Casa Rustico Italico is a spacious and sunny family house with stunning views in the beautiful Le Marche. 8000m2 of land with a swimming pool, sun terrace, delicious fruit trees and a trampoline for the kids. The house has four bedrooms, a living room with (Dutch) TV incl a lot or DVDs to choose from, 2 bathrooms, utility room with washer and dryer and a cozy fully equipped kitchen. Rustico Italico is near the sea (30 km) and close to the culture of Le Marche and Umbria. The many historic towns are within 1 or 2 hours, among others; Gubbio, Urbino, Jesi, and Perugia, Le Grotte di Frasassi. Rustico Italico has a lovely outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven and a long family table to enjoy the Italian life and most fantastic sunset!
