Precious apartment with first-class qualities on the beachfront. It has WiFi and central air conditioning/heat pump. It consists of a spacious living-dining room with access to a furnished terrace with views of the pool and the sea. Fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), washing machine and dryer. It has 3 bedrooms, two double rooms and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower, one en suite (includes hairdryer).

Bars, restaurants and supermarkets just a few steps away. Denia is 1.5 km away.

Wohnung mit unverbautem Meerblick, sehr hell und sauber. In sehr guter Lage

Der Meerblick, die Helligkeit, die Heizung ab Dezember Wir fühlen uns hier seit ein paar Jahren sehr wohl Leider haben wir in den knappem 6 Wochen abends nicht auf der Couch, sondern auf den Balkonstühlen im Wohnzimmer gesessen, es war unbequem aber immer noch besser als auf der 2-Sitzer-Couch zu sitzen. Die Couch ist durchgesessen, man bekommt sofort Rückenschmerzen und 2 Personen fallen sofort in der Mitte der Couch zusammen, da durchgesessen.Das haben wir bereits vor 2 Jahren angemerkt. Keine Blumenvasen vorhanden und das fehlt, da wir uns immer bei den langen Aufenthalten sofort mit Blumen eindecken. Aber alles andere ist wunderbar, die Aufteilung der Zimmer, die grosse Küche, die Sauberkeit, der Blick zum Meer, der grosse Balkon...

Apartamento amplio, moderno y tranquilo. Con señales de uso pero nada que impida disfrutar de él. Facilidad de aparcamiento y piscina de la urbanización bien mantenida. Echamos de menos un microondas, pero el resto del equipamiento muy bien.

Super Lage, Geschäfte in unmittelbarerbarer Nähe, trotz Stadt relativ ruhig Die Ausstattung der Küche, kein sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse trotz Überdachung nötig.

Schöner Langzeiturlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Daher ist ein Auto nicht unbedingt notwendig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles um sich auch für eine längere Zeit wohl zu fühlen. Vom Balkon aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang sehen und hat bis zum Nachmittag Sonne. Der Service von Carlosferien war sehr gut. Leider ist das Sofa eine Zumutung und müsste komplett ausgetauscht werden. Es fehlen auch Sitzauflagen für die Balkonmöbel. Die Wohnung hat zwar 3 Schlafzimmer ist aber aufgrund der Größe nur für 4 Personen geeignet. Leider war es nicht möglich die Hauseigene Tiefgarage zu nutzen. Dadurch mussten wir alle Einkäufe vom Parkplatz in die Wohnung tragen.

The property was clean and well located. We did have a few issues, namely - you have to collect and drop off the keys at the property Managers office which messed up our airport transfers. The water was isolated and I had to find the valve in an outside riser! The weather was fantastic, however, not all amenities were open due to it being end of season. The apartment does have lovely views out to sea.

Een heel compleet en luxe apartement

Het uitzicht over de zee was heel mooi. Een heerlijk en schoon zwembad. Rustige omgeving en op loopafstand van Centrum Denia.

Excelente ubicación

Todo, la ubicación, el equipamiento, la confortabilidad. Está muy bien acondicionado y te sientes como en casa, se aleja de los apartamentos de playa típicos. Poner una batidora y un secador de pelo que no tiene. Y a ser posible cambiar el tostador, es demasiado pequeño para 6 personas, muy básico y se calienta por fuera. También añadiría algún menaje de cocina, rasera por ejemplo. Son pequeños detalles que se agradecen.

Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Auch sehr freundlicher kompetenter Service. Glückwunsch!

Großzügig geschnittenes Appartement. Stadtläufige Lage und Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Jogging am Wasser. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die zusätzlichen Baby-Kleinkind-Betten inclusive Matratzen auf Kaution konnten gut in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern untergebracht werden (Baby-Phone machts möglich). Meine Familie hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Danke schön. Vielleicht einen Kanister mit Wasser gleich beim Einzug bereit stellen?
