Es un gran apartamento hasta el pueblo de Riomaggiore. Tiene una gran vista del pueblo y una pequeña terraza que da al mar. es muy tranquilo porque no está en el centro de la ciudad y
Es perfecto para largas estancias. El piso es de mármol y tiene lavadora y lavaplatos y wi fi.
Usted tiene una gran sala con una cama king size, una cocina moderna y una gran mesa para disfrutar de la cena. El apartamento es para 2 o 4 personas porque en la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama para 2.
el apartamento tiene muchas cosas para niños (cama pequeña, juegos, salida de leche con espuma).
Tenemos pasos a seguir para llegar a nuestra ubicación, pero le ayudaremos con sus equipajes si es posible.

Beautiful view

This really is a lovely spot to stay if you want to be away from the main street. Great clean rooms and amazing view but the steps are alot so make sure you are up for that. Host is very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay

I can’t say enough greats things about the home, location & family we rented this place from. Genny & his father went above and beyond to accommodate us on our stay. From carrying luggage to our room to taxiing us to Positano, they did it all with a smile. The home is clean, spacious & beautiful! We would definitely stay there again.

Breathtaking view of the village and surrounding hills. A very romantic setting. This is a walker’s paradise with cafes, gelato, and restaurants, plus a labrynth of charming streets and staircases. You’ll want to be in shape because getting around this entire village involves numerous stairs and ramps of various conditions. The apartment itself is 86 steps above the street, so pack light. The host was very organized and gracious, and everything was in excellent working order.

What a beautiful stay! The property was spotless and the view was outstanding. We did 2 loads of laundry, enjoyed the kitchen and we were close to the main strip for shopping, meals and train accessibility. The hosts were beyond helpful and responsive numerous times. Our family of 4 loved this stay and we all got plenty of steps up and up and up to see the sea! Spectacular at night, too!

Great base for seeing Cinque Terre

We had a lovely stay in the accommodation. The weather was against us as we had unforeseen storms which meant all the paths were closed! Hence, we spent more time than planned in the holiday house, fortunately it was very well equipped and we were able to cook as we would at home 😊👍. An excellent spot

The view was incredible! The room was immaculate. Best of all we were met at the train station in La Spezia by Chiara and she rode with is to Rio Maggione and walked us up the hill to the room!!! That is what I call service!

The balcony allowed the enjoyment of stunning views, however, this place is located up on a hillside requiring a long uphill hike to an elevator and then up many flights of stairs to get to. During our time there, a neighboring apartment was undergoing renovations which was noisy. But other than that… it was nice.

A spacious beautiful property in Riomaggiore. Be prepared for lots of stairs and walking but well worth it for the view. Over top the town and away from the noise but it is an easy descent from your tranquility to find some wine or a bite to eat. Returning is helped by an elevator that takes you part way up... or skip it and walk the extra steps as penance for all the good calamari you likely over indulged in. I would highly recommend this property (and the town of Riomaggiore) as a base for exploring and there are few available options at this price point and with these amenities. EXCELLENT value.

Wow - a perfect place for privacy, views, and comfort

Three adults stayed at Cinque Terre d'Amare for only two nights - and we wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment is large, clean, comfortable, well lit, and very modern - just as pictured in the listing. The location is a short walk from the train station, above San Giovanni Battista Church, and reached by elevator, ramps, and stairs - which we didn't mind one bit because it was gloriously quiet at night. We loved the deck and kitchen so much that we chose to eat take-away food both nights at the apartment - why spend time inside a restaurant when the view is so great? The beds were comfortable and the bath was clean and modern as well. The owner responded to our questions each time within an hour - which was very helpful. We used the train for all transportation and visited all five of the towns while staying, but we liked Rio Maggiore the best.

