The apartment was clean and beautiful, well situated in the city. Parking is actually street parking so it’s a bit hard to find a spot sometimes. The entrance to the building was not obvious or well signed. We wandered around looking for the entrance unsure which one was ok to go through. Eventually we just entered a doorway to a dark hallway and staircase and looked around to find the apartment unit. There is no “patio”, it’s only a rooftop. It’s not private at all but the views are wonderful. There are numerous TVs but no streaming options available. The kitchen is nice but minimally stocked. The place is nice, we’ll furnished and ideal location for walking around but not exactly what we needed.

Clean convenient and Great View

Very nice apartment close to sea organ and short walk to great restaurants. Beautiful views! Washer and dryer were a big plus for us. Would stay here again!

Phantastisch!

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern in der Anzeige. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt - und einfach hübsch. Die Dachterasse ist bei Sonnenuntergang der absolute Hammer und man ist da immer ganz allein, da die übrigen Bewohner des Hauses offensichtlich nicht daran interessiert sind. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Hidden gem in Zadar

Fabulous location with spectacular views. Due to the excellent location though, finding a parking spot can be a bit challenging. The layout of the apartment was very well thought out with ample amenities. Loris is very attentive to your needs and has great suggestions for placed to ear. Restauran Bruschetta is a must!

Chic apartment in great location

The apartment is perfectly located, within a couple minutes walk of the Sea Organ, the wall, and the Old Town. It's just as advertised and feels upscale. The blackout curtains were a huge plus for tired travelers, and all the amenities (washer/dryer, iron, rooftop) made the apartment a great midpoint of our trip. With 2 bed and 2 bath, it gave us plenty of room. The owner was very easy to work with. There are a lot of steps to get to the third floor, which might be of note depending on personal preference but we were glad for them as it gave us an extra chance to burn off the wonderful dinners and drinks we had in Old Town. Would highly recommend.

Great Location and Modern Apartment

I can’t say enough great things about the location and the wonderful apartment we stayed in. We couldn’t have asked for more. However, there are three long flights of stairs to climb so beware if you have a lot of luggage. Also, try arriving when it is light out as it was difficult for us to see the lock box and we never saw the manager. We tried conversing by phone but I didn’t have What’s App loaded on my phone and he never seemed to get any of my text messages when we were trying to figure out the free parking. Otherwise we had a splendid stay and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable and a great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, with good linens and towels! Very close to the sea organ and overlooks the harbor. We would definitely recoommend this apartment.

Great Location, Amazing views of Sunsets

This is a beautiful apartment, in a great location. It is just around the corner from The Sea Organ and Greeting To The Sun. There is a shared rooftop where you will be able to see the most magnificent sunsets in the world, (away from the crowds gathered nearby). You do have to carry your chairs up to the rooftop. Loris, the manager responded quickly to all requests and even offered to pop over and fix something for us as well as look for tours for us. He also helped us carry our luggage up the 70 stairs to our room. We are seniors and the stairs were not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues this apartment might not be for you. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location!

Super modern apartment with stunning views of the water. You will feel like your on a cruise ship when you look out the windows. They provide chairs to take up to the roof for drinks and to enjoy the sites. But it is on the 4th floor and you better be in good shape to climb the stairs, a little tough at first but your body will get used to it by the second day. Lol It was worth the money and will be back again, it was a great find.

Amazing location amazing rental

This is a lovely rental and located near all the main attractions in Zadar. One needs to be very aware that there r over three flights of stairs and no elevator. The unit itself is very nice and spacious with modern decor. Pictures on Homeaway website r very accurate. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing accommodation in Zadar

The location and views were breathtaking. The property is in the perfect location for Old Town, Sea Organ and Monument to the Sun. We got amazing photos of sunsets from the rooftop. The property has everything you need. The photos are exactly what the accommodation looks like. Excellent heating/aircon. Absolutely superb - we highly recommend this property

Zadar at your feet

First a word about Loris, couldn’t have been more charming and helpful – including transfers to/from the airport. Of the apartment – great situation, in the old town, with wonderful views. Fully equipped for self catering. Good décor. Clean serviceable shower and two loos. Word of caution for those with limited mobility or similar issues there are 3 flights of stairs (60 in all) and no elevator BUT if your fit it’s well worth it for the views alone. Also the roof terrace is more of a roof than a terrace but this is a minor point. Easy walking into and around the old town, good local bus service to places such as Nin and ferries on your doorstep to the Islands. Loads of eateries and watering holes and a couple of mid range grocery stores all within walking.

Amazing location and view

Highly recommend this rental. Very spacious. The location was perfect for quick, easy walks into old town and the sea organ. Having a half bath was a huge perk. Owner was very helpful and gave great dinner and market suggestions as well.

Amazing Zadar!

The most comfortable unit in Zadar! Very nice place to stay with beautiful sea views from the spacious kitchen and bedrooms!! My husband and I had 4 days in Croatia and this was the perfect location and place to be. We were able to explore and enjoy the fabulous Old Town with its Roman and Venetian ruins, daily morning market, amazing restaurants - all within walking distance. Plitvica Lakes was a perfect day trip. I would definitely book this home again on my next visit to Croatia, it was that nice!

This is a great place to spend some relaxing time in the historical part of Zadar. The location is perfect, steps away from Sea Organ and Greetings to the Sun, Narodni trg (People's Square), green and fish market, restaurants and bars. You will easily enjoy on foot all that Roman, Medieval and Contemporary Zadar has to offer. The apartment is freshly renovated, very comfortable and bright, accommodates three people. From the roof terrace there is magnificant sea view, you can sit on outdoor dining area and enjoy Zadar's sunset.
