Holiday home Rossi is situated in Primosten Burnji - Draga, only 6km (3,75 miles) away from the beautiful town of Primosten on the Adriatic coast.
There are no direct neighbours, it is very peaceful, so if you fantasize about spending your holidays in an idyllic detached village in the dalmatian hinterland, surrounded with olive and wine grows, fig trees, lavender, rosemary and dry stone walls - you are on the right place. All rooms have the "green view", there is a lot of sun and refreschment on the pool, plenty of shade under the almond tree, peace and tranquility with birds and crickets instead of alarm in the morning.

Primosten area is worldwide known for its vineyards planted almost in bare stone. Famous superior quality wine "Babic" is produced from this grapes.
With a glas of "Babic" in your hand you can enjoy popular Fisherman’s evenings during the summer time, with genuine Dalmatian atmosphere and music.

There are numerous beautiful beaches in and around Primosten. The most famous is the Raduca beach, several times proclaimed the most beautiful beach in Croatia.

Perfect holiday home

We had the best time in this beautiful house. Its green garden well taken care of, and a surprise to see more plants and trees than on the foto's. We enjoyed the pool. There are no neighbours around, so there's quiet and a beautiful view on the mountains all around..... The house is clean and has everything you need. The host and owner are very friendly and helpful. We loved it!

The stay was perfect! The house and garden was so beautiful, we loved every minute of our stay. The view is great and everywhere around the house you can sit (in the shade) we also loved the big kitchen and the bbq outside near the pool. The pool is perfect and we watched the stars every night. the house is close by all beautiful beaches (by car) and a little shop and restaurant & cafe is available walking distance. We would love to go back once!

great house in a quiet location

we (family with 2 children) spent a wonderful time here. the house is fully equipped and has a beautiful garden. the highlight is the pool, in which the children had fun. very nice and uncomplicated communication with the rental (thank you, Doris!). Unreservedly recommended for anyone looking for rest and relaxation.

We had the pleasure to stay in the house this week in summer. It was a great experience. The house is comfortable for at least four persons, the private pool is great and in the evening it is super quiet so you just can have a good time. it is located in the mountains a bit off Primosten but by car you are in the town or at the beach in less then 10 minutes. All in all a great stay and everything you could wish for. Thank you for having us!

Lovely location away from it all

Enjoyed our week at the property, which was just right for the four of us. Property was clean and nicely furnished. Doris was very helpful. Property is in a small village in the mountains, so lovely views and so peaceful. Primosten and the beautiful coastline is only 10 minutes away by car with some lovely restaurants only 5 minutes away. But you do need a car if you want to go out and explore. Krka National Park is about 30 minutes away by car and is worth a visit, although very busy but we were there peak season. We all enjoyed the pool too which was regularly cleaned while we were there.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Wir waren zu zweit und das erste Mal in Kroatien. Und wir müssen sagen, dass unsere Erwartungen nicht enttäuscht wurden. Im Gegenteil. Am Haus erwarteten uns Doris und drei charakterstarke Katzen - jede auf ihre Weise. (Aber alle drei waren so diszipliniert, dass sie auch bei offener Tür nie das Haus betraten.) Das Haus war mit allem eingerichtet, was versprochen wurde. Und es funktionierte alles tadellos und war in sehr gutem Zustand. Wohnbereiche konnten bei Bedarf jederzeit klimatisiert werden. Auch der Internetzugang war sehr stabil und wies keinerlei Schwächen auf. Man konnte auch auf den Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus problemlos online sein. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und war immer sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin war die Freundlichkeit in Person. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, dass ihr unser Wohlbefinden am Herzen lag und dass wir jederzeit mit Problemen hätten zu ihr kommen können. Aber wie gesagt - es gab ja keine. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Urlaub, der nach unserem Ermessen nach einer Neuauflage geradezu schreit.

Nie wieder!! Schlimmster Urlaub!

Am Anreisetag bekam ich eine Nachricht von der Vermittlerin, dass sie leider keine Zeit hätte vor Ort zu sein aber es wäre alles offen und ich solle mich telefonisch melden sobald wir ankommen. Soweit noch alles gut. Als wir im Ort ankamen der erste Schock !! Die komplette Landschaft rundherum war von den Waldbränden betroffen – alles niedergebrannt und der Geruch war extrem !! Kleine Abteile rauchten sogar noch nach. Weder der Vermieter noch die Vermittlerin fanden es für nötig uns Bescheid zu geben – eine absolute Frechheit!! Als wir dann am Haus ankamen sah erstmal alles gut aus. Bis wir aus dem Auto ausgestiegen sind, überall Grashüpfer, Grillen, Spinnen und sonstige Krabbeltiere. Die Grillen sitzen in den Bäumen sind aber nicht zu sehen nur zu hören das war noch in Ordnung aber die Grashüpfer dagegen sind überall. Im Freien kannst du kein Stück gehen ohne angesprungen zu werden. Leider ging beim anreisen mein Auto auch noch kaputt (ansonsten wären wir sofort wieder gefahren!!) Es gibt weder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder sonstiges im Ort. Man befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf weit oben am Berg ohne alles !! Das Haus selber ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Nach langer Diskussion wurde uns zugesagt dass drei Tage erstattet werden da wir am nächsten Tag schon wieder abgereist sind - bis heute kein Geld und auch keine Rückmeldungen mehr!! Wir sind absolut enttäuscht und können das Haus nur für Naturliebhaber/Tierfreunde weiterempfehlen! Alle anderen lieber nicht!

