An awesome property, very walkable and wonderful to have a patio to enjoy the views. Very clean with ample dishes supplied in the kitchen. Highly recommend if you have the opportunity to visit Zadar!

Nice clean apartment , and fabulous location just outside of Old Town Zadar. Apartment is good but building is quite old. Host is great, but there was a smell from the ensuite bathroom that just wouldn’t go away due to the old pipes we think For the money was fine but building does need a bit of work.

Overall the apartment was lovely and clean with great views across the bridge to the old town.However parking was very difficult and the apartment was on the 8th floor serviced by 2 tiny lifts. If you hate small lifts this may not be for you. Furthermore, the house rules booklet noted that check out was at 11am but was told in the morning of check out that the we must vacate by 10am. Just a minor oversight !

La location est vraiment idéalement placée, c'est génial ! L'appartement est grand, propre, parfait. Quelle magnifique vue.Le parking gratuit est bien serré, ne pas avoir une trop grosse voiture...mais nous avons eu de la place à chaque fois tout de même ! :)

This is a great place! Beautiful, spacious, great view and free parking. Location is convenient, right next to the bride leading to the old town.

Better Than Promised

When trying to make a decision on a property, the description and the pictures are usually nicer than the Actual property. That is not the case with this apartment! This beautifully renovated, exceptionally bright property with an incredible view of the harbour was indeed better than we expected..

The apartment was terrific. It was beautifully decorated and spotless. The view from the balcony was spectacular! It was an easy walk to Old Town and the Sea Organ! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful apartment with gorgeous view

Wonderful modern apartment with city and harbor view, lots of light, very clean. Short walking distance to old Town and sea organ. We enjoyed the property and everything with it a lot. Would rent again and regimens to friends

Ideal location. Exactly like the photos. Superb view from balcony. We just loved our 6 night stay. Kitchen fully equipped to prepare quick meals / lunches / breakfasts. We highly recommend.

Fabulous central accommodation in Zadar

The pictures tell it all. We were so impressed with the location and accommodation itself was wonderful. The Host was super pleasant and one night we had trouble making the stove top work and she video called and helped us right away. The accommodation and the closeness to the Old town simply made Zadar an unforgettable destination. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it as a destination. We stayed 5 nights.

Great apartment

We had a fantastic stay at Marijana's apartment. Perfect location - walking distance to the old town but out of the busy crowds. The apartment is so spacious, well-furnished and equipped. It was lovely to have the balcony to sit on and gaze down as people moved across the bridge. Car parking was tight, although we did manage to get one in the lot beside the building (the only vacant one).

Fabulous apartment in Zadar

We loved our stay at Marijana’s place in Zadar. She responded to our Whats Apps very promptly. We were able to park our rental car in the lot out front for free the whole time. The place is bright and has a beautiful balcony with a nice view. Walk to the old town couldn’t be easier. Small grocery store downstairs sold what we needed during our stay. Two bathrooms was great also!

Beautiful Apartment

Overall, our stay was amazing! The apartment itself is beautiful and well decorated. The location is perfect and you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. It’s just a short walk to old town over the bridge. Someone mentioned in a previous review, don’t let the looks of the building scare you. We did have a bit of a difficult time finding the location. The free parking is a nice touch also.

Zadar near across from old town

The accommodations were perfect. The location from activities and old town were terrific. What I enjoyed the most was sitting on the balcony overlooking the old town, with the lit bridge. Nice Stay! Apartment clean, parking hard.

Property was as described, and like others mentioned the downstairs construction was much different than the unit itself. We had some issues with the water, however, which was less than desirable, but it was turned back on within a couple hours of our arrival. Last note would be parking. Yes, there is a lot but it was packed and hard to find space.

A great property just a stone throw away from the Old City of Zadar, which has all the advantages of staying in the old city without all the noise only a 300m walk across the bridge access to museums, excursions , shops, bars ,nightclubs, restaurants and the boat trip to the islands. The apartment is newly modern renovated with luxury enmities.
