About this property

A terrace on the sea

The house is a rustic old recently and tastefully renovated about 80 square meters.
The property is on two floors connected by a staircase. The upper floor is used as a sleeping area with bathroom and three bedrooms with sea views. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with all amenities, dining room complete with sofa and beautiful crystal table.

This is a very charming local hollow in the rock that makes the house unique in its kind.

Opposite the house is a very private landscaped open space, from where you observe the coast and where to consume the lunch will be an unforgettable experience.

In support of the house there is a terraced plot of 800 square meters in the countryside and a small outbuilding.

THE HOUSE IS LOCATED 400 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL, TO REACH IT YOU NEED TO TAKE A 5 KM HILL ROAD

Here the ocean view is spectacular. It can be outdoors surrounded by flowers and plants.
The area is very scenic and quiet reigns.
Here we will appreciate chairs, chairs, a small table and a barbecue.

The tranquility and beauty of the place and the house make it "the sea terrace" the perfect accommodation for a pleasant holiday where you can experience both the mountain experience is that of the sea.
The sea is 10 km away by car you can reach in 20 minutes.
The breathtaking views of the coast of Versilia, tranquility and green are the main features of the place. Getting up in the morning and see the sea from the window, drink a glass of wine at sunset or have breakfast watching the sea from the garden will be unforgettable moments.

THE HOUSE HAS NO PRIVATE PARKING, BUT PUBLIC PARKING IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND QUIET AND 200 METERS FROM THE HOUSE. YOU CAN BE ACCESSED IN THE VICINITY OF THE BUILDING THROUGH A NARROW PRIVATE ROAD FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING.

Amazing view with nature everywhere

We had a great time at Marcos house. The house is small but definitely enough space for up to four people. It's very cozy and has everything you need for your trip. Even a filled wine-cave. In the surrounding area in Santa Lucia we found an amazing restaurant called Osteria Il Vignaccio which we loved. Because of the location of the house it's easy to get around in Tuscany and Linguria. All in all we enjoyed our stay on the small mountain village a lot. But there is one thing you will always need a car to get around which was a bit annoying. We wish Marco just the best and hope to back some day.

A unique house and excellent service

We had incredible ten days in this house. Yes, it's true: You have to walk a little bit to get from the street to the house, as others mentioned here already. And if you want to visit cities like Florence or Pisa you'll have to drive a little bit more, to the free it's about 20 min. But the reward is a stay in an enchanting tiny village (about three houses) nestled in the mountains, with Italian neighbors. You see the hills covered by trees, and far down the sea... and you'll enjoy wonderful silence by night: No cars, just grasshoppers. It felt like being in another time. The view from the garden terrace is simply great, we had lunch and dinner there several times. The kitchen is well equipped, far beyond holiday house standards. And we also liked Luciano's place, a rural restaurant just three walking minutes away. Last but not least I'd like to mention Marco, the owner of the house. He is a very welcoming and respectful person who really cared about us and our stay. He was helpful with any question or problem and it felt like staying at a friend's house. Incredible. We would love to come back soon.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, Wohnung sehr schön und sauber. Ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse. Wunderschöner Meerblick. Die Anfahrt zur Gepäckentladung zum Gebäude ist nur was für Mutige. Ich habe meine Sachen lieber zum Haus getragen. Nächstes Jahr bin ich wieder hier.

Die Abwicklung lief super und es ging alles zügig und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter bietet sogar Hilfe beim Tragen an, da der Weg etwas weiter ist von der Straße zur Unterkunft. Lediglich den Mückenschutz bzw. die Fliegengitter könnten erneuert bzw. Ergänzt werden. Für die Mücken an sich kann ja niemand etwas