Besser als beschrieben

Das Haus überzeugt vor Ort noch mehr. Alles besser wie beschrieben. Abgelegen, keine direkten Nachbarn. 7km zum nächsten Strand. Lediglich das Grillhäuschen ist nicht gut nutzbar. Grillen auf dem Boden ist nichts für Leute mit Rückenprobleme. Aber das ist Nebensächlich bei der Restaurant Vielfalt im Ort Primosten.

Eine Perle in Mitteldalmatien

Trotz Corona hatten wir uns spontan entschieden, in Kroatien unseren Sommerurlaub zu verbringen. Eine kluge Entscheidung, denn dieses tolle Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles genauso wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. Modern und sehr sauber erwartete uns hier ein Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool, wie wir es uns nicht besser hätten wünschen können. Es fehlte nichts und Dank des sehr guten Kontaktes mit Doris, sie spricht hervorragend Deutsch, und dem Vermieter waren wir immer über alles informiert. Doris war stets per Mail zu erreichen und hat sofort geantwortet. Der Pool wurde vom Vermieter regelmäßig gereinigt( wovon wir nie etwas mitbekamen) und hatte hervorragende Qualität. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Sogar Netflix oder Amazon prime konnte man hier in bester Qualität empfangen. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter. Die himmlische Ruhe, die Nähe zu Primošten oder auch Trogir und Split rundeten unseren Urlaub hier ab. Vielen lieben Dank an Doris und unseren Vermieter für diese wundervollen 3 Wochen!

Ausgezeichnet!

Wer es etwas abgelegen mag, wird begeistert sein! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, voll nett eingerichtet und die Plattensammlung der Hammer! Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 2 Jugendliche) vor Ort und jeder hatte genügend Platz und Freiraum. Der Pool samt Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ist super ebenso wie der Grillplatz. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Lovely house in a beautiful setting

Our experience in this Draga house was excellent! It's a few minutes away from the coast but far enough to feel very peaceful. No adjacent neighbours so we felt we had the place all to ourselves. The house is perfectly equipped and stayed cool even in very hot weather. The highlight of course is the nice pool which our kids loved after a sightseeing day. The short road to Grebastica was wonderful! We visited Primosten, Sibenik, Split etc. All very nice! You can do basic shopping in the nearby shop (few mins walk) and there's a better equipped supermarket towards Primosten. The owner and Doris were both very friendly and we have no problem to recommend this house! We rarely go to same place twice but this house got us considering a revisit :)

Schönes Ferienhaus und toller Pool

Der Kontakt zu Doris war bereits vor der Buchung sehr nett und sie hat alle Fragen geduldig und zuvorkommend beantwortet, bei der Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter war sie auch anwesend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus, das sehr geräumig ist. der Pool ist sehr gepflegt.Wir waren bereits mehrmals in Kroatien, doch dies war mit Sicherheit einer der schönsten Urlaube bisher. Das Haus ist zwar abgelegen aber zum Supermarkt, zum Meer oder in das nächste Städtchen (Primosten) waren es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Die nächste größere Stadt (Sibenik) ist auch in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Man konnte einfach am Pool entspannen und relaxen, hatte aber auch die Gelegenheit verschiedenste Dinge zu unternehmen und anzuschauen. Zu empfehlen ist die wunderschöne Altstadt von Primosten auf einer Halbinsel gelegen, die Krka Wasserfälle sind auch schnell zu Erreichen und einen Ausflug wert. (letzter von 7 Wasserfällen). Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus wieder Buchen.

Great property!

We had some difficulty finding the road up to the house in the dark, but we spotted torchlight and it was the owner guiding us in - Thanks! The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There is a fantastic collection of LP's at the house but, unfortunately, the stylus on the record player was broken. However, the owner quickly replaced it and also bought us a cable for the computer. We enjoyed the morning sun sitting on the balcony, looking out over the beautiful view and the afternoon sun by (and in) the pool. It is a lovely, beautifully clean pool.We had mixed weather with a few thunderstorms, but it did not spoil our enjoyment of the area. We visited Primosten, Trogir, Split, Sebenik and two national parks Krka and Plitvice Lakes. The little shop and cafe bar in Draga came in handy, just a two minute walk away. We also ate one evening at Baculav Dvor, which is a ten-minute walk from the house. There is a larger 'Tommy' supermarket about ten minutes drive from the house on the road to Primosten, where we found everything we needed during our stay. The owner Rossi was very helpful and friendly and the property manager Doris answered all our queries promptly. We would like to thank both of them for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great house, lovely location,very warm and friendly owner

