About John & Pam

John & Pam have lived and worked in Baldwin county for 17 years just 45 minutes from Orange Beach. As a family, they have enjoyed Gulf Coast beach vacations their whole lives. They now look forward to sharing their beach condo with new friends.

Why John & Pam chose Alabama

The Phoenix III offers an unbeatable array of amenities. When this condo became available, we couldn't pass it up. The two bedroom layout with en suite bathrooms is great for couples, small families and our winter guests with room to spare.

What makes this condo unique

Our complex is packed with amenities. We enjoy the waves and sand on sunny days as well as the beachside pool. On the rare rainy days, the heated pool is a bonus. The lighted tennis courts and the indoor racquetball court are also unique features of the Phoenix III.

Great condo and beautiful beach!

This was our first time to Orange Beach and we were very pleased. Condo was just as the pictures and owners were very easy to deal with. Very nice and clean place that our family of 5 was able to enjoy. Will definitely make a return trip to here!

Great view from condo & great owners!

Condo was perfect for our trip and had a beautiful view. The kitchen could use a little more updating with more pots/pans/utensils but other than that very clean. Owners were very attentive.

This condo is perfect! It has an amazing view of the gulf and is super clean and comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view and location

It was a great location, clean and a great view. It has two king sized bed but the furniture on the balcony was very uncomfortable. The owners answered all email quickly easy to work. Would stay again

Once the home for acres of orange plantations, Orange Beach is now a celebrated Gulf Coast destination with a rich variety of activities.  The sugar white sandy beaches, the rolling waves, gentle breezes and temperate climate, make Orange Beach popular year round.

After a day in the sun on the beach or links, you'll have a whole new world to explore at night. Sample some of the absolute freshest seafood at one of the many restaurants, bistros and cafes. Then take advantage of any number of entertainment venues, ranging from family friendly to rockin' and rowdy. There's an incredible variety of live music to be heard nearly every night of the week. You can choose from throaty jazz, good southern delta blues, Caribbean calypso or up and coming country stars. There are plays, dancing, and free concerts all around town.

Without a doubt, Orange Beach offers a unique combination of relaxation and entertainment and continuously ranks as one of the top vacation destinations  on the Gulf Coast.In addition to the white sand beaches and turquoise water, this area offers additional attractions.  For those interested in history, Fort Morgan is about 30 minutes west of our condo, and Pensacola Naval Museum (home of the Blue Angels) is about the same distance east.  There are also several golf courses, a zip line, water parks and plenty of shopping nearby.

We accept payment through VRBO/HomeAway online credit card system. We also accept personal checks but only when discussed an approved prior to booking.

Travelers can pay in full at time of booking or in two or three divided payments. Three divided payments are possible when booking greater than 60 days in advance of the reservation. If booked greater than 60 days prior to check-in, both the $200 REFUNDABLE Damage/Security Deposit and VRBO/HomeAway service fee will be due to secure the booking. 50% of the balance would be due 60 days prior to check in. All fees are due by 30 days prior to check in date.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
