The holiday home offers a large living room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, both furnished in Austrian style, 6 spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a complete terrace with barbecue. Relax in your own private sauna (bathrobes and sauna towels are provided), which is located in the garden. The house also has a ski storage room, a washing machine and plenty of parking spaces.

Whether summer or winter, Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse is the ideal holiday destination for all outdoor activities. The quaint village is centrally located in Salzburgerland and directly on the Salzach and in the immediate vicinity of ski slopes, hiking and mountain bike routes and outdoor pools. Visit the Grossglocknerstrasse, the Kaprun glacier, the Krimml waterfalls and the cozy center of Zell am See with the famous Zeller See.

The ski bus is 150m away and takes you within 5 minutes to the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn, the Schmittenhöhe ski area, the family ski mountain Maiskogel or the snow-sure glacier ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn with a total of over 150 kilometers of slopes. There is also a lift connection to the neighboring Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 cable cars and lifts.

Directly in the town, in Zell am See or in Kaprun there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
