About Carolyn & Peter Watson
Several generations of our family have owned the chalet for a number of years. We have had years of happy family holidays with our three boys who still love to visit. Located at the top of a hill in a quiet position overlooking a farm, the chalet offers a relaxing break for families to enjoy the local areas. Beautiful views, friendly staff on site, many facilities including a reception & shop, swimming pool and small pool, tennis courts, children's climbing frame, mini golf, sky TVs, bar and snack bar, launderette. The unique Rebel cinema is just up the road.

Good location and amenities
Everything we needed
The accommodation was just what we were looking for. The location is charming.
Great base for touring north Cornwall. Had slight problem with the electricity meter but quickly resloved. Chalet very clean kids loved the beach.
The accommodation was great everything you could need on a short stay beech more like 30 min walk across fields no sea view from apartment all in good
Lovely chalet in a lovely position
A lovely chalet in a lovely spot. The only negative was that there is no food service on site so if you don't want to cook you have to eat out or collect a takeaway. There are places to eat within easy walking distance and lots of takeaways in Bude. Although we couldn't find one that delivers we did fetch a lovely Indian meal.
Chalet is very well equipped, even a barbecue, and clean and the site is tidy and well maintained. Lovely views across the bay from the site. Good for star gazing on a clear night. We even had a shooting star.
We had glorious weather, a lovely walk across the cliff tops to Bude. Boys enjoyed the surfing and inexpensive surf hire nest to th Beach cafe.
Perfect base for a beach holiday in Widemouth/Bude
Convenient accommodation, perfect for family of four. Very quiet site, very friendly and great facilities available.
Many thanks for your great review, it is gratifying to receive endorsements for our holiday chalet demonstrating that others enjoy the holiday experience as much as we do.
Hope you had a safe return
