Master bedroom includes King bed, new flatscreen TV and private lanai access. Guest room sleeps 3 (new Queen bed and a Twin) and includes a new flatscreen TV. Spacious living room offers a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, large flatscreen TV with DVD and stereo.
This unit offers everything you'll need to make your vacation relaxing and fun. WIFI throughout the unit, new patio furniture, beach chairs & umbrella, towels and portable coolers are just some of the amenities this unit includes. Take the elevator or one flight of stairs down and you're steps from an olympic-size pool and picnic area, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bike racks and several BBQ gas grills.
The condo has a perfect island location...straight off Sanibel bridge and a super on-beach location (Gulf side sunsets!). Easiest on/off island access of all top-rated beachfront condo associations so you don't have to fight island traffic on main street (see map). Super close walk or bike distance to some of the best restaurants and shops, but on a quiet beach-front road. Walk to the Lighthouse or rent a bike to explore Ding Darling Preserve and the best of Sanibel and Captiva (tip: rent bikes for 3+ days at Billy's or Finnimore's and they drop/pick up the bikes at the condo!).
Loggerhead Cay is a beachfront property. EVERY unit at Loggerhead is steps from the ocean! Our unit has a reserved parking space and you can take an elevator or stairs to access our condo's 2nd floor location. We have a local property manager who can handle any problems that may arise. Pet friendly for one (1) dog in unit up to 25 lbs. with Owner permission. No smoking in unit, lanai or courtyard as per Loggerhead Cay regulations. Smoking is permitted in parking lots.

Why Laura Nachbur chose Sanibel Island
We've been vacationing in Sanibel for decades. The gives you a easy tropical setting that you can't find on the mainland and it has much to offer both couples and families. It's short drive from Ft. Myers airport and Loggerhead condos have one of the easiest on/off accesses from the bridge so you don't fight traffic going north/south on the island (see map). Sanibel is a world-renowned shelling destination with miles of sugar white sandy beaches. Enjoy sunsets and walk or ride bikes along the many miles of award-winning paths to nearby attractions and restaurants. It is truly a great island to get out and explore or do nothing at all.
What makes this Condo unique
We were impressed with the pristine maintenance of the Loggerhead grounds and amenities included. Great views of the courtyard, beach and Gulf of Mexico. Close proximity to the clean gas grills provided, well maintained tennis courts and shuffle board areas. Reserved parking space provided and bike racks are a welcome addition. Easiest on/off island access of all top rated beachfront condo associations.

Great Condo in Loggerhead Cay
The condo is clean and well furnished. We loved having our coffee on the screen porch each morning! The bicycles are great to see the island and go to breakfast.

Everything was great: the condo is very nice with plenty of extras: beach towels, chairs, and floats, games, DVD's, even had spices left by previous guests; shampoo, laundry detergent. We felt like welcomed guests.
Perfect vacation spot
Great condo, quiet, clean and comfortable. We found being on the screened-in porch to be very relaxing. Just steps from the ocean, pool, tennis courts, shuffle board there is always something fun to do.
The host is very responsive and we found the condo exactly as described.
The island is very “bike-able” and we even saw alligators in the park. And we enjoyed several of the great restaurants Sanibel to offer. We will definitely be returning.

Had a lot of fun staying here. Kitchen is well supplied. Great view. Enjoyed sitting on the patio for the sunrises and sitting on the beach for the sunsets. Would definitely come back again!
