Take advantage of our new lower rate structure for an exciting getaway to beautiful Saint Simons Island at our adorable and unique oceanfront cottage.

SEACLUSION TOO is the lower floor of a unique two-unit oceanfront vacation property on St. Simons Island, a barrier-free condo at ground level. SEACLUSION is a second floor condo accessible via an outdoor stairway to the upper deck (VRBO listing #660691).

The floor plans of both condos are identical, and both are beautifully furnished and appointed. If one is not available, be sure and check on the other listing.

SEACLUSION TOO is located directly on the sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean, within one-half mile or a 10-minute walk to the village/pier area. Our home has been recently renovated and features a DIRECT and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach, the shipping channel, and Jekyll Island. You will have peace and quiet in your private beachfront backyard while enjoying 180-degree beautiful ocean views from your living room, open kitchen, and dining room through two sets of big glass sliders. You can see Jekyll Island and Cumberland Island from the patio and living room, and throughout the day you can experience the ever-changing tidal patterns that come with the ocean's gentle ebb and crashing flow on the rocks in front of SEACLUSION TOO.

Enjoy waking up and walking out to your private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, feeling the wonderful ocean breezes above your own private white sand beach.

Sit back and relax.

Watch the ships and dolphins go by.

Sit in the sun and get a tan.

Read a book.

Go biking and walking on the beautiful flat sand beach, and spend tranquil moments wading and fishing in the waters close to shore.

Each unit features two bedrooms with comfortably appointed king beds and an open dining room/living room with a sofa sleeper with unobstructed ocean views . A queen-sized air mattress is also available. Two bathrooms feature a tub with shower and walk-in shower, respectively. Renovations to the kitchen, baths, flooring, windows, walls, etc., include comfortable furnishings, all tile and wood flooring, both air conditioning and ceiling fans, and a laundry room. There is a flat screen t.v. in both the living room and master bedroom.

Plus, we include all the toys you will need to make your vacation fun--fishing poles, bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, and much more. We also have all the necessities--dishwasher, washer/dryer, pots, pans, silverware, towels, linens, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, spices, charcoal grill, etc.

Seaclusion is situated in one of the most desirable areas on St. Simons Island, where you can walk in a few minutes to the charming village with its fine dining establishments, lively bars, and unique boutiques, or you can rent a golf cart and tour this picturesque Southern island. And--for the golfer--St. Simons has plenty of challenging courses to satisfy all who play the game. Let us book a tee-time for you!

About Heather Simpson

Brian and Trish Law (from Bay City, Michigan) and their ever-expanding family (3 daughters and sons-in-law, with 6 grandchildren) bought this oceanfront property in December of 2014. The elder Laws met at Michigan State University and are, therefore, avid Spartan fans. They have always enjoyed creating warm and cozy places to entertain family and friends and have enjoyed turning this property into a space where they--and their guests--will make wonderful memories!

Why Heather Simpson chose Coastal

The Laws fell in love with St. Simons Island while helping Brian's sister, Jacquie, find a home to buy on the island and subsequently discovered this property on the beach with the "awesome view" and couldn't resist its potential. They have been renovating it ever since!

Being Michiganders from the Great Lakes State, Brian and Trish grew up on the water and are drawn to the spectacular ocean view from this cottage they call "Seaclusion" and hope that you will enjoy the tidal patterns that change from a gentle ebb to a crashing flow on the rocks behind the private white sand beach as much as they do!

What makes this condo unique

One of the most significant benefits of Seaclusion is its location. Situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean on its own private white sandy beach adjacent to the public access bridge to the ocean, in a quiet setting away from traffic, Seaclusion is also located between two clusters of excellent restaurants and lively bars, about a half mile away in each direction.

Each cottage is cozy enough for 2, but has plenty of room for 8, and, if rented together, both Seaclusion and Seaclusion Too can accommodate 16.

Although you will probably be spending most of your daylight hours outdoors enjoying the beautiful natural setting, indoors you will find the cottages have Wi-Fi and cable, with Netflix and Blu-Ray Players.

Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

Perfect Location

Location.Location.Location

Twenty-five steps to the beach. A ten minute walk to the town center and it's restaurants and shopping.

The place is very comfortable for two couples or a couple with children. Clean.

The kitchen is functional but could use larger pots and pans to accommodate the cooking that a family of six might need. Also, as mentioned in another review the coffeemaker belongs in the Smithsonian.

That said,I'd stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

The location is great!

St. Simons Island is a special place for my wife and I. That's why we have continued to return there year after year. This was our first stay at this property. We found the photos to be accurate and the property manager, Heather, was very responsive.....multiple times. We regret that was the case, but it is what it is.

Location, Location, Location!

We will stay here again!

The condo was clean and bright. The location and views were perfect!

We rode bikes to the pier and village, walked to dinner, sat on the porch and listened to the waves, and watched the fishing boats. My favorite part was being able to take a few steps and be on the beach and come back in for lunch and go back out without having to pack a thing.

We also had great customer service. If we had a question, they got straight back to us ASAP. Also, we had to leave early because of mandatory hurricane evacuations. Although we had purchased insurance, the insurance company refused to pay. Knowing this was ridiculous, the owner/manager gave us a refund for the nights we had to cut short. THAT is customer service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Fabulous location on the beach

The location of this rental on the island is excellent. It is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants downtown, as well as the lighthouse. More importantly it is right on the beach. There is a unit upstairs with a better view of the ocean, but this unit literally walks directly out to a sandy area behind the breakers. There are steps over to the beach.

The house is nice and up to date. There were a few minor repairs needed but nothing major. There were bikes available although we did not use them and plenty of beach chairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place on the beach in St Simons. If you need more than 2 bedrooms, there is an identicle unit upstairs if you could get both at the same time and have the whole house!

Perfect location and pet friendly

This was our second stay on this property. We really like being right on the beach and so close to the village. It is very popular and we wanted to rebook for next year during our stay, but it was already booked. Might recommend an incumbency clause or right of first refusal to the current renter.

Fantastic beachfront property

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have had so far!!!!!! Very tastefully furnished, even more beautiful than the pictures present. Everything was exactly as promised!! We will definitely rent this property again.
