Master bedroom includes King bed, new flatscreen TV and private lanai access. Guest room sleeps 3 (new Queen bed and a Twin) and includes a new flatscreen TV. Spacious living room offers a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, large flatscreen TV with DVD and stereo.

This unit offers everything you'll need to make your vacation relaxing and fun. WIFI throughout the unit, new patio furniture, beach chairs & umbrella, towels and portable coolers are just some of the amenities this unit includes. Take the elevator or one flight of stairs down and you're steps from an olympic-size pool and picnic area, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bike racks and several BBQ gas grills.

The condo has a perfect island location...straight off Sanibel bridge and a super on-beach location (Gulf side!). Easiest on/off island access of all top-rated beachfront condo associations. Super close to some of the best restaurants and shops, but on a quiet beach-side road. Walk to the Lighthouse or rent a bike to explore Ding Darling Preserve and the best of Sanibel and Captiva (tip: rent bikes for 3+ days at Billy's or Finnimore's and they drop/pick up the bikes at the condo!).

Sanibel Island has much to offer both couples and families. It is short distance from Ft. Myers airport and easy on/easy off access to the unit (see map). Sanibel is a world-renowned shelling destination with miles of sugar white sandy beaches. Enjoy sunsets and walk or ride bikes along the many miles of award-winning paths to nearby attractions and restaurants. It is truly a great island to get out and explore or do nothing at all.

What makes this condo unique

We were impressed with the pristine maintenance of the Loggerhead grounds and amenities included. Great views of the courtyard and beach/Gulf of Mexico. Close proximity to the clean gas grills provided, well maintained tennis courts and shuffle board areas. Personal parking space provided and bike racks are a welcome addition. Easiest on/off island access of all top rated beachfront condo associations.

A Perfect Vacation

Our family selected this property for our 2017 spring break trip and we couldn't have been happier with our selection. The owner was attentive and very hospitable. The unit was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Our family really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, towels and equipment that the owners had for us to use. The beach we were on was fantastic. We loved that the beach location of this condo tended to have calmer waters and great opportunities for shells and fun on the beach. This unit is slightly away from the main traffic area on the island and it was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in a heartbeat and I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to enjoy Sanibel. This was also our family's first trip to Sanibel/Captiva and we fell in love with the islands. If you are considering the trip, don't hesitate and get to the islands. It is a wonderful time!

Superb property and location!

Our family of 5 stayed at this well appointed, clean condo for spring break. Lovely furnishings, great beds, plenty of space to spread out between bedrooms, living area and patio. Great kitchen with nice pots and pans and even a few spices and olive oil- even foil and cling wrap. There were supplies of shampoo, conditioner and even aloe vera, in addition to laundry and dish soap and paper products. 6 big beach towels, chairs, coolers and umbrellas and beach toys were available in the unit. Great pool with times for adult lap swim were appreciated. Close access to great beach with wonderful shelling. Easy access on/off the island as on the east side. Also very close to Jerry's for groceries. We loved our stay!

Wonderful March Break on Sanibel Island

Our first time to the island - absolutely loved it! Made wonderful family memories. Kids favourite (yes I spelled that the Canadian way:) things to do were - shelling in the morning, swimming in the huge pool, playing tennis, riding bikes and just being outdoors. I loved that we could do nature walks (Ding Darling Refuge, Bailey Tract) and drive out on the causeway and pull over on one of the two islands to watch the sunsets - beautiful! Traffic was very heavy on Periwinkle, so definitely getting around on bicycles is a great option. The condo was very comfortable, and we appreciated that the owner and management were able to assist and answer any questions. The location of the condo is great, steps from the tennis courts and gas BBQ's. Little further from the pool and ocean but we didn't mind, the view from the lanai faces the beautifully landscaped courtyard with views of the ocean on either side. This was really nice! Most of the other condos face each other, this is one of the few that looks out to the ocean. Plenty of room, and we appreciated the queen bed (plus twin) in the second bedroom since we have three children, and usually someone is on the pull-out. Everything was super clean when we arrived, and well supplied. Really appreciated the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, even boogie boards! Thank you Laura for your excellent hospitality.

Comfortable, clean retreat on the beach

We had a wonderful vacation on Sanibel Island. Right on the beach, this condo has everything we could want to make our stay perfect!

Days of soaking up the sun and swimming in the crystal clean water, biking (4 bikes available for use) and then grilling out.

We had a great day biking to "Ding" Darling park where we saw a variety or flamingoes.

We went to Traders restaurant (highly recommend the scallops), George and Wendy's (awesome fish nachos) and Jaquaranda for live music. If you take the quick trip to Captiva be sure to check out the crab races at Tween Waters Inn.

Spent an afternoon at Tarpan bay kayaking through the mangroves. Lots of wildlife (birds and jumping fish. It was a little cooler so we didn't see the manatees). We did see manatees at manatee park though.

So much to do! We can't wait to visit again!

Winter escape

We loved Sanibel Island for our winter escape. It is a beautiful relaxing place. While we enjoyed beautiful sunny warm weather, it was snowing at our home. The condo at Loggerhead Cay was soooo! nice. The furnishings were great and the lanai was wonderful for morning coffee. We went to several great restaurants. Wonderful time!
