Why Guy chose Pwllheli
'Glanmor' is superbly positioned on the quiet seafront at Pwllheli. It is ideal for sailors, walkers, cyclists, or those who just enjoy siting on the balcony watching the world go by. Pwllheli is ideally located for those wanting to explore the Lleyn Peninsula. The Welsh Coastal Path passes in front of, and alongside the property. If you like sandy beaches you could stay for a fortnight and visit a different one each day.
What makes this house unique
The views from Glanmor' are simply stunning. The property faces South and enjoys spectacular daybreaks and sunsets looking across the water towards Harlech, Barmouth, St Tudwal's Islands, and Abersoch. The marina and sailing events centre are about 1 mile away (nearer as the gull flies!), and outside the front door the flat promenade and sandy beach extends in either direction for relaxing strolls or dog walking.
