Nuestra casa es un ático de 2 niveles de 140 metros cuadrados con impresionantes vistas al mar, situado en Saronida, la prestigiosa zona de la Riviera ateniense, a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Atenas. Equipado con todas las comodidades modernas, tiene capacidad para (5) personas, con opción de dormir hasta (7).

Las vistas son impresionantes desde esta elegante casa. Un factor muy importante es el vecindario tranquilo, ya que se encuentra en el mejor lugar de Saronida, ¡lejos del tráfico y el ruido!

La casa ha sido amueblada con atención a los detalles que harán de su estadía una experiencia inolvidable. La casa consta de dos (2) habitaciones, una sala de sofá, un ático (se pueden proporcionar 2 camas adicionales opcionales) con balcón privado y barbacoa completa, dos (2) baños completos, una amplia sala de estar con mesa de comedor. ocho (8) y un gran sofá frente a la chimenea. La gran cocina está totalmente equipada, incluyendo estufas de cerámica, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, nevera y congelador, cafetera, horno microondas, tostadora y exprimidor. Calefacción central, Wi-Fi y TV de pantalla plana están incluidos. La sala de estar, la cocina, el dormitorio principal, el sofá y el ático tienen acceso a las terrazas con impresionantes vistas de la bahía y el mar de Saronic, donde el ojo puede viajar.

Nuestros huéspedes también tienen acceso a nuestros jardines con barbacoa y estacionan su automóvil en el estacionamiento privado en el garaje cubierto.

La ubicación combina características sorprendentes. La playa está a solo dos (2) minutos en automóvil. La mejor costa de windsurf en el área de Atenas con servicios de alquiler está a solo cinco (5) minutos en automóvil. Proximidad a exclusivos balnearios y clubes. El sitio arqueológico del cabo Sunión, con el templo dedicado a Poseidón, el dios del mar, se encuentra a 20 minutos en coche. Si bien ofrecemos todos los beneficios junto al mar, nuestra ubicación está a solo 35 minutos del centro de Atenas.

El aeropuerto de Atenas (Eleftherios Venizelos) está a veinte (20) minutos en coche de nuestra casa. Todas las principales agencias de alquiler y servicios de limusina están representados en el aeropuerto.
Las estaciones de autobuses están a cinco (5) minutos a pie de la casa, que lo llevan a Atenas, a las estaciones de tranvía y al metro de Atenas.

This was our first trip to Greece and I cannot say enough about this house we stayed at and Chris, the owner. Leading up to our trip he was very communicative about what to expect and answer ans questions we had. Once we were there he was always available to answer questions, give recommendations on where to eat near by, and wonderful places to visit that were easy to get to. We would not have enjoyed our stay as much as we did without the knowledge and advice from Chris. I would 100% stay at this place again.

We stayed for a month and the penthouse was wonderful. The view of the Saronic Bay was so relaxing and the town of Saronida was was a quiet, welcoming town with good restaurants and services. We so enjoyed feeling a part of the community during our visit.Christos was a very welcoming host. He welcomed us on our first day, gave us great recommendations and supported us with anything we needed throughout our visit no matter when we called. The penthouse had the basics available and setup well for a young family. We had originally planned for 6 adults staying together and we are glad our plans did not work out as the sleeping arrangements are more for a young family setup. Thanks Christos for making our visit such a wonderful experience! We would happily stay there again.

Unglaublich schönes Ambiente, mit Blick aufs Meer. Mit zwei großen Terrassen und zwei Balkons. Den Sonnenuntergang konnten wir täglich bewundern. Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat sich per WhatsApp immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und hat stets umgehend geantwortet. Es gab zwei Schlafräume mit einer Tür, eines mit einem großen Doppelbett und eins mit einem Doppelstockbett, eine weitere Möglichkeit zum schlafen gab es in einem Durchgangszimmer und eines im oberen offenen Bereich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great view from the terrace, only 30 minutes from airport. Several beaches with nice bars in a few minutes. The flat is comfortable, the communucation with the owners is easy.

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, v.a. dass man Strandurlaub mit Besichtigung Athen verbinden kann. Die Unterkunft liegt am Hang mit phantastischen Meerblick (v.a. Abends) an der griechischen Riviera ca. 30 Min von Athen. Ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert, v.a. um die diversen Strände zu erreichen. Da gibt es ruhige Naturstrände und hippe, mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgerüstete Bezahlstrände (sehr unterschiedl. Preislage). Fahrt nach Athen: Auto + dann Metro (günstig) (Empfehlung Christos). Wir benötigten 4 Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über 1 DZ m. Doppelbett, 1 DZ m. Etagenbett. Auf einer zum WoZi offenen Galerie befinden sich noch 2 Gästebetten sowie eine Coach in einer nicht abgeschlossenen Nische mit Babybett. Im Haus befindet sich noch eine 1-Zi-Wohnung mit 1 Doppelbett, die der Vermieter uns zusätzlich angeboten hat, so dass wir genügend Raum für alle hatten. Küche und WoZi sind großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt viel Stauraum für die persönlichen Gegenstände. Wenn mehrere Personen hintereinander duschen wollen, muss man 20 Min vorher am Sicherungskasten einen entsprechenden Kippschalter umlegen.

FANTASTIC stay with an awesome ocean view & sunsets!

