About Sue Perrault
Mark and Sue are realtors in the Denver area. We love what we do, helping people find their dream home. When we are not out selling houses we love to get out and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer! Our great loft is located steps from Coors Field and loads of world class restaurants. We love biking down the Cherry Creek bike path or enjoying a Broadway show at the world renowned Denver Center for the Performing Arts. We also enjoy how quickly we can pop up to the mountains for a hike or a day of skiing! This location can't be beat!
Sue Perrault purchased this Apartment in 1999
Why Sue Perrault chose Five Points
We enjoy everything about this loft and being in the center of all the action. The vibrancy of this area is simply fabulous, there is never a dull moment or lack of something to do. Even if that means sipping wine on the deck or strolling down the nearby bike path. Amazing world class restaurants, live music, breweries and coffee shops are as near as across the street or a couple blocks away. The nearby RiNo area was just named the top new neighborhood for foodies. Coffee at Mattina's across the street, a beer at Breckenridge Brewery, pancakes at Snooze, sushi at IFish or game at Blake St Tavern. And that's all in the same block!

Great location for baseball season!
Good location, nice building in a very walkable area of the city. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to items we needed addressed. We found the property to be adequate for our needs, but there are some suggestions we would share. First, make sure that renters understand there is no central A/C in the unit. Had we been clear on that it would definitely have affected our decision to rent the unit. With fans running we could (for the most part) keep the temperature at a tolerable level. We found that the traffic noise level with the windows open (no A/C) was very annoying, though we eventually got used to it. Lastly, a small item...but owners should consider providing ROUND plates that fit into the microwave. Square dishes were lovely but not possible to use them with microwave.
Beautiful spot right next to coots field.
The property was hip, clean and secure. Walking distance to all of downtown and restaurants. The owners are kind and communicate quickly if there are any questions. I loved staying here and would return again!
So fun having you stay John, glad you enjoyed it!
I stayed in Sue's loft for 6 fantastic months! The perfect location to live in Denver. You can walk to pretty much anywhere you want, LoDo or RiNo. The loft is very nice and Sue has everything you could ever need. Washer and dryer are great. TV options are endless. Easy drive to DIA or take the light rail from 38th and Blake station. Sue is a great host and can help you with any questions you might have. I lived in Denver for 11 years but decided to move back to my hometown in Ohio. I could not have asked for a better place to stay my last 6 months in Denver!
Fun location,. great loft!
If you want a great location where you can get out and walk to many things in Denver, this is the place! I stayed here for 3 months and really felt I got to know the city. It is right near the baseball park, if you are a baseball fan, a few blocks from their 16th ST. Mall, where there are tons of restaurants, and if you don’t feel like going that far there are plenty of places right near the loft.
The loft itself is nicely decorated and well supplied, with a convenient parking space., Sue was easy to work with in the rental process. In fact I was supposed to move out earlier as part of my relocation, but extended my rent an extra month when the chance came up!
Loved my stay!
Our loft is located in the heart of downtown Denver, close to shopping, award winning restaurants, biking and hiking trails, cultural activities, golf courses and tons of fun recreational activities. This is Colorado at its finest, walk to hundreds of amazing restaurants and bars, fabulous nightlife and steps to Coors Field. Minutes to skiing and hiking, you really cannot beat this location!
