Large ex-hotel that is now available on an exclusive use basis for anything from family get togethers, re-union with friends, anniversaries or indeed business events or even weddings!
Flexible accomodation for upto 50 through 19 All en-susite bedrooms that can be double or twin configuration including a luxury 'master' suite, duplex family suites plus a five bunk 'dorm' room. Hot tub by arrangement.

Fantastic accommodation, space and facilities. Perfect family holiday venue.

Unique venue for large family holidays and reunions, en suite rooms make for more luxurious stay than most large venues. Games room and outside space mean great fun regardless of weather. Kitchen adequately equipped to cater for everyone. Coming back next year!

Outdoor and ball-chasing family man struggling to cope with the whole work-life balance thing. Habitual purchaser of derelict buildings with an unhealthy penchant for white goods and soft-furnishings.

Why they chose this property

Size. This place is huge and gives room to breath to almost any size of party.
Quality. Everything is based on quality from the custom made beds and designer bedding to the Italian leather sofas.
Location. The surrounding area is breathtaking from the small Wold villages to the famous East Yorkshire coastline. If that isn't enough there are the historic towns of Beverley, Harrogate and, of course, York itself.

What makes this property unique

Size. Both inside and out. All ensuite. Flexibile bedroom configuration. Zip link beds allow set up as superking or twin, plus family rooms and a bunk room. You have a large atrium area plus you own pub!
