"Casa Bella Vista" is a 140 metres square (plus Tuscan garden) unique second floor apartment nestled under the Medieval towers of Vicopisano and offers spacious living full of Tuscan charm. Unlike most apartments in the Medieval centre, "Casa Bella Vista" can be accessed by a lift /elevator.

The apartment is housed in an old Medieval residence - a "Tower House" that belonged to the old walls of the Castle of Vicopisano: the property is right in the Historic centre.
The property has been restored to the highest standards.

"Casa Bella Vista" is the perfect choice for a family..also with children: the Attic space, directly under great Tuscan beams, has been converted into a spacious children's zone/or group zone with 4 single beds. The 4 single beds can be used also by Adults: in the Attic space there is a corner to relax with sofa and mood lighting which can be changed at the touch of a botton.

Both two large double bedrooms are served by two bathrooms , one en - suite, and overlook the surrounding countryside and the hills of Mount Pisano .

- DINING & KITCHEN ZONE

Spcious and tastefully decorated with antique copper cooking pots displayed on the walls, , the Tuscan stone built Kitchen offers the ideal place to stay togheter around the large wooden table (can seat up to 8), the perfect gathering place for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, TV, Air Conditioning.. and a lovely WELCOME PACK waiting for you! Near the kitchen there is a utility area with washing-machine and everything needed to clean the house.

With wonderful views over the surrounding hills and garden below the stone Kitchen at "Casa Bella Vista" is a wonderful area to prepare, cook and enjoy your home cooked Tuscan meal. The room is very traditional with a large Tuscan chandelier hanging from the character bamed ceiling. Shuttered windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

-LIVING AREA: Preceding the entry to the rooms there is the living area designed to sit comfortably, reading a book or drinking tea.

- BEDROOM 1 - MASTER BEDROOM with en-suite - lovely views over the hills

This Master bedroom is spacious and airy with traditional beamed ceiling and a large Queen-size comfortable wrought iron bed so typicl of the region. A large closet, a dresser and a toiletta ladylike embellish the room with charm. Shuttered windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

The Master bedroom ha an en-suite shower room with a big shower box, WC, bidet and a washbasin set in an old sewing machine. Bed linens and bathrobes are provided to lounge in. This air-conditioned.

-BEDROOM 2 - lovely views over the hills -

The large airy bedroom has a comfortable Queen-size bed and genuine antique furnishings. Large closet and a fine dresser adorn the room. Bed linens and bathrobes are provided to lounge in. This Air-Conditioned.Shuttered windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

- BEDROOM 3 - ATTIC - stairs access - 4 single beds
The Attic can comfortably accommodate 4 people in single beds both children, teens and adults.
There is a plenty of space to lounge around and play games and a corner with sofa in front of a large wooden mural of the world. Creative led lighting has been installed to change the mood of the room from relaxing tones for sleeping to brighter hues which change colour chich will certainly delight younger guests. Although this room has been designed with kids in mind, the single beds are large enough to spleep Adults.
TV, Air-continioned, wardrobe, relaxation and games area, linens and towels provided.

-MAIN BATHROOM: The main bathroom is situated close to both bedrooms and exactly at the bottom of the stairs leading attic. The bathroom has high quality fixtures and fittings and a shower cubicle with WC, bidet and hand basin set in an old sewing machine. Bathrobes are provided to lounge in.

-GARDEN & OUTSIDE SPACE:

The apartment has the advantage of being housed in a Medieval House-Tower with garden space at the rear of the house which is quite unusual in the Historic centre.
The garden is full of Tuscan character with typical olive trees and it is shared with the other guests or residents of the Medieval building: the space is furnished with garden furniture and sun umbrella.The garden is the perfect place to relax in the sun. Also we are very close to the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany so if you want to have a sunbath in swimwear you will be spoiled for choice! Children are certainly allowed to play in the garden, we only ask Italian siesta time between 2.00pm and 4.00pm is respected.

-ACCESS/PARKING:

"Casa Bella Vista" is situated on the second floor of a Medieval House-Tower and can be accessed by a lift/elevator. There is a free car parking spaces along the street where the property is situated and a resident's car park is approximately 200 metres away. (Entrance in Via Trombi). There are two entraces to the property: the main entrance is in Via Lante the main road of the historic centre - you enter through an old doorway into a spacious hallway - from here you may access your private entrance. The other entrance - better if you arrive with the car- is in Via Trombi with the free car parking along the street.

-INFO ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

We are used to receiving our guests from 15.00 to 20.00 (wonders kindly advise if you had requested otherwise).
It requires you to leave the apartment before 11.00 am (flexible hours on request).
