Lovely house in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is great for a family (2 adults and 4 kids) vacation. All needed facilities are available and the house is in a calm location with a great view onto the fjord. Karin and Joerg are perfect hosts.

Kjempebra å få enda en hyggelig tilbakemelding. Men vi hviler ikke på laurbærene ,vi tenker alltid fremover hvordan vi kan forbedre vårt produkt. God service koster så lite. Håper dette kan være til god inspirasjon for fremtidige kunder til å booke hos oss..

Beutyful and cosy place

Good and calm spot to see aurora lights, short travel time by car to Sortland, Andoya and further nice things. The house is really cosy, the view is incredible and the hosts are really friendly. We loved to stay there and they gave us Lego to play for my two years old child and a historical potty :-) and secured the stairs. Really family friendly. Thanks Karin an Jörg for you lovely accommodation.

Beautiful quiet property by the sea

Very peaceful, spacious, comfortable property with expansive sea views. There is a lovely small sandy beach at the end of the “garden” and a beautiful seating area right next to the sea. It’s a beautiful spot to relax and soak up the amazing views. We enjoyed exploring the area and discovering the beautiful coastline. The owners live just next door and were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed fishing from their boat which we rented (800 NOK per day) and we also enjoyed the wood fired hot tub which is just in front of their home (800 NOK per use). There is also a metal canoe (fits 2 adults) available (no cost) from which we enjoyed fishing. We had a great week here with some very fine weather and we would love to return sometime. We spent the previous week in Lofoten but we preferred here as the scenery is still very dramatic yet there are much fewer tourists.

Probably the loveliest holiday home we have ever rented

Well where can I start? This house is absolutely perfect in every way. For a start the location is stunning, right on the beach with a fabulous view in all directions. The house has been lovingly built by the owners, Karin and Jorg, and features a wealth of interesting little design touches such as a staircase made from a tree from the farm and glass fishing buoys to make the safety rail. The house is very well equipped in every way, with an enormous freezer, fridge and all the kitchen utensils you could want. It was spotlessly clean and extremely cosy with plenty of hot water. So given that it was practically perfect, what did we particularly enjoy? Well one highlight was certainly the hot tub, which is not to be missed but our favourites were the spectacular views of the sea from the huge front windows and having a barbeque in the firepit right down on the beach while our teenage boys tried out the canoe (and even caught a cod!).

Das Haus ist superschön gelegen. Wer Naturerlebnisse satt und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Die zwei Bäder sind gerade für größere Gruppen ein klares Plus. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!

Onbeschrijfelijke mooie locatie aan het fjord

Ondanks het slechte weer hebben we een fantastische tijd gehad in het huis van Karin. Het uitzicht op het fjord is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. We werden van harte uitgenodigd in haar eigen huis voor koffie met zelfgebakken heerlijke wafels. Zulke lieve mensen.

Schöne Zeit im hohen Norden

Die Woche die wir im Haus von Karin und Jörg verbringen durften war wunderbar. Im Haus mangelte es an nichts. Der Blick in den Fjord war einmalig. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht so ganz mitspielte hatten wir sehr erholsame Tage. Die Vermieter waren stets bemüht und gaben uns hilfreiche Tipps. Alles hat super geklappt. Wir hoffen bald nochmal wieder kommen zu können. Viele Grüße alles Gute und hoffentlich bis Bald!!

Besser geht es nicht

Die Woche bei Karin und Jörg war einfach herrlich. Das Ferienhaus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf den Fjord. Die Gastgeber Karin und Jörg sind nach 1 Woche fast wie Familie ;-) Sie bemühen sich sehr, dass es den Gästen gefällt und alles in Ordnung ist. Prima ist natürlich auch, dass die Gastgeber deutsch sprechen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen und waren sicher nicht das letzte mal da.

Wonderful Stay on GodFjord

The house was warm and comfortable, and very well appointed. The location, close to Sortland and recreational activities, but away from the main roads provides a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife along Godfjord. Karin and Jorg were wonderful hosts, offering suggestions for activities in the area and sharing their hospitality and knowledge of the Vesterålen region. I will stay here again on my next visit to northern Norway.

