En la planta piso hay tres dormitorios y dos baños. Dos habitaciones de la planta primera tienen balcón. Dos terrazas exteriores en la planta baja. The villa was well equipped for cooking, beds were comfortable. Everywhere was clean.We enjoyed the pool and the added toys for the 3 year old in our party. A lovely nearby restaurant. And bus stop in a 5 minute walk.

We had an excellent stay at Maria’s villa. She provided supplies in the fridge which made things much easier for our arrival, including something for dinner . The villa was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just back from a brilliant holiday in a delightful property. The location was ideal for us. Close enough to civilisation but not in the thick of it. A 2 min walk to the sea where we snorkelled and sun bathed every day. When we arrived the house was beyond our expectations. It was clean with all mod cons and our wonderful host made sure we had some essentials (milk, bread, butter, coffee) and also left us a huge bowl of fresh fruit which lasted much of the week. Our host communicated well and met our every need.I would definitely rebook this property for next time.

The perfect villa for our first family holiday. Maria was a great hostess, nothing was too much for her. On arrival we were given a tour of the property, the fridge and cupboards were full of essentials to get settled in. Maria went out of her way to pick up another cot and delivered it that very night for us. The property was very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The pool was perfect for the two little ones, although we couldn’t stay in it for too long as it was a bit chilly for the 4 month old. Location was great, walking distance to two lovely restaurants. Alcudia port was about 30 minutes walking. Would love to come back soon :)

Lovely stay, wiuld highly recommend

The villa was exactly as described in the listing, very clean and with all of the utiities needed for our holiday. Quiet, residential area, only 5min walk to the bus stop where the local bus service into Alcudia was very reliable. Maria was an excellent host who responded very quickly to all of our questions and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

The villa was lovely and had everything we needed,it was in a nice quiet area which was fine for us.Maria was a wonderful host,always helpful and even gave us a traditional Majorcan cake when we left.We would highly recommend the villa,although there were only two of us there was plenty of room for families or groups of friends.

Fantastic place to stay

I was staying in this property to compete in the Ironman 70.3 in Alcudia. They were very helpful, allowing me to check in early and were really accommodating. We arrived to food in the fridge amongst other lovely gestures. The villa is very spacious and well kept. There are shops and bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this villa to anyone!!

A pearl in Alcanada

Very comfortable and spacious house in a nice and quiet street. We were two families living there during two weeks and had a wonderful experience! The pool was big and was highly appreciated for the lazy days under the sun. All the rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you very much Maria we hope to see you soon again!

Nice semi-detached house in a quiet area

Very clean house with good living areas and nice pool. However, the area is a bit boring. A car is highly recommended to go on interesting tours from the house. Maria and her husband looked after us wonderfully and never intrusively.

Wonderful week in Mallorca

We spent a fantastic week in the height of the summer in this lovely villa. Maria was a great host who was there when we arrived and had stocked the fridge for us so we didn't have to dash out after a day of travelling. The area is quiet and just a short walk (5mins) from the coast where there are a few restaurants and a SPAR shop. We had a lovely time and I can't recommend Maria and her villa enough :-) Muchas gracias!!!

A Perfect Spot for a Quiet Getaway

Would be best if you have a car. We loved the onsite pool. Lots of room. Amenities are great. Host Maria was amazing and helpful. The surprise of breakfast food was so wonderful. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to beach and a few restaurants. Would probably want a car when venturing to the Port but well worth a visit. We biked to Port of Pollença and that was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Great villa

Just got back from a week at Maria’s villa.Maria was there to meet us on arrival. Slight language barrier as she doesn’t speak any English and we don’t speak Spanish, but we pointed our way round and she showed us around the villa.All rooms were clean and as shown on the pictures.Pool was lovely and we used it every day.It was quite a walk down to the town / Port but there is a bus that runs every hour so we got that most days and then walked back later as the bus finishes about 9pm.I would definitely recommend Maria’s villa as we had a lovely stay.Nice welcome pack too.

Lovely Villa

We stayed August 2023 and found the villa perfect for a family with teenagers. The host was helpful and friendly and left lots of lovely food for when we arrived. The pool is deep and just the right size for teens. Good local bus route which finishes mid evening, about 40 mins walk to the port if staying out later. Local Spar handy , although we found the staff grumpy! Would stay here again

Everything was perfect

We arrived at the location arround 02:00 and Maria was waiting for us. She bought for us free of charge some things for breakfast. The House is very clean, and the pool also. It has an underground garrage where you can park your car. We will shurely stay again at Maria's place when we will be back.

Fab half term family holiday 🌞

Lovely clean and well equipped Villa in a quiet residential location. 6 adults and 2 children. Easy walk down to the sea. Maria stocked us up with loads of essentials and a big bowl of fresh fruit. La Terraza restaurant/bar is lovely and the Spar and bus stop is just at the bottom of the hill. Old Town Alcúdia and the Marina area with sandy beach are just a short bus journey away. Market day is Tuesday in Alcúdia old town - lovely crafts, food, clothes and handbags 👍
