The house is located on the ground floor and is of recent construction; It is surrounded by greenery in an extensive landscaped area just over one hectare, where a large garden with fruit trees and ornamental plants, a grove, the proximity to the sea, tourist and sports centers and the center of the city, make the lovely stay.
It can accommodate up to 3 people and consists of bedroom-living room-bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor spaces for dining and outdoor living, garden.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and is also equipped with also a shower outside.
Inside its typical old "drywall", there is also parking available, garden, BBQ, reading room, small wood with a relaxation area, bicycles; within 200/500 meters, and therefore within easy walking distance, you can find a low cliff with a small sandy cove, sports centers, water playground, swimming pools, restaurant, pizzeria, wine cellar with wine bar, supermarket; 5 minutes by car you can reach wide beaches with pine forest or the center of Gallipoli.
