Beautiful small independent house situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding Arezzo with extensive views over the surrounding landscape and Arezzo in the distance. This property has been recently restored and offers welcoming, tastefully furnished and romantic interiors. Outside, guests can enjoy use of a well-groomed garden with nice swimming-pool and tennis court.
The property owners live approx. 10 meters away.

We loved our time here. The location is wonderful in the hills above Arezzo, with lovely gardens, pool and tennis court. Air conditioning kept the nights very pleasant after hot days. Great views from the garden. 15 mins easy drive to town for supermarkets, restaurants. Stefano is a marvellous host - very welcoming and helpful while ensuring you have complete privacy and peace. Highly recommend.

Sehr gut gelegen, traumhaftes Schwimmbad und gut gepflegter Tennispatz. Alle Städte die wir sehen wollten waren gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schöne und helle Unterkunft, modern und gepflegt. Der Stilmix in dem Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Schwimmbad und der Tennisplatz waren toll und die Besitzer sehr nett. Durch die Haushaltshilfe hatten wir einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

The house is beautiful and the views were amazing. The owner is very friendly and made life there very comfortable. The directions are a little poor to get there, so try to get the actual address for your GPS before venturing up the hill.
