The penthouse has 3 bedrooms, en suite bathroom and separate shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a lounge/diner and lovely balcony. From the balcony there are step to the large private roof solarium. There are English and Spanish TV channels.



Mar de Cristal has a tennis centre, supermarket, sailing school and a selection of bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment. The Blue Flag beaches have the warm and shallow waters of the Mar Menor great for various water activities and perfect for families.