Overall we liked the home. The other reviewers were very accurate about the amount of stairs. There are a lot!! The home was as pictured. Did expect the balcony to be bigger. Some feedback for improvement Air conditioners were only in the bedroom and do not work very well. - some ice chunks fell out one morning Hair dryer only blew cold air - messaged the property manager and they said they would bring a new one but never did Lighting on the stairs leading to to home was Not on at night. Made for interesting walks home in the dark after dinner

The space was a large two bedroom apartment with a beautiful view. We had a few issues with the heat, but the owner was very fast at responding and took care of everything fast. The only major downfall was the shower. Unfortunately, the place where we needed the luxury of a good shower the most (due to hiking all day), was ridiculously small. There are no hooks or any ledges to sit anything on. You could not turn around without brushing up against the handle and turning the water off. The shower door itself pulled IN similar to an airplane bathroom door providing even less space. If two couples stayed here, the bathroom situation would be a major challenge. We would not stay in this particular room again, only due to the shower. We WOULD; however, stay in another room from this owner provided that it has at least a standard sized shower. This was the same owner that was nice enough to allow us to shift our stay by one day to accommodate our travel delay.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Da die Wohnung in einem der höchst gelegenen Häuser liegt, muss man viel hoch und runter, dafür ist man vom Trubel ein bisschen weg. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (nur online) war super. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Piacevole soggiorno in comodo appartamento

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo appartamento comodo e spazioso per noi 4 adulti. Appartamento pulito spazioso e con tutte le comodità. Non abbiamo mai incontrato i proprietari ma si sono dimostrati comunque disponibili e gentili.

Amazing views

The appartment was comfortable and plenty spacious for our family of two adults and two children. The view is spectacular. Just be aware that there is quite a climb up the hills and then the stairs to reach the unit. Loved it!

Overall the place was beautiful and wonderful for our needs. Great view and balcony was wonderful! Only 2 negatives were it was difficult to find and no parking. We needed to top at the top of the hill and take a shuttle bus. I’m unsure why parking is not included as there was parking in front of all the buildings but perhaps a spot costs a lot every month so the owner decided not to bother.

Thanks for this review, I want only underline that parking inside Riomaggiore is not allowed because it's a National Park. The parking area in front of the apartment is only for locals and it's for all the people of the village, also for us we are allowed to keep only 1 parking for family so we park car up the hill. This is a big problem and usually we suggest to take the train and park car in la Spezia cause we know the problem, but it's also a luck for us cause we take care of environment and we are proud that there aren't cars inside the town! So it's not a problem of payment but there isnt the possibility to have it! Kind Regards and hope to have you again our guests!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property is located at the top. Arianna was kind enough to meet us at the train station to show us the way, top notch service. The deck has a beautiful view of ocean & the mountains. We bought day passes recommended by Arianna; so thankful she did. Very useful & most cost effective. We visited all five villages, all have different charms. It was a wonderful stay for us.

L'appartement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes et aux photos sur le site. Martina est venue nous accueillir à la gare de Riomaggiore, cet accueil nous a permis de nous rendre à l'appartement très rapidement. L'appartement est bien situé et dispose d'une belle vue sur le village et la mer. Il est par ailleurs très confortable et très propre.

AWESOME place to stay... and that view from the balcony, WOW!

If I'm ever back in the Cinque Terre, I will definitely stay here again. Chiara went above and beyond to help make sure our stay was perfect. The apartment is a great size for a couple, two couples (one futon, one bed), or a small family. It is well equipped. It even has a washer, to wash your stinky clothes after long days of hiking. It is located at the top of hill that allows you quick access to both sides of Riomaggiore. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to sit on the balcony.

Great place to experience Cinque Terre. This place is at the very top of the town with great views. The trade off is the steps but in my opinion worth the climb. Place was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. Check in was easy enough. Small additional town tax to be paid. Good value. Town elevator works limited hours that helps with part of the climb. I recommend this place.No parking and town lot was full there is parking to drop off luggage but some distance.Had to park up on the road maybe 2km away. This place is better if you're traveling light. Big suitcases would be an issue.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped!!

We spent a week at 5 Terre d’Amare .... it was a great base for exploring CinqueTerre!! The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious!! The beds were very comfortable! We appreciated being able to use the washing machine and dry our clothes outside! We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view and listen to the sound of birds that seemed to surround us!! The apartment allowed us to escape from the mid day crowds that descend on Riomaggiore!! We did our exploring in the morning and at the end of the day. There are many stairs, but that is the nature of the area. We appreciated the breakfast treats left for us to enjoy. Chiara was quick to respond to our needs and any concerns were immediately addressed! The apartment was our favourite accommodation of all of the places we visited in Italy!

it's a big apartment with a great position up to the Riomaggiore Castle overlook all the Riomaggiore village, it's a very quiet place. You have a big bedroom and big living room where you can have special dinner time. It has washmachine, dishmachine it's perfect for long stay.
