Ground floor of villa with private pool of 70 m2 and salt treatment. It has sun loungers, table with 4 chairs, umbrellas and a charcoal grill. The pool has toilet with shower, and outdoor shower.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen and living room equipped (crockery, utensils, pots, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, coffee machine Delta, refrigerator, TV). There is internet access and cable TV.

It is a 15-minute drive from Nazaré beach and other picturesque beaches and various points of great tourist interest, such as Monastery of Batalha, Monastery of Alcobaça, Sanctuary of Fátima, Caves of Mira de Aire, National Park of the Sierras de Aire and Lamps, and much more !! We had a lovely stay in this place. Great wee holiday in. The host is very welcoming and friendly.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place for thier own. The private swimming pool is an absolute treat for guests aswell. Overall very pleased and would come back again .

Maison neuve et très grande piscine

Par rapport à l’anonce initiale qui faisait état du rdc d’une maison, la location était d’un niveau supérieur : il s’agissait d’une maison neuve indépendante, très bien équipée et au calme. La piscine est immense. L’accueil est très sympathique, il y avait même une bouteille de vin offerte. Leticia est à l’écoute pour répondre aux questions. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Super séjour passé au Portugal. Logement conforme a l’annonce, plus la gentillesse des propriétaires ! A 30 min de Nazaré, 1h30 de Lisbonne l’emplacement est au top sans compter la magnifique piscine et BBQ a dispo que pour nous !

Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires alors que nous sommes arrivés en avance à cause du décalage horaire. Lieu très bien situé, au calme, avec une très belle piscine. Endroit idéal comme point de départ pour visiter la région (Nazaré, Peniche, Obidos, Lisbonne...) Le logement est fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.

Amazing Pool

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our teenager children. Leticia the host was lovely and communication from her was great. The villa is nice and has all the amenities you could need but the real selling point is the pool. We spent the majority of our time outside enjoying the pool space which more than made up for any shortcoming in the property. We knew when booking that the property was not as modern or luxurious perhaps as some others but this is reflected in the price which was really affordable compared to some other places. The villa is not in the most touristy of areas which is what we wanted but do be aware if you do want to go see sights etc then a car is a must. It is in great central location however for visiting many places and only 1hr1/2 from Lisbon so great for day trips. For our personal taste the beds were on the hard side but leticia has already said in previous reviews that this is something they are aware of and will look to upgrade as and when they can. The only other thing for us that dampened our stay was the many dogs in the area. The house is situated in a slightly rural area and many of the houses have dogs which does mean a lot of barking. As dog owners ourselves barking doesnt normally concern us but there was a lot of barking during the night which did keep us up at times. This is not something that can be controlled by the host however and part and parcel of staying a bit further out. This was a lovely little villa tho and the friendliness of the host and her family and the pool and amenities more than make up for any negative points and if we were to return to the area we would definitely consider booking with Leticia again.

Podría mejorar alguna cosa, el sofá es muy incómodo y los colchones bastante duros, también deben informar que es la parte de abajo de la casa de los dueños, y entran a menudo a aparcar el coche. Limpieza muy bien y la piscina perfecta

Un très bon séjour

Maison réservée en fin de Road trip pour profiter de la piscine et se détendre avant le retour. Nous n’avons pas été déçu! Le logement est très propre. La piscine est vraiment superbe avec table, transats, pour barbecue pour en profiter même tard le soir (merci aux propriétaires qui allumaient la lumière du bassin la nuit.) De plus l’endroit est clos ce qui assure une sécurité pour les enfants.

Très bon séjour, location en très bon état de propreté et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Seul petit bémol problème d'humidité la 2ème chambre sent le renfermé les couvertures sont inutilisables. Pensez à préciser sur l'annonce qu'il y a un lave linge...
