the garden so small children would need to be mindfully watched!

There is private parking for 3 to 4 cars and is directly outside the house.
2 x well-behaved dogs (up to 18kgs) are welcome. A pet fee applies of £50 per pet per week which we collect from guests once the property is booked (terms and conditions apply). Please let us know the age, sex and breed when booking.

Excellent Location Good house Garden needs some TLC
The location for us was amazing with the beach and a nice walk on the doorstep - Good car parking - House lovely - homely and comfortable - Garden and outside needs some TLC - gate on front garden would be good and grass needs cutting - general brush and tidy up outside
A fabulous spacious place for my husband and I along with our two dogs. We needed a place with a separate room where my husband could work online during the week. This has worked perfectly for us. Great location, super clean, well equipped kitchen and dog friendly. Highly recommended.
Lovely house in a convenient location close to the beach and shops. Clean, spacious and well equipped with very comfy beds. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for family or friends. Great communication with clear instructions for access etc.
Well equipped centrally situated house which provides everything needed to enjoy a holiday in the South West. Comfortable beds, beautifully laundered bedding and good size bath towels. All those “little extras” provided to get you started on your holiday. A good week enjoyed by all.
The house is inviting and in a great location. Loads of space for our 4yr old grandson to play indoors and with a lovely enclosed garden. Beds are very comfortable, only one thing could improve our visit, a tumble drier. We visited out of season and found drying indoors made the house feel a little damp.
Nice property, conveniently located near to the beach for walks from the door and Asda available a short distance away. Good combination of rooms for 2 families and enough space for different activities. Good kitchen facilities, although for the keen cook a few items were missing like big pans for feeding 8 and no wooden spoons however Asda came up trumps with some cheap stop gaps.
Nice warm house and good clean rooms etc. Shame the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy more of the outside. Would happily recommend

Just perfect
The house is perfect for a family get together. The furniture is of very good quality. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday in walking distance of a beautiful beach. I can't wait to return.
