I loved how clean and nicely organized the condo was. I loved that there was a noise ordnance for 10pm. I could not really hear any other people outside of the condo. Which was great for us to take afternoon naps. It was a great trip the condo was amazing.

Great Condo for Family Fall Break

Stayed in Oct. 2022 for Fall break with my husband and teenage son. We thought the condo was great. The location is excellent. The property is well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We never had to wait long on an elevator. Overall, we'd stay here again.

Would stay again!

The location was great, next to everything. So clean when we arrived. No wait time. Property staff were all super nice and helpful. They have carts to help you load and unload which was unexpected and helpful. Plenty of room for the amount of people we had. View was so beautiful. Cant wait to book our next stay.

This was our third trip to Orange Beach & our first time at the Phoenix VII. Description were very accurate, the building was nice the unit definitely needed some updates. The only issue we had was with a very rude security guard. Other than that our stay was great!

Excellent condo, beautiful views

We’ve stayed in Phoenix 7 and although this condo could use some updating, it was a very comfortable stay. The condo didn’t seem as clean as some other ones we have stayed in, but I think this was more of the age of this unit and the fact that fresh paint and new flooring would make it feel much cleaner. The beds were super comfortable. I would recommend bringing some extra blankets though because there were none besides what was on the beds which was just a light sheet and thin quilt. We love the view and the location. For the price we feel like this unit is a bargain! We love this building and all the amenities it has to offer. Will definitely be back.

Hidden Gem

We have been to Orange Beach several times and stayed at Phoenix VI and so we decided to look around on VRBO for different options since our usual unit was booked. We came upon this location, and it worked well for us. The communication with Prickett Properties was excellent! Nikki was so kind and understanding and quick to reply (on a Sunday) to my question. The condo is a little dated in the bathrooms but overall, the place was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are big, and the beds were comfortable for all 4 adults. There are so many good restaurants in the area. My personal favorite is LuLu's in Gulf Shores live music and great vibe. Never disappoints. This unit was quite a bit cheaper than the unit we usually stay at so that was an added bonus. It really is a hidden gem because the price was reasonable, and the Condo unit and complex are clean and well equipped for a week-long stay! Thanks Nikki we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Plenty of room but needs upgrades and repairs.

Check in was a breeze but parking was expensive. For 3 cars we had to pay approx. $75 to park in the lot. The condo had decent sized bedrooms and an upgraded kitchen. The bathrooms were outdated. The living room was small considering the amount of people the condo sleeps but had comfortable furniture. The condo had a stackable washer/dryer and that was nice but the door was missing tracks or something because it was difficult to open/close. The balcony was a good size with 4 chairs at the round table. The screen doors going out were unusable. Overall I thought the condo needed some remodeling and repairs for the price point.

Family beach trip 2022

Location was perfect as we have stayed at this Phoenix in the past. Size of the condo and number of beds were perfect for my family of 4. The condo was not clean. I rarely report any negative reviews but I made my husband go to Walgreens to buy cleaning products so i could clean before we unpacked. The floors, walls, furniture/furnishings were all dirty. The floors has barely been swept much less mopped. My only compliant. Enjoyed our stay none the less
