An awesome property, very walkable and wonderful to have a patio to enjoy the views. Very clean with ample dishes supplied in the kitchen. Highly recommend if you have the opportunity to visit Zadar!

The apartment was terrific. It was beautifully decorated and spotless. The view from the balcony was spectacular! It was an easy walk to Old Town and the Sea Organ! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice clean apartment , and fabulous location just outside of Old Town Zadar. Apartment is good but building is quite old. Host is great, but there was a smell from the ensuite bathroom that just wouldn’t go away due to the old pipes we think For the money was fine but building does need a bit of work.

The accommodations were perfect. The location from activities and old town were terrific. What I enjoyed the most was sitting on the balcony overlooking the old town, with the lit bridge. Fabulous central accommodation in Zadar

The pictures tell it all. We were so impressed with the location and accommodation itself was wonderful. The Host was super pleasant and one night we had trouble making the stove top work and she video called and helped us right away. The accommodation and the closeness to the Old town simply made Zadar an unforgettable destination. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it as a destination. We stayed 5 nights.

Great apartment

We had a fantastic stay at Marijana's apartment. Perfect location - walking distance to the old town but out of the busy crowds. The apartment is so spacious, well-furnished and equipped. It was lovely to have the balcony to sit on and gaze down as people moved across the bridge. Car parking was tight, although we did manage to get one in the lot beside the building (the only vacant one).

Fabulous apartment in Zadar

We loved our stay at Marijana’s place in Zadar. She responded to our Whats Apps very promptly. We were able to park our rental car in the lot out front for free the whole time. The place is bright and has a beautiful balcony with a nice view. Walk to the old town couldn’t be easier. Small grocery store downstairs sold what we needed during our stay. Two bathrooms was great also!

Beautiful Apartment/Excellent Location

Marijana was a fantastic host, making sure our check in and stay went smoothly. The apartment is spacious and spotless providing us with the essentials we needed for our two night stay. The location couldn’t be better. The walking bridge into the old city a short block away. Views are nice from its expansive balcony. Beautiful Apartment

Overall, our stay was amazing! The apartment itself is beautiful and well decorated. The location is perfect and you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. It’s just a short walk to old town over the bridge. Someone mentioned in a previous review, don’t let the looks of the building scare you. We did have a bit of a difficult time finding the location. The free parking is a nice touch also.

Better Than Promised

When trying to make a decision on a property, the description and the pictures are usually nicer than the Actual property. That is not the case with this apartment! This beautifully renovated, exceptionally bright property with an incredible view of the harbour was indeed better than we expected..

Convenient & Comfy!

We had a wonderful stay here! So convenient (free parking!), and super easy to walk back and forth across the well-lit bridge to Old Town. Lots of bakeries, coffee shops and bakeries even closer. The apartment itself is spotless (gleaming white tile with heated floors), modern, quiet, comfortable, spacious and sunny, with extraordinary 8th-floor views of the city (the building itself is a bit dreary, but just think of it as a historic relic of Cold War-era Yugoslavia). Marijana provided excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations. Would stay here again in a hot second.
