Composed of three bedrooms, 1 living room, two bathrooms and wc, an equipped kitchen, and a dining room on the mountain side

- Ideal for a stay with friends or family

- House completely renovated indoors in June 2016

- All bedrooms are air-conditioned, including 2 bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom and one bedroom & living room on the ground floor with bathroom & wc. House equipped with central heating.
-1 Entrance and lounge on the sea side with fireplace,
-1 fully equipped kitchen
-1 living room dining room and lounge on the mountain side and garden, with television and internet. Very comfortable convertible sofa for sleeping 2 additional adults (Room with glass doors)


- All rooms are with air conditionned. The house is also equiped with a central heating.
- 2 rooms in the floor (a double and a twin) with a common bathroom,
- 1 room and lounge with bathroom and toilets is facing the swimming pool (room with the blue flaps).
- 1 lounge on sea side with fireplace,

Super Urlaub in Casa Rosita

Das Objekt ist zwar nicht hyper modern aber in einem sehr guten auch baulichen guten Zustand, (offensichtlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden) und bis auf Kleinigkeiten sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Korbgeflecht Sitzgruppen auf der Terrasse sind sehr sperrig und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für Frauen oder Kinder ist es kaum möglich die Sessel auf dem Bodenbelag vernünftig zu handeln. Zumindest an dem großen Esstisch auf der Terasse sollten diese gegen andere, vielleicht eher normale Outdoorstühle ausgetauscht werden. Der Pool und auch die Außenanlage ist super. Bei der Ausstattung ist besonders auch der Induktionsherd, die Waschmaschine und der Trockner zu erwähnen (sehr hilfreich!). Ein halbwegs vernünftiges scharfes Kochmesser und ein ebenso scharfes kleines Schälmesser könnten ergänzt werden. Der Grill könnte mit einer Grillzange und vor allem mit einem Grillkohle-Anzündekamin (Blechbüchse) ausgestattet werden. Ok, alles Kleinigkeiten. Alles in allem ist es unserer Meinung nach sehr gut und jederzeit zu empfehlen und wir konmmen gerne wieder.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar und Ihre Vorschläge. Wir nutzen jede Wintersaison, um das Haus zu pflegen und zu verschönern. Insbesondere planen wir, die Möbel auf der Terrasse in diesem Winter zu erneuern.

Superbe séjour

Séjour inoubliable dans un lieu magique. La villa est très agréable grâce aux grands espaces et à un équipement de qualité. La situation est exceptionnelle avec une vue sur la mer à l'avant et sur les montagnes à l'arrière. La proximité des calanques aux eaux turquoises (5 min à pied) et des restaurants de très bonne qualité ont enchanté nos vacances. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute.
