1st floor rayol canadel sur mer villa in a closed private domain - 7 rooms, var
provence-alpes-côte d'azur, france - for 6 people 3 bedrooms. Each room is equipped with two 90/200 beds, and a bathroom. Large balconies, garden, shaded terraces and full sun (full south), a private swimming pool, only for you (4m / 6m) on the ground floor with the dining room and the kitchen.
Closed domain, internet access, dog accepted but garden not fenced.
First shops, restaurants and beaches at 2km.
Equipped, open kitchen. Dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, fridge, electric hob, coffee maker, toaster. Tableware in large numbers.
Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in a laundry room and your disposal.
We occupy the basement and give advice on the best outings.
Character house because thought and built for year-round occupancy.
Hiking, direct departure from the house in barely Mediterranean vegetation.
With view on: sea, hill, the golden islands, Gulf of St Tropez,, Southern Alps.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in dem Ferienhaus und es war wieder wunderbar. Der Außenbereich ist hervorragend. Der Pool ist sehr groß, es gibt viele Liegen und auch eine tolle Sitzecke und einen Sonnenschirm.Innen ist alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind dank der Klimaanlage immer angenehm kühl.Bei Fragen konnte Christine sofort weiterhelfen.Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

Fantastisch verblijf, heel mooi huis, vriendelijke mensen die voor alles klaar staan! Bij aankomst flesje roséwijn, rollen kknpapier, nieuw servies. Heel aangenaam om buiten te zitten bij het zwembad: lounge, eettafel, rond tafeltje en schaduw onder het afdak of parasol. Lekker frisse kamers met airco. Schitterend weer en prachtige natuur! Voor herhaling vatbaar. Minpuntje: jammer dat je niet te voet naar het dorpje kan, moeilijke weg ook. (Net wegenwerken)

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir konnten den Urlaub von Anfang an genießen! Alles stimmte mit der Beschreibung des Objektes überein! 🤗 Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Hund. Die Lage des Objektes war toll, weil wir mit unserem Hund (Golden Retriever) zweimal am Tag spazieren gehen. Wir sind schnell aus der gesicherten Anlage raus gewesen und konnten eine herrliche Aussicht beim Spaziergang genießen. 👍 Wenn wir nochmals in die Region gehen, dann werden wir hier sofort wieder anfragen! Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Nous avons pu profiter des vacances dès le début ! Tout correspondait à la description de l'objet ! 🤗 Nous étions quatre adultes et un chien. L'emplacement de la propriété était génial car nous promenions notre chien (Golden Retriever) deux fois par jour. Nous sommes rapidement sortis du lieu sécurisé et avons pu profiter d’une vue magnifique tout en marchant. 👍 Si nous retournons dans la région, nous nous renseignerons à nouveau ici immédiatement ! Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et serviables!

Séjour au top ! Belle villa au sein d’une résidence calme avec une vue magnifique sur les collines. Repos garanti ! Grande piscine propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et la climatisation est un vrai plus ! Je recommande +++ Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Beautiful, peaceful property in the hills above Canadel

This property was just what we were looking for - it was big, clean and SO quiet! Definitely need a car for access to beaches and shops. Just up the road are beautiful walks around the hills with amazing views! As one other reviewer noted, it doesn’t say on the listing that you need to bring towels and bedding, so we had to do a quick trip to the hypermarche to buy some! Other than that it was a perfect holiday - great WiFi and Netflix/Amazon on the TVs so the evening’s entertainment was sorted. The hosts live on site and were lovely. We will definitely go back for another peaceful week!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Gastgebern Empfangen. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr ruhigen lage. Für Einkauf und an das Meer braucht man ein Auto. Die Küche ist zum Kochen ausreichend häte aber noch bedarf an so kleine dinge wie Küchenbrett, scharfes Messer , Bakofenblech, ein neues Brotmesser. Der Gesamteintruck ist gut die Anlage ist halt schon älter. Die Besitzer sind sehr zurückgezogen.

Wonderful vacation!

Christine was a terrific host. Through the use of Google Translate, we managed to communicate very well and she was always responsive. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well appointed and the pool area was beautiful. The house is in a very quiet area, with lovely views of the surrounding hills and forests. Overall, it is a very serene setting yet still only a short drive to beaches.

Endroit idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes accompagnée des grands parents. L’extérieur (piscine, terrasse et barbecue) est super. Le quartier où est situé la maison est très calme . La mer est à 5 minutes en voiture. Aucun bruit la nuit. Les propriétaires habitent au sous sol et sont très discrets .

Very nice house

We had an excellent 10 days in Rayol. The house is well equipped and the pool-area is close to perfect. Cleaning could have been a little better, and remember to bring bedsheets and towels yourself. The beaches in Rayol are stunning.

Ihana paikka ❤️

Talo oli todella tilava ja siisti. Plussana ilmastointi jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa. Allas oli mahtava ja aurinko paistoi allas alueelle koko päivän. Omistaja perheineen asui talon alakerrassa ja he olivat todella mukavia. Vaikka yhteistä kieltä ei ollut kaikki asiat saatiin hoidettua 😊 Sijainti oli loistava, monta rantaa sijaitsi 5 km sisään. Auto on kylläkin tarpeen.