Sehr schöner heißer Aufenthalt

Sehr entspannend, es war jedoch leider für die Jahreszeit zu heiß, aber wie in der Beschreibung des Objektes mitgeteilt, ist keine Klima vorhanden. Der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt vorm Haus und fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Marco, der Gastgeber war super flexibel bei unserer Ankunftszeit. Er ist nett, hilfreich und immer erreichbar. Der Blick vom oberen Garten ist einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und für uns war es bisher das bequemste Bett der Toskana! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Wir hatten zwei sehr warme Wochen im Haus. Der Gastgeber ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Willkommenskörbchen war super. Nachts konnten wir leider wegen der Wärme, dem bellenden Hund der Nachbarn und der Glocke der Kappele, welche durchgehend die halben und vollen Stunden leutet, nicht besonders ruhig schlafen. Auch wäre es hilfreich darauf hinzuweisen, dass man keine deutschen TV Sender empfangen kann und besser ein TV Stick o. ä. mitgebracht werden sollte falls man fernsehen möchte. Nachnachbarn

Calme et tranquillité

Belle maison restaurée avec goût. Elle est parfaitement propre, la literie est de bonne qualité (ceci est important lorsqu'on a mal au dos). Le cadre est magnifique. L'accès y est un peu difficile mais on est fortement récompensé par le calme absolu et la vue fantastique. Marco est un hôte agréable et dévoué. Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien déroulé.

Tolle Lage, enttäuschende

Leider war der Aufenthalt in Marcos Haus enttäuschend und mitunter äußerst unangenehm: sehr feuchte Räume trotz Luftentfeuchter, Schränke und Kommoden so muffig, dass sie nicht benutz werden konnten, das Sofa im Esszimmer ebenfalls unangenehm muffig, Haushaltsgeräte in der Kühe teilweise verrostet, nur je ein großes Duschhandtuch für 14 Tage, die Gartenstühle alle in einem desolaten Zustand, der obere Sitzplatz zwar mit wunderbarer Aussicht, Gartentisch, Stühle, Grill jedoch schon längst erneuerungsbedürftig. Schade, wir hatten uns sehr auf den Urlaub gefreut.

mi spiace tantissimo che Regina e suo marito non abbiano trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. Nelle due settimane che hanno passato non mi hanno fatto mai presente del loro disagio, avrei potuto fare qualcosa per migliorare la situazione. Ad ogni modo credo la situazione da loro descritta non corrisponda alla situazione reale, ad eccezione d due sedie che erano un po' rovinate. Tutti gli ospiti precedenti non si sono mai lamentati e hanno sempre gradito il soggiorno e la casa.

wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen mit Meerblick

Wir haben 3 Wochen in dem urigen, wunderschön renovierten Haus von Marco verbracht. Marco hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt und Tipps für Strände, die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. gegeben. Er war immer schnell erreichbar, wenn es mal Fragen gab. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem, was wir brauchten eingerichtet und ausgerüstet. Die Betten waren bezogen, Handtücher in ausreichender Menge lagen bereit und in der Küche stand sogar ein Willkommenspaket für uns. Vom Haus und noch besser von der Gartenterrasse oberhalb des Hauses hat man wirklich einen schönen Blick auf die Ebene und das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Anfahrt über die in der Beschreibung erwähnte 5km lange Bergstraße ist für Flachländer etwas ungewöhnlich, aber problemlos. Die letzten 200m sind, wie beschrieben, recht eng. Wir sind mit unserem Golf Kombi aber überall durchgekommen. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen wollen, werden wir bei Marco auf jeden Fall wieder anfragen.

Wir haben 9 Nächte in dem wunderschönen, typisch italienischen Haus verbracht. Wir haben es geliebt, eben weil es so typisch war. Marco hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. So konnten wir den schönen Strand finden und weitere schöne Örtlichkeiten. Alles war sehr sauber im Haus und absolut ausreichend. Das Willkommenspaket von Marco hat uns sehr gefreut, ebenso seine Kontaktaufnahme ein paar Tage vor unserer Anreise. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Toskana, und waren abseits des Massentourismus und haben die Zeit mit den Kindern im Haus sehr genossen. Und das alles mit einer traumhaften Aussicht hoch über dem Meer…

