This charming home was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and close to all the sights. The neighborhood was quiet and it was the perfect place for our family trip to Nashville. The owners were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. Location and property were amazing. The decor of the home was absolute perfection. There were six of us and plenty of space for everyone. We would stay here again

Great location and home - lots of space, clean and easy to get anywhere. The host communicated clearly and everything was fantastic. Definitely consider this place on your short list for Nashville.

Would stay again

Updated, well decorated and clean. It felt very comfortable for my family. Loved that they had coffee pods and was in a cute neighborhood. Only 10-15 from downtown and had a cool brewery and coffee place that we walked to. Definitely would stay again.

Bachelorette party

We had 8 of us staying here for my Bachelorette party and it was perfect! The rooftop was amazing and the owners are so sweet! Plus an Uber to Broadway was only a 10 minute ride which was great! 10/10 would recommend and will for sure stay again!

Our family (5 adults, 3 kids aged 2-8), loved staying here!The location was super easy to drive to all the Nashville hot spots, never really more than 10-15 minutes away from things. We also walked to several restaurants/breweries/ coffee shops during our time.The space was equiped with everything we needed for some basic cooking, TV watching, sleeping (pack and play included). Something we were really thrilled with was the enclosed yard with plenty of grass. We played lots of football, tag, and bubbles out there. We also enjoyed ice cream and sunsets on the roof pretty much every evening. Jen was super responsive with every message I sent. Would not have changed a thing with our Nashville trip!

Great family vacation retreat

Spent about a week on vacation with family exploring Nashville and surroundings. Stayed at this clean, well planned, what seemed like new vrbo. Wonderful stay. Lots of elbow room. Nice neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown and suburbs. Lauren answered any questions we had. Highly recommend for a carefree stay.

Amazing stay!

The property was fabulous, even better than the photos showed. Quiet neighborhood with a great place for daily walks but convenient to shopping, dining, etc. The property manager was fantastic about communicating and checking that we had everything we needed, even allowing us to check in a little early and offering late checkout if we needed it. We were on a girls' trip for a few days, and if we ever return to Nashville for another event, we'll definitely be rebooking here. Stellar experience!!

The property was perfectly clean and spacious for a group of 4 or more .Communication with the owner or property manage was perfect . Texting questions were answered immediately . Easy access to route 40 and City . Parking pad was perfect for 2 cars. Great location .

Great location and prepared for everything you need

We came in town for a wedding and also a weekend out celebrating a 13th birthday. Great house, fenced yard for football throwing by day, walking distance to nearby brewery and evenings out of the town within 15 minutes to anything we did-downtown, Bellevue, opry, etc.. The hosts thought of everything in stocking the kitchen and preparing the house with optimal seating and sleeping arrangements to linens & cleaning supplies.

Amazing!

Oh my goodness this place was so beyond perfect!! Immaculate, for one. Plenty of open space for our group of 9. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a vacation home. Hosts were so kind and helpful. We had friends getting in at all different times and they were able to accommodate an early check in. We also worked with a bachelorette party company for decor and they were able to accommodate that as well. The girls raved about this spot all weekend. 10 minutes from downtown which was perfect for us. Easy to find in a quaint quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to coffee too! MUST STAY!
