Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Villa Beauvoir

Wir, 3 Ehepaare im Alter zwischen 50 und 60, haben im Juni 14 Tage Urlaub in der Villa Beauvoir verbracht. Die Villa liegt in 200m Meereshöhe in Rayol Canadel sur Mer, mit einem einzigartigen, phantastischen Ausblick über das Meer. Die Lage ist wirklich angenehm ruhig und das Grundstück von aussen nicht einsehbar. Wir haben den oberen Teil der Villa mit 140qm bewohnt. Dieser Teil verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (bestehend aus getrennten Betten), jedes mit eigenem Bad, sowie einem riesigen Wohn-Essbereich und angeschlossener Küche. Von da aus kann man eine umlaufende Terasse betreten mit grossartigem Ausblick über Meer und Landschaft. Auf dieser Terasse haben wir auch fast jeden Tag gemeinsam an einem großen Tisch gegessen. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön. Der Pool selber hat eine Wassertiefe von 80cm-220cm und war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Dort zu schwimmen, dabei aufs offene Meer zu schauen, als wenn man gleich rein schwimmen könnte, das war schon grossartig. Für alle, die es brauchen: WLAN war im Wohnbereich in ausreichender Geschwindigkeit und Stärke verfügbar. Die Villa ist komplett eingerichtet, incl. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner). Bettwäsche und Handtücher (auch für die Sonnenliegen) standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Direkt unterhalb der Villa, in ca. 1km Entfernung liegt der Sandstrand von Rayol, den man aber bedingt durch die 200 Höhenmeter, mit dem Pkw anfährt. Der Strand und das Meer in Rayol war sehr sauber und mit der blauen Flagge ausgezeichnet. Taucher finden im 8km entfernten Cavalaire sur mer mit Mio Palmo Plongee eine super Tauchbasis vor. Ich tauche seit 25 Jahren, aber so eine Topbasis habe ich noch nie angetroffen. Wir haben uns in den 14 Tagen wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Nicolas, dem Besitzer war äusserst angenehm. Nicolas spricht deutsch, englisch und französisch und war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Auf Rückfrage durften wir unseren Hund mitnehmen. Direkt bei der Villa beginnt ein unbefestiger Weg in die Landschaft, auf dem man mit dem Hund spazieren gehen kann. Wir waren mit der Villa und Nicolas als Vermieter sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Andreas

Wunderschöner Ort, wunderschöne Villa

Die Villa befindet sich traumhaft gelegen im Hang am Rande desd Dorfes Rayol. Sehr nah am Strand und doch weit genug, um die Ruhe geniessen zu können. Die Villa selbst ist sehr schön und das Pool ebenfalls. Es gibt Terassen ohne Ende und überall traumhafte Sicht auf die Küste. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert im gesamten Prozedere. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Maison à la vue exceptionnelle, idéalement située sur les hauteurs du Rayol canadel, avec la mer à perte de vue. Très bien agencée, parfaite pour accueillir les 13 personnes adultes/enfants que nous étions, bien équipée et paisible. Nicolas l'hôte des lieux est très accueillant et disponible, il saura vous accueillir et vous conseiller pour visites, ballades ou autre activités à faire. Le tout en fait un vrai bel endroit où se poser, nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour!

vue insaisissable

villa surplombant la mer avec une vue époustouflante, on ne se lasse pas de regarder la mer depuis le balcon ou le séjour. Très bien équipée dans un environnement très agréable, possibilité de partir en balade dans les sentiers du Canadel à partir de la villa. équipement en suffisance ( beaucoup de meubles de jardin) et plusieurs terrasses ensoleillement quasi toute la journée et surtout l'agréable coucher de soleil depuis le séjour. recommandée vivement

Un petit paradis!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande et magnifique maison.Quel bonheur de se réveiller tous les matins avec une telle vue! Une salle de bain pour chaque chambre c'est aussi très appréciable. Adresse à retenir!!

Villa en pleine nature avec un panorama unique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dont nous garderons un souvenir très longtemps. La villa est sur un site exceptionnel, à flan de colline, au calme, au milieu d'une végétation méditerranéenne, avec sur les différentes terrasses, un panorama unique sur la côte, la mer et les iles. L'intérieur de la villa offre également de beaux espaces pour s'y sentir bien. Une villa unique !

Unparalleled views from this superb villa

Our fifth visit to this piece of heaven, situated in this beautiful part of the Var. I love this unique home from home so much, with it's traditional french charm and with all the modern conveniences you will need. The interior has high ceilings and is light and airy, with superb sea views from each of the rooms and terraces, even from the huge infinity pool. With the sitting room doors slid back, you extend the room straight onto a lovely terrace for sunbathing or dining and the plot has sunshine from dawn until dusk, with a calm shady area at the side. It is completely private and not overlooked in any way, with woodland to one side and a classy house some distance away on the other and nothing obscuring the amazing panoramic views of the sea and the islands. Just a short drive down the hill are a good bakery, a butcher/deli a supermarket and good restaurant, a few minutes more and you are at the seafront. The charming owner, although not living close by, is quick to ensure any problems are sorted out swiftly. He has recently transformed the lower terraces, planting many lemon and olive trees which has further enhanced the lovely setting. It is the superb position next to beautiful walking trails and the unparalleled views that keep us returning to Le Beauvoir time and time again. Jane O

La maison du Bonheur

Venus passer le réveillon du jour de l’an , nous avons été époustouflés par la vue incroyable de cette maison d’exception. Tout y est parfait, la maison est bien équipée et confortable, nous avons profité de la cheminėe les soirs de fraîcheur et déjeuné sur l’immense terrasse , lézardé sur les chaises longues et fauteuils suspendus, nous n’avions plus envie de sortir tellement nous nous sentions bien face à la mer et à cette vue à 180° ...Nous avions 5 véhicules mais avons pu stationner facilement, la maison étant située à l’extrémité d’une impasse. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par un propriétaire vraiment très sympathique. Franchement, c’est une maison unique, nous y retournerons , c’est sûr !
