"2 couples in our 60s stayed for the entire month of June 2024. We had a wonderful time, very close to the beautiful saltwater pool and ocean. James is a great host, very responsive and has a great handyman who came over right away when we couldn't figure out the TV. Overall I would rate our vacation as A+++ and would definitely stay there again!!! No worries, you will love it!"

"Property was even nicer and larger than the pictures. Beautiful view of landscaped courtyard from outside covered porch. Beach is right there! First VRBO property that I rented that there were zero issues with - everything worked great. Just a short walk to the south jetty. We loved this place so much that we have already reserved it for next year."

"Loved the area and overall condo development; walking to the jetty was so awesome. We saw manatees, dolphins (jumping straight out of the water while they frolicked), birds, fish and even a shark. The pool area and beach access cannot be beat.
It would be great if people drove the 15mph speed limit because this unit’s proximity to the road meant car noise was a factor. Slow speeds make for low noise volume.
The master bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the light and view are...

"Great location. Great neighbors. Very clean inside. One-butt kitchen takes some getting used to. Bedroom fan makes a noise. Upright chairs are developing cracks, so don't lean back. Blinds are old and deteriorating. One blind blade is missing and another that was held up by Scotch Tape fell off. We replaced the cartridge on the faucet that leaked the most.