There were 7 of us traveling on a family trip and this space was spacious and very comfortable for our whole group! The area was great with only a short walk to the beautiful little town and beaches. We had everything needed in the kitchen and it was great having natural air flowing through the place which kept us very confortable. The responsiveness & recommendations from Christos were plentiful and really appreciated! I would recommend this place for those who want to be out of the very busy area and like to enjoy the nice calmness & beauty of the area, but would like to take day trips to places like Athens, which we did. ! Our only regret was that we chose not to rent a car so we spent a lot of money on taxis…I would suggest downloading the FreeNow app which gets you taxis at a very reasonable price - we figured this out after being greatly over-charged the first two days. We hope to return to this FANTASTIC PENTHOUSE in SARONIDA! Sas efcharistó kai YAMAS, Christos!

Quiet location with excellent views

Fine views across Saronida and to the sea and islands beyond from the extensive balcony areas are the key attractions of this apartment. Very few drawbacks except for the large number of steps to climb both for reaching the front door, and then up to the second floor, especially with suitcases etc (and three sets of sometimes temprmental locks). The apartment is in a very quiet residential area and to reach the shops, restaurants and the beaches, involves a walk of around 0.5mile, plus uphill coming back late at night. Minor issues concerning cooker power, keys and bathroom shower were quickly dealt with (via WhatsApp) by Christos, who maintained good communications throughout our stay.

Wonderful sunset and sea views

We had a lovely time and Christos was very welcoming and full of information about the local area. We loved the sea views and enjoyed the sunsets every evening from the balcony. It was a clean and modern apartment. We enjoyed exploring the local beaches. I recommend a hire car to get around. The coastal drive was stunning. We also visited Athens one day.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment was very clean and had beautiful views. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, 4 flights from ground level. Parking is plentiful and everyone we encountered in Saronida was very friendly. Our host Christos was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions or concerns. He provided us with excellent directions and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. It was very hot when we stayed this month. The listing indicates the apartment is airconditioned but just know there is only air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, not in any of the common areas. So if you are not used to heat it can be hard to adjust and feel comfortable in the hot temperatures. The windows do open and you can get air movement throughout the suite.

Moreover, Chris thoughtfully curated our itinerary, introducing us to hidden gems like the captivating Saronida Walking Path, an experience we would have regrettably missed otherwise. Our days were filled with enriching activities, from immersive art walks in Athens to savoring the city's culinary delights, culminating in unforgettable moments like witnessing the grandeur of the Acropolis and enjoying a dinner with a panoramic view of the Temple of Poseidon. Despite our packed schedule, the beauty of our stay lay in the perfect balance struck between exploration and relaxation. We enjoyed our 10 days stay a lot. The penthouse is generously proportioned. The furnishings are modern and well equipped. Everything is perfect in the warm season. The shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés in Saronida provide everything you need.

Gorgeous view of the ocean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christos and Elina's property. Christos met us when we arrived, showed us around the property, had a fire roaring in the fireplace, had some sealed Prosecco and treats in a basket so we could ring in the New Year in style. He was responsive if we ever had questions, though we were usually off exploring. Their place provides plenty of space for a family or larger group and has all the amenities necessary to be comfortable. It is convenient to drive or take the bus / train towards Athens, which boasts tons of sight-seeing opportunities, or surrounding attractions such as Poseiden's Temple. Alternatively, one can stay closer to the rental property (losing count of the number of balconies!) and relax on the beach - it really is only a couple minutes' drive past pizza shops and the like. We were visiting for Christmas and New Years and had quite a lovely stay. The owner is eco-conscious and tries to heat the place responsibly, with a combination of solar panels, heating oil that we purchased separately given the winter season, and electrical only if necessary, so it took a bit of studying the expectations, but we did our best. Thank you for the happy memories!

Herrliche Zeit in den Saronider Hills

Herrlich komfortabler und angenehmer Aufenthalt in sehr großzügigem Ambiente mit viel Platz und allem was das Herz begehrt. Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das sehr gut ausgestattete Penthouse offeriert einen herrlichen Blick auf die Küste von Saronida. Mehrere Terrassen zu allen Seiten des Hauses, bieten viele Möglichkeiten der Nutzung. Das Umfeld des Hauses ist ruhig und weitläufig, ein Auto ist obligatorisch auch für Leute, die gut zu Fuß sind, wobei wir uns die direkte Gegend gern laufend erschlossen haben. Es ist sehr steil am Berg, die ermöglicht aber auch grandiose Perspektiven auf das Meer. Der Hausstrand von Saronida war für uns beliebte Anlaufstelle nach unseren Ausflügen nach Athen und weiter. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Magnificent View

The property was well equipped. The view was magnificent. The directions were accurate and check in was seamless. The property manager was easy to contact and very attentive. Street parking was always available, we were able to park in front of the villa since there were very few cars. Be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs, but the view is worth it. There are plenty of windows and a very refreshing breeze most days. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and gorgeous sunsets!

We had such a great time at this beautiful Saronida penthouse apartment! We loved waking up every morning and having breakfast on the deck and would even rush home from our sightseeing adventures in order to pick up food at the Mymarket down the street to enjoy dinner on the deck watching the sunset. We hardly ate out at all because we just enjoyed being there so much. Every evening after sunset, we would go upstairs to the cozy loft and play Uno as a family or go to the upper deck to lay and look at all the stars. The location is perfect because you’re not stuck in the city of Athens traffic… it’s very easy to drive to the metro station on the southern outskirts of Athens, park the car (6€/day) and take the subway into the Acropolis. From Saronida, you can take highways avoiding Athens Center in order to get to Apollos temple in Delphi, the cliff top Monasteries in the Meteora and it’s a short but beautiful coastal drive south to Poseidon’s temple at the southern tip of the Greece Attic Region. We really loved our visit and the attentive hospitality we were given from check in through check out. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location in Sarodina . Close to some great beaches and close to the airport Beautiful apartment . Amazing views ! Christo is a wonderful host .
