Nous avons eu une chambre plutôt qu'un appartement.

Nous avions réservé un appartement (avec cuisine équipée) 6 mois à l'avance. Deux jours avant notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous parle d'une chambre. Ce n'était pas à l'adresse prévue ni l'appartement convenu.La chambre avait une salle de bain partagée. Nous n'avons pu nous entendre pour intégrer l'appartement que nous avions dû payer en totalité à l'avance. J. Gosselin, Canada, Québec

Die Wohnung war nicht die die wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten . Sehr schmutzig , weder Geschirr noch Töpfe sowie Kochutensilien waren vorhanden .Der Herd funktionierte nicht , es roch modrig, in der Küche stand ein altes Schlaf Sofa und es war ein dunkler Raum ohne Fenster . Diese Wohnung wurde uns als neu renovierte angeboten was definitiv nicht der Fall war . Wir konnten nicht länger als eine Nacht in dieser Wohnung verbringen. Trotzdem wir für eine Woche bezahlt hatten war es uns nicht möglich diese Zeit dort zu verbringen . Wir haben uns ein anderes Apartment gesucht und gefunden was zudem noch günstiger war .

Todos os nossos AL têm uma excelente limpeza Nos não temos apartamentos só temos Suites os clientes não sabiam especificamente o que tinham reservado tentamos que a sua estadia fosse o melhor possivel lamentamos muito que não fosse agradável devido as expectativas que tinham criado
