Vittoriana 4 - Apartment with pool

Beautiful farming estate comprising 9 units quietly situated in the immediate surroundings of the medieval town San Gimignano. This property enjoys extensive panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves and over San Gimignano in the background. The estate offers 2 restored farmhouses, a manor house occasionally occupied by the property owners and a nice shared pool (approx. 100 m from the units Vittoriana 1, 2 and 150 m from Vittoriana 3 away).
All of the apartments are nicely furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal furnished outdoor area and a shared barbecue.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road (of approx. 2 km) suitable to any cars.
Distances: San Gimignano with general stores 5,5 km away, Poggibonsi 15 km, Volterra 30 km away, Siena 50 km, Florence (airport) 55 km away, Pisa (airport) 85 km, Lucca 90 km away. The coastline area of Cecina and Castiglioncello (beaches) is within 85 km.
At guests’ disposal: panoramic outdoor areas, shared swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower, changing room with shower by the pool. Laundry with 2 washing-machines (free of charge). WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), telephone available in all of the units (payment on site).
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed and high-chair upon request (free of charge). Extra bed available at € 10,- / pr day (payment on site). Maid service by arrangement (€11,- / per hour to be paid locally). Small pets are allowed (without any extra charge – to be requested at confirmation).

The villa is in a great location with a stunning view of San Gimignano, a vineyard and olive trees. The pool has a great view too and was very refreshing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping . These units are ideal for families, and or couples. They are basic, clean and are not far from the town. The driveway was a little bumpy but that added to the fun of the vacation.

A lovely, well-equipped apartment (spacious, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, reasonable WIFI, laundry room close by) in stunning scenery, close to San Gimignano and other interesting places. You'll need a car and the building is along a track of a couple of kilometers (it's in the middle of a working farm producing wine and olive oil). The surrounding countryside and views are truly beautiful and there is wine tasting on-sight. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Having never been to Tuscany before, this was the best first experience ever! The villa was exactly as advertised, beautiful, clean and the view was amazing! The check in process was thorough and pleasant. Highly recommend to attend the wine and oil tasting that is provided by the owers at the villa. Claudia and Andre are passionate about what they do and it shows in the delivery of their tour. The history of this property and great tasting products are produced with love and inspiration. We had the honour of also meeting their father who greeted us with open arms and kindness. Thank you to the family for making our stay a memorable one! I think this was my best choice ever on airbnb! We love it here, everything was so magical and breathtaling! The rooms, the balcony! The balcony is the top! We had a breakfasts and dinners there every day and We enjoy it till the end! You can see endless wineyards and olive parks right from the window the same as magical San Gimignano, which is the nicest city in Tuscany! We got two perfect wines right after the arrival. We were little bit late, but they were kind to us. We comunicate with the other people working here, all very kind and helpful.

Excellent séjour dans le logement Vittoriana 4 (1er étage, bâtiment à l’avant du domaine). Appartement spacieux, bien équipé (2 salles d’eau), climatisation, grande terrasse exposée sud. Équipement cuisine raisonnable , linge de lit fourni et drap de bain. Logement propre. La piscine est de bonne taille et bien entretenue, étant présents en début de saison, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement car l’eau était très froide ☺️. Transats en suffisance avec une belle vue. Barbecue disponible . Grand domaine au calme au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Le seul bémol relatif à ce logement est l’accès étroit par un chemin sinueux, très exigu et pentu. L’allée est malgré tout splendide bornée de pins . Les instruction pour arriver jusqu’au domaine sont clairement formulées sur le voucher obtenu après réservation. Vous séjournerez à 7km de San Gimignano et serez entourés de chemins de randonnées variés. 1h de Florence et 45min de Sienne. Frederico est top, TB accueil et très disponible.
