Magnífico y espacioso apartamento de cuatro dormitorios con una amplia recepción, cocina totalmente equipada y una lavadora-secadora. Cerca de las principales estaciones de metro (línea 1, línea 6, RERA) con conexiones y acceso a todas las partes de París, así como al banlieu. Fácil transporte a aeropuertos, estaciones de tren y estaciones de autobuses que conectan con toda Europa. Cerca de todos los destinos turísticos, a 3 minutos a pie del Arco de Triunfo, a 10 minutos a pie de la Torre Eiffel, a 10 minutos en metro del Louvre. Everything about this rental was terrific. Great communication from host starting when I rented to when we left. The apartment was perfect for our family vacation, including 3 families for a total of 8 people. With 4 bedrooms which had plenty of room, one large bathroom, 2 toilets, and a second shower room made getting ready easy. It was equipped with all the necessities, making it easy to come in and relax after flying all day. This is definitely a great place to stay. Location is great. The host was excellent. We would stay here again. A true gem. Thanks to our host!

Wonderful Property

We booked this property for two families of 4. 8 people total with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. This location was amazing and the apartment was great. The host was easy to work with as we arrived early on US flights and helping us navigate our luggage as the place was being cleaned.

Central Paris apartment

Great location in central Paris blocks from the Arc. Metro station a block away and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Large, comfortable apartment with all the amenities needed for a short or long visit to Paris. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Nice stay in Paris

We enjoyed staying at this property. The owner was very communicative. There were plenty of products and a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for family gatherings. The "air conditioning" wasn't the central system we expected and took us awhile to figure out. Since we managed to be in Paris during a heat wave, the room units weren't really up to the job.The location was great for us: easy walks to public transportation, a grocery store, restaurants, and GREAT bakery just outside the front door.

Thanks very much Rosemary for your review I understand the heat you happened to be in Paris during however paris residents are very restrictive with installing AC units as it is prohibited in private buildings for environmental purposes and central units has to be done with approval of all residents of the building that we never succeeded to so I will try to get more portable units for the bedrooms as well that may help cool down the heat many thanks again and hope to see you again

Fantastic location and so spacious!!

Our group had grandparents, daughters and teenaged grandchildren who were seeing Paris for the first time. This could not have suited our needs better. All aspects from ease of check-in to individual comfort were 5 stars excellent quality. It's a lucky visitor who finds this place.

A Room with a View

Spacious apartment with fabulous views of Arc de Triomphe and the broad avenue leading up to it. Easy access to metro station serving multiple lines. Host is wonderful to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing place in the heart of Paris

My family had a great stay. The amenities were abundant and thoughtful. The location was a short 10-15 minute walk to the champs elysee and arc de triomphe. There were several restaurants and cafes adjacent to the building or a short walk away. The host was attentive and responsive to our questions. We would stay here again. Thank you for the experience.

Paris Retreat

Maissa is a wonderful host. She answered all of my communication quickly before and during our visit. We were a group of 7 arriving at different times and she accommodated the first arrival at 9am after a red eye flight. The apartment is spacious, we never felt crowed and in a wonderful neighborhood.

Great Family Apartment in Paris

This is a great apartment and owner was a pleasure to work with. Everything is well represented. It is very close to both metro stop and RER train stop. Neighborhood has great bakery, brasserie, and numerous wonderful ethnic restaurants. We would definitely stay again. However you need to be aware this is a busy area and the traffic noise is significant, typical of large city locations.

Family stay in cosy apartment

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment had a homely feeling and everything we needed for 2 families. It was located close to the metro Argentine. Also a great baker, boucher and Italian take away were just around the corner. The only thing I would recommend for light sleepers is to bring earplugs because there is a lot of traffic in the street. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Great Location, Amazing Find in Paris

This is an amazing find in the heart of Paris-- there was plenty of space, it was close to the metro and bus station, and the hosts were very responsive. The building is old and the elevator is small, so expect to go up one or two at a time, if you are a group that really needs to use it, but everything worked and it met our needs for the trip. I would highly recommend!

Paris Stay

This was a very cute place to stay in Paris, so close to everything. The only thing I would say is that the air conditioning was mediocre. I know that is not a big thing is Europe so we adapted. Maissa was great and very responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay Sue and Friends

Very well connected through metros buses and trains not only to all parts of Paris but also to each and every single city in France as well as all over Europe. The apartment is very spacious with large balconies throughout the entire apartment with a lovely view of the historic Avenue de la Grande Armee and the Arc de Triomphe.