The house is really well equipped and was spotlessly clean. It has a shop , bar and restaurant within walking distance and the lovely seaside town of Primosten a 10 minute drive away. Primosten has lots to do and beaches to suit everyone;child friendly, sports beaches with pedalos, jet skis, diving and quiet natural beaches away from other people. Also lots of cafes,bars and restaurants. Plus a friendly atmosphere We had day trips to Split and Sibenik and took a boat out to Zlarin. The pool and quiet of the house were very welcome after days out. We took 3 young adult children and the house was a good size for us. We had a fun, relaxed holiday and would recommend the house and area as a great destination. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, even gave us some delicious home pressed olive oil. We hope to go back soon.

The house is just as the pictures show: nice kitchen, all facilities, clean and a fabulous swimming pool. Close to Primosten which is a cute little harbor with few restaurants. Doris is helpful and available to answer all questions. Manon

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool :)

Wir (Eltern +10 jähriger Tochter) haben hier einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht! Der Kontakt zu Doris war bereits vor Buchung sehr nett und sie hat alle Fragen geduldig beantwortet :)! Auch bei der Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter war sie anwesend. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten neuwertigen Zustand, gut ausgestattet und wurde uns absolut sauber und gepflegt übergeben. Es ist geräumig und bietet auch genug Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern (was sonst leider nicht immer der Fall ist). Es gibt 2 Terrassen (Nord und Süd), die wir auch beide gerne genutzt haben, je nach Tageszeit und Sonne! Absolutes Highlight (vor allem für unsere Tochter) ist aber der wirklich schöne Pool zur Alleinnutzung. Der Vermieter kommt alle paar Tage morgens zum Saubermachen und das Wasser ist wirklich sehr erfrischend uns sauber (kein Chlor-Salzwasseranlage). Trotz der abgeschieden Lage ist mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar und fürs Frühstückbrot gibt es in Fußnähe (nur ein paar Minuten) einen kleinen Supermarkt. Primosten selbst und die Umgebung ist wunderschön und bietet auch einiges an Ausflüge, Trogir, Split usw. sind sehr sehenswert und auch die Strände in Primosten haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war ein wunderschöner entspannter Urlaub und wir kommen irgendwann sicher wieder mal hier her.

Lovely village house with super pool

We loved our week in this house with our two teenaged daughters. The house is nicely decorated and was perfect for us. Communication with Doris was very easy and our arrival and departure was very smooth. The pool was a lovely added feature and there are pool loungers and a little barbeque area next to it. There are two seating areas outside one at the front and one at the back of the house so there is always somewhere to sit if you want either sunshine or shade. We enjoyed having our base in the peaceful hills above the coast. The views as you drive down to the coast are stunning. The hills around the house are covered with olive and fig trees and there are people at the sides of the road sometimes selling their own olive oil. We hired a car, which you definitely need here, and there are lots of little beaches and towns to visit within a short drive. The coast is very beautiful with lots of islands to see which we did by ferry from Sibernik. We also went into Krka National Park and walked around the beautiful falls and swam in the pools. My husband runs and loved running out from the house on to the many running and cycling tracks around in the hills and even the smallest villages have a great map showing the trails so you can find your way around. We really enjoyed our holiday and recommend the property.

Super Ferienhaus viel Platz und schöner Pool

Wir waren mit unserer 3 jährigem Tochter eine Woche hier und können uns über nichts beschweren es war alles klasse. Wie schon in der anderen Bewertung erwähnt gibt es hier viele Extras die in der Beschreibung gar nicht erwähnt wurden 👍🏼. Nur 3min zu Fuß gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in den man fast alles bekommt. Es ist schön abgelegen aber trotzdem alles in der Nähe. Wir sind super entspannt und hoffen das es den nächsten Mietern genauso ergeht

Die Vermieter haben uns pünktlich den Schlüssel übergeben und wir konnten uns schnell in unser neues Ferienhaus einleben :) Wir hatten viele Extras zur Verfügung die gar nicht in der Beschreibung standen, wie zb.: Wifi Internet (dass gleich aufgeladen wurde als die 5GB verbraucht waren) oder auch die Waschmaschine, die wir öfter benutzt haben. Klima funktionierte auch Top !! Salzwasserpool für zwischendurch war natürlich auch perfekt! Zum Strand sind es ca 10min mit dem Auto, wem es nicht stört jeden Tag mit dem Auto zu fahren der sollte hier unbedingt zuschlagen ! Der nächste Supermarkt is nicht weit entfernt, sowie auch ein Club! Wir sind echt positiv überrascht und auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus, ich war bereits das 5te mal in Kroatien, doch das war garantiert das beste mal. Vielleicht kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder :) LG aus Wien !