Uriges Häuschen am Berghang mit tollem Ausblick

Marco hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Auch ein Willkommenspräsent stand schon bereit. Die Anfahrt zum Gepäck ausladen ist spannend und nur für kleine Autos machbar. Wir haben dann den oberen Parkplatz an der Bushaltestelle genutzt, und unser Gepäck für die Heimfahrt auch lieber hoch getragen als noch einmal zum Haus zu fahren. Ein uriges, liebvoll dekoriertes Häuschen mit modernem Komfort wie Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine erwartete uns. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Berghang mit tollem Ausblick, vorallem von der oberen Terasse. Wir hatten trotz Hitze eine tolle Woche. Das Meer ist ja immer zu sehen, und in 20 min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Pietrasanta viele, und in La Culla gibt es eine Trattoria mit sehr leckerem typischen Essen. Unbedingt reservieren! Pisa und Lucca sind in weniger als einer Stunde zu erreichen, uns wandern kann man in den Bergen auch. Bein draußen sitzen sollte man unbedingt an Mückenschutz denken. Noch einmal vielen Dank an Marco!

Toller Urlaub nach Corona

Wunderbarer Ausblick 450 m. übern Meer

Der einzige Punkt der uns störte wurde aber extra in der Beschreibung erwähnt, war der Parkplatz. Er liegt ungefähr 60 Höhenmeter über dem Grundstück und wenn man Pech hat weil alles durch die Trattoria belegt ist, wird mal ganz schnell eine Bergwanderung daraus. Jedenfalls ist man Fit wenn der Urlaub zu Ende.

Wunderschöner Rückzugsort

Marcos kleines Häuschen war ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um die nähere Umgebung, z.B. Lucca, Pisa, die Stränder der Versilia...zu erkunden. Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe und besonders die schöne Aussicht von der oberen Terrasse sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an unseren freundlichen Gastgeber Marco, der uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns sogar ein Willkommenspakte zusammengestellt hat, so dass wir uns erst einmal stärken konnten.

Beautiful view, amazing time

We had a great time in Marco's house.The view from the upper terrace is really gorgeous.The lower terrace at the house also offers a beautiful view.However, you should be good on foot in any case.Whether you park on the street above the house, or below the house, you overcome some steps and slopes.The road below the house, which you can use to load the car, is not for scaredy driver and with larger SUV definitely not passable. We had during our stay a small technical problem that we ourselves, could not solve.Marco was after our message within 20 minutes there.With the support of his father, the problem was fixed. A perfect and very sympathetic host.The description of the house corresponds 100% to reality.You live in an original Tuscan mountain village, among Italians.The way to the house leads over a serpentine road.From Viareggio you drive 20 minutes In the house is so far everything available that you need to cook.Marco has provided us for the first evening directly with pasta, wine and coffee.A good wine selection is available for a very fair price in the house. Our rating: Top location for a relaxing vacation, away from all the hustle, but who likes is also quickly in Viareggio.

Sehr schöne, im alten Stil gehaltene Doppelhaushälfte in Hanglage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Schöne Terrasse direkt vor dem Haus und zusätzlicher, großer Garten oberhalb des Hauses zur Nutzung vorhanden. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Hausbesitzer, der auch englisch spricht.

Super Haus für den Familienurlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit unserer Familie (Kinder 9 und 7 Jahre) in Marcos Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert per WhatsApp möglich. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und für die Kinder gab es im Garten etwas zu entdecken. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Wanderungen sind auch direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Man sollte aber berücksichtigen, dass man 5 km kurvenreich bergauf bzw. bergab fahren muss, um einzukaufen oder ans Meer zu gelangen. Die direkte Zufahrt zum Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr schmal und wir haben es nach dem ersten Versuch abgebrochen mit unserem Kombi zum Haus zu gelangen. Der Fußweg zum Haus war für uns aber keine Problem. Das Parken am Straßenrand war immer problemlos möglich. Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Zeit und bedanken uns herzlich bei Marco!
