The sleeping area includes two bathrooms and three bedrooms: the main service is distinguished by a shower for two people with dual controls, the second service is used as a laundry; the rooms are two double and one with two beds. Double glazing ensures excellent soundproofing.
On both sides the apartment has two balconies.
In the internal courtyard there is a reserved parking space.
