Great for everything!

This was the ideal property for us - two couples. The owner lived nearby and obligingly changed the bedroom arrangement into one double and one twin bedroom instead of two singles. The property is modern and comfortable. The lounge is spacious and has a large cable TV and WiFi. It has a bathroom with bath and shower over, a wc and bidet and a basin. There is also a separate toilet. The flat is located in the old city and is very central for the beach, bus station to get you out and about, museums and places to eat. We ate in sometimes which was nice too. On the balcony are table, chairs and sun loungers. We were able to relax and enjoy a sightseeing/beach holiday amongst some very pleasant people.

modern, sauber, gute Lage

Das Quartier liegt sehr günstig zwischen Altstadt und Lokalen, City und Shopping, Strand und Hinterland, Flughafen und Autobahn. Alle diese Ziele kann man entweder zu Fuß oder in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen. Wegen Parken am Quartier muss man sich erkundigen, es ist ein Wohngebiet und entsprechend voll mit PKWs.

Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe mit 2 WCs, Zimmer und Küche sind modern ausgestattet, die Dachterrasse ist groß.

Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und sind gut erreichbar.

Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Spacious and comfortable home located in quiet area in the heart of Vegueta, historical and cultural center of Las Palmas and close to the Triana commercial area, and tapas bars, bus station and well connected.

Our house has a fully equipped kitchen for 5 people, spacious and bright bedrooms. Smart TV and Wifi throughout the house.

At only five minutes on foot you will find the main bus stop (bus) of the city at the back of the theater, and a little further on, Parque San Telmo, the bus station with access to any place on the island. Stop the Guagua Tourism (highway) and the bus stop to the center of the island to 4 minutes.

Bicycle rental 3 minutes from the house.

You can also rent a car or motorbike at the airport.

You can rent a bicycle from the City Hall in Santa Ana Cathedral.

The historic center of Las Palmas is divided into two areas: Vegueta (aristocratic) and Triana (commercial and sailor). Our house is in Vegueta Triana 6 minutes.

Vegueta is characterized by colonial style buildings, canaries flowery patios, wooden balconies. In its cobblestone streets and squares decorated with fountains of stone breathes history: it was where the city was founded a year 24 June 1478, a fact that is remembered with three palms in the place called the Royal Palms.

In Vegueta there are the Cathedral of Santa Ana, the Bishopric, the House of Columbus, the Town Hall, the hermitage of San Antonio Abad, the church of San Agustín and the Espiritú Santo, and several museums such as the CAAM or the Canarian Museum, as well as as emblematic places as Santa Ana, Las Ranas, the New Pillar next to the Patio de los Naranjos where the Sunday market is celebrated, Plaza de Santo Domingo or the Holy Spirit.