Herzlicher Empfang am traumhaften Fjord

Karin und Jörg sind die besten Vermieter der Welt! Sie hatten für jede Frage ein offenes Ohr und uns in ihrem Ferienhaus empfangen, als würden wir zur Familie gehören. Das Ferienhaus ist äusserst komfortabel und traumhaft gelegen, zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die Kinder liebten den Angelausflug, das Grillen am Strand, das Baumhaus und die grosse Legokiste. Schade, dass der Weg so weit ist, sonst würden wir sofort wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus in herrlicher Landschaft

Wir haben eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche mit unseren drei Kindern im Juli/August hier verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer Natur von erstaunlicher Schönheit, direkt am Fjord mit Strand. Man kann direkt am Strand spazieren gehen, wandern oder ein Feuer am Wasser machen. Morgens aufwachen mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist auch dabei. Das Haus liegt auch gut: Es ist einerseits in der Natur, andererseits erreicht man alle weiteren Punkte auf den Vesteralen im Norden wie im Süden und im Westen von hier aus sehr gut zu erreichen, zB die Königinnenwanderung mit Nyksund, der Matind bei Bleik, die Scenic Route im Norden auf Andoya, Stokmarknes mit den Hurtigrouten-Museum und auch Sortland zum Versorgen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und praktisch geschnitten mit Wohnzimmer mit schönem Blick, falls man mal nicht draußen sein will. Für uns fünf hatte es genau die richtige Größe und Aufteilung. Karin und Jörg sind sehr sympathische und zugleich diskrete Gastgeber. Tausend Dank für die Waffeln zu unserer Ankunft um 1 Uhr morgens!!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für Familien, wenn man Abgelegenheit liebt

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus von Karin und Jörg sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer ist traumhaft und die Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut. Für die Kids waren Lego und Sandspielzeug vorhanden und sie hatten riesige Freude daran. Vielen Dank an Karin und Jörg für eure Gastfreundschaft.

gemütliches Haus, alles da, Natur pur

Die Gastgeber sind super nett und geben sich alle Mühe den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Für Naturliebhaber einfach klasse. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Bootsnutzung ist nicht inclusive, sollte vielleicht erwähnt werden. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Fantastisk dejligt hus med en skøn udsigt!

Stort hus med masser af plads og smukt indrettet med virkelig mange fine detaljer. Huset ligger smukt lige ned til fjorden. Fint udgangspunkt for vandteture i området og også en fin placering i forhold til hvalture fra Andenes, som bestemt kan anbefales. Karin og Jørg er venlige, imødekommende og hjælpsomme værter. Et ophold her kan bestemt anbefales.

A beautiful place

Grasnes is an amazing and beautiful place. The house is fresh, cosy and fully equipped. We slept like kings and queens in the beds. The view is breath taking with the turqoise water and high mountains. You have only a few steps to a beach with white sand. I would love to return to this wonderful house. The owners are a lovely and hospitable couple, who are delighted to give you advises of places to go.

Ruhige Ferien bei tollen Gastgebern

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unseren Gastgebern mit einem vor dem Haus im Fjord gefangenen Dorsch und einem Kabeljau empfangen. Für Fischer ist das Haus ein wahres Paradies! Das Haus selbst verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich in einem Ferienhaus wünscht. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was notwendig, Waschmaschine mit Tumbler, Schuhtrockner, Hand- und Badetücher: alles da! In der Umgebung lassen sich schöne Ausflüge machen. Entweder zu Fuss oder bei schlechtem Wetter auch mit dem Auto. Wer Tiere mag, muss nicht weit gehen. Rentiere hat es bei unserem Besuch auf der Wiese vor dem Haus gehabt und wer Glück hat kann im Fjord auch einmal einen Orka ausmachen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Vårt mål er alltid å sette gjestens behov i fokus. Vi er alle forskjellige, derfor er det viktig for oss å yte vårt ytterste på individuell service. 30 års erfaring fra serviceyrket er godt å bygge videre på sammen med tilbakemeldingene fra våre gjester.
