Hermosa finca agrícola que comprende 9 unidades de una ubicación tranquila en el entorno inmediato de la ciudad medieval de San Gimignano. Esta propiedad disfruta de amplias vistas panorámicas de los viñedos de los alrededores y los olivares y más de San Gimignano en el fondo. La finca cuenta con 2 casas restauradas, una casa señorial ocasionalmente ocupada por los dueños de la propiedad y una piscina compartida agradable (aprox. 100 m de las unidades vittoriana 1, 2 y 150 m de Vittoriana 3 km).
Todos los apartamentos están muy bien decoradas en un estilo rústico y ofrecen una zona al aire libre amueblado personal y una barbacoa compartida.
El acceso a la propiedad es a través de un camino de tierra pero en buenas condiciones (de aprox. 2 km) adecuado para autos.
Distancias: San Gimignano con tiendas en general 5,5 km de distancia, Poggibonsi 15 km, Volterra a 30 km, Siena 50 km, Florencia (aeropuerto de) a 55 km, Pisa (aeropuerto de) 85 kilometros, Lucca 90 km. La zona litoral de Cecina y Castiglioncello (playas) es a menos de 85 kilómetros.
A disposición de los huéspedes: zonas exteriores panorámicas, piscina comunitaria (14 x 7 m - profundidad 1,4 m - abierta del 01/05 al 30/09), ducha al aire libre, vestuarios con ducha junto a la piscina. Servicio de lavandería con 2 lavadoras (gratis). Conexión WI-FI a internet (sin cargo), teléfono disponible en todas las unidades (de pago en el hotel).

It is an amazing place with beautiful surrounding, fantastic view over San Gimignano and the tuscan hills. The Pool was great, the winetasting with David was very interesting. The owner were very friendly. Thank you for fantastic days. We will come again.

We really loved this place. Such a lovely setting and really relaxing. The apartment suited us well (group of 4 women). Early fall was a perfect time to visit, warm enough to swim, but not too hot. The nearby town of San Gimiginano is lovely. The wine and olive tasting were a really nice extra.

A wonderful place to walk, relax, enjoy the views and the wine

The surroundings were peaceful and restful. The staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed the vineyards, flowers, the pool and the well-kept grounds.We took walks along the farm roads and discovered some wonderful viewpoints of the area, including nice views of San Gimignano. The apartment was lovely, with traditional farmhouse decor and many comforts. We drove into San Gimignano in the evening, when the tours had moved on and people were strolling through town, having dinner, listening to music, or indulging in gelato. What a great place for a visit to Tuscany!

Le cadre est magnifique, avec une vue extraordinaire sur San Giminiano et les terres agricoles avoisinantes. Nous avons eu l'occasion de faire une dégustation des vins produits sur place avec David qui a été super autant pour sa gentillesse que dans ses connaissances et explications sur les différents vins et leur production. Si nous retournons en Toscane, nous séjournerons certainement à nouveau ici! The setting is beautiful, with an amazing view of San Gimignano and the surrounding farmland. Very nice location and incredibly nice people. It is a proper vineyard with wine fields all around. The apartment itself, at least the one we had, was pretty basic but spacious. It was unfortunate that our apartment did not have a balcony or terrace (most of the others apartments) did have one. Overall we we much enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice location and incredibly nice people. It is a proper vineyard with wine fields all around. The apartment itself, at least the one we had, was pretty basic but spacious. It was unfortunate that our apartment did not have a balcony or terrace (most of the others apartments) did have one. Overall we we much enjoyed our stay there.

This apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We enjoyed it immensely - but much of the enjoyment was its location, on the grounds of a working winery. The views are breathtaking. The only difficulty is the access road, but once you've traversed it, it becomes much less daunting. We were in and out of the property every day, and access became a non-issue. Proximity to San Gimignano made things very easy (there's a supermarket there, along with some very good restaurants) and access to other tourist attractions was great. The hosts, Andrea and Claudia, and David, our wine expert, made us feel welcome. We would return for another visit in a heartbeat.

Wir (Familie) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Il Piano verbracht. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist da. Angefangen von einer voll eingerichteten Küche über das Geschirr, die Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck usw. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Betreuung supergut. Man sollte tolerant gegenüber Hunden sein. Der Hofhund (mittelgroßer Hund) knurrt und bellt Gäste an. Das Schönste an Il Piano ist die unberührte Lage mitten in Reben und Olivenhainen. Man genießt die Ruhe und die Aussicht auf die Hügel und auf San Gimignano. Jederzeit wieder !!! Starting with a fully equipped kitchen on to dishes, pots, pans, cutlery etc. The bathroom could need renovation. The owners are very nice, the service super good. One should be tolerant towards dogs. The farm dog (medium sized dog) growls and barks at guests. The best thing about Il Piano is its unspoilt location in the middle of vineyards and olive groves. You can enjoy the peace and the quietness and the views over the hills and San Gimignano. Every time again !!!
