Welcome to the Rainbow House, a lovely detached villa with private salt water swimming pool and air conditioning, offering 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and toddler friendly spaces just 500m from 7kms of sandy beaches and the sea and 500m from local amenities.

- On the ground floor you will find a spacious open plan lounge with dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom, and 2nd bathroom.

- On first floor, accessed by an exterior staircase, there is a lounge and kitchen, one further bedroom with a large sun terrace, and a bathroom.

- The villa has a 4k flat screen TV, showing all UK TV channels, a full Sky package including sports and movies with catch up TV provided. The package also has many children and music channels. Superfast fibre WiFi is also available.

- Outside are a private swimming pool, outdoor bathroom/pool room, large terraces and seating sunbathing areas, which are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Spanish sunshine all year round.

- The villa is centrally located on the plot which allows for sun and shade at all times of the day making it perfect for sun lovers and providing shade areas for children to play.

- The outdoor space has a selection of dining table and chairs, sun-loungers and seating together with a BBQ to make your stay relaxing.

- The villa has been recently refurbished and furnished throughout.

- A cot, highchair and bed guard are available for younger members of the family.

We booked this villa late on in the year and we realised once we arrived just how lucky we were to find it. The villa is perfectly equipped to a high standard and extremely clean. The outside space is just lovely with lots of places to relax and the pool is just fantastic. Everything you can possibly need is also in walking distance. We also really appreciated the help arranging transfers. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Beautiful property.

We have recently stayed in this Villa. It is beautiful. It is ideally located, supermarkets are very near and only a short walk to the square. The Villa has everything you need for your stay, even a shopping trolley!! Julie the property manager met us on arrival and showed us around. During our stay we had an issue with the hot water. I messaged Julie and she came out later that night and sorted it - very good service. The owner was also very helpful throughout the booking process and even helped with sorting out transfers from the airport. All in all I would recommend this property and will hopefully be booking again.

Rainbow House

The villa was spotlessly clean and well appointed apart from the lack of air con in the bedrooms. There was air con in the living room but it wasn’t very effective. There were lots of areas to sit outside including a covered dining area, a patio and a roof terrace. The location was good, 10 mins to the Main Street with lots of restaurants and bars and just slightly longer to get to the beach. If the air con was upgraded I would certainly stay there again.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Lage zwischen Strand und "Innenstadt". Sehr gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden - von der Hauptstraße bekommt man keinen Autolärm mit. Problemloser freundlicher CheckIn und auch während des Aufenthalts immer schnelle und freundliche Unterstützung bei Fragen. Das Erdgeschoss ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss hätten wir uns ebenfalls eine Klimaanlage sowie Fliegengitter und Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenster gewünscht. Der Außenbereich ist mit schönen, teilweise komplett neuen Möbeln eingerichtet. Eine Aufwertung des Außenbereichs wäre durch mehr Schattenplätze oder ein Pavillon möglich.

We have been visiting the area for over 20 years and now enjoy family holidays with grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

As a family with toddlers and small children we were keen to find a family home that all could enjoy and this is why we choose the villa. We enjoy the space it provides for the whole family for relaxing family holidays without the need for a car.

With the villa being so close to both the beach and it’s bars and restaurants it is perfectly positioned to make use of the excellent beaches and warm waters of the Mar Menor with an option to pop back for something to eat or an afternoon nap for the younger members of the family.

In the evening as the villa is south facing we make use of the spaces around the villa to enjoy the evening sun with family meals.

The local shops, bars and restaurants are also only 500m away!
