Le studio / appartement est entièrement nouveau à partir de 2016 et décoré avec de nouveaux meubles modernes. Il est situé à proximité de la gare (1 km), du zoo (1 km), du théâtre (500 m), ... Restaurants, boutiques, tous les bâtiments culturels et historiques sont à quelques pas. Les transports en commun (bus, tram) sont à 100m du studio. Un parking souterrain public est à 100 mètres du studio. La zone autour du studio est propre et sûre. Location de vélo de ville est à 100m du studio. Le bâtiment a été rénové en 2015 et est très propre et agréable. Le studio contient une salle de bain avec douche et 2 lavabos. La cuisine est équipée d'un four, d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un évier, d'un réfrigérateur ... Rester dans notre studio signifie également que vous aurez un bon petit déjeuner de notre part (jus, petits pains, croissants, pain au chocolat, musli, corn flakes, café, ...). Il y a un grand lit double sommier (180 x 200 cm) et 2 lits simples. Profitez de la vue sur le balcon et la charmante ville d'Anvers!

Wonderful place

The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The hosts provided very generous amounts of breakfasts and drinks - there was even a coffee machine with a box of pods. The location was good for walking to the Old Town, the station and the Art Nouveau quarter (Cogels-Osylei), and nearby park. Anneke was very friendly and informative.

The apartment is spacious and bright. Great internet. Well stocked for stuff you need to cook, such as salt, pepper, oils, etc. It is centrally located. And just across the street from one of the best coffee shops in Antwerp (Caffeination). Stephane is extremely helpful and makes sure your stay goes off without a hitch. I highly recommend.

Tolles Unterkunft - in Laufweite des Stadtzentrums, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt in der Nähe. Kleiner Nachteil ist der Straßenlärm mit einer Hauptstraße und der Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht inklusive vollausgestatteter Küche. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und sehr freundlich. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann sie absolut weiterempfehlen.

Im Herzen Antwerpens

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön. Die gesamte Einrichtung folgt einem Konzept. Alles ist sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Kühlschrank war für das Frühstück gefüllt, Bademäntel lagen bereit und auf den Boxspringbetten schläft man hervorragend. Nach einem Tag in prasselndem Regen waren wir sehr dankbar für den Trockner im Badezimmer. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben mit Tipps zur Verfügung gestanden. In der Wohnung finden sich überall kleine Notizen, die einen willkommen heißen. Die Lage ist ideal. Vom nördlichen P&R Parkhaus ( super günstig) fährt eine Straßenbahn durch bis zur Haltestelle eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell im Geschehen. Das Rubenshaus ist bereits nach fünf Gehminuten erreicht, ebenso Gastronomie und Geschäfte. Bis in die Altstadt oder ins Zuid-Viertel kann man einen Spaziergang machen. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen ist der recht laute Verkehrslärm mit vielen Martinshörnern garniert. Wer nur bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann, sollte sich weiter außerhalb eine Unterkunft suchen. So ist das nun mal in einem Domizil in der Innenstadt.

Stylish loft in a cool city

The spacious loft feels very appropriate for the cool city of Antwerp with all it's art and fashion. The hosts are super nice and really helpful. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The apartment is located at busy street close to the city center. That makes it a handy starting point to explore the city but also accounts for some traffic noise.

Großes und helles Studio in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im sechsten Stock und hat eine sehr großes Fensterfront, sodass dieser sehr hell ist. Das hat uns super gefallen, da gerade am Morgen die Sonnenstrahlen ein Traum waren. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, selbst der Kühlschrank wurde vom Vermieter vorab gefüllt. Unsere kleine Tochter hatte viel Platz zum spielen. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig zu erreichen, genauso wie die Innenstadt. Wir haben jeden Tag einen Parkplatz direkt in der Straße finden können. Die Parkgebühren waren mit fünf Euro sehr günstig. Alles im Allen eine super Wohnung! Besten Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Great place, family friendly

This studio was amazing. As soon as my kids walked in the place they immediately felt like home. There were books and toys for them to play as well the tv. The place was clean and well-equipped - cooked a few meals and used washer/dryer. The location is a short walk to the old city quarter, shops and De Lijn stops and Antwerpan-Centraal (which allowed the convenience for day trips to Ghent and Bruge). I highly recommend this place.

We stayed a week in Antwerp, this apartment was really fantastic. Stephane and An welcomed us and showed the apartment, they even had stocked the fridge with breakfast basics! The location is great, apartment very clean and beds were really comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Smaakvol ingericht appartement. Heerlijke bedden en alles is aanwezig. Een fijn thuis in Antwerpen. Bij aankomst hoefde wij geen boodschappen te doen. Het ontbijt voor de volgende ochtend was al in huis, heel speciaal !!

Een heerlijke studio van alle gemakken voorzien.

Mooie studio op loopafstand van het centrum. Tevens een halte van 'De Lijn' (tram) op 1 minuut lopen. Studio is netjes en schoon. Heerlijk balkon om 's avonds te relaxen (wel met geluid van auto's). Het 2-persoons bed is heerlijk. De 2 losse bedden voor onze kinderen waren iets minder (matras erg dun). Wasmachine en droger zijn aanwezig, maar hebben we niet nodig gehad in 3 dagen. Stéphane reageert snel op vragen (zowel per mail als telefonisch). Om tram kaartjes en/of het huren van de Vélo's (witte fietsen van Antwerpen) te regelen, moet je dit online doen (via apps). Zorg wel dat je een creditcard hebt, anders gaaf het niet lukken. Bij ons niet gelukt omdat ik de RABOscanner niet mee op vakantie had genomen. Dus denk er aan om 'het bakske' mee te nemen. Veel plezier in Antwerpen.

bedankt voor jullie positieve reactie! we hebben ook de opmerking ivm de kleine bedden ter harte genomen en die vervangen door een nieuw volwaardig dubbel bed. mijn feedback naar jullie toe is ook zeer positief: zeer vriendelijk, snel reagerend en hebben de studio perfect achtergelaten, waarvoor dank!

Fijne studio voor twee volwassenen

De studio ligt heel centraal. Is netjes en ruim. Het tweepersoonsbed is prima. De twee opklapbedjes echter niet geschikt voor 2 volwassenen maar eerder voor twee kinderen tot ongeveer 10 jaar. Dat was jammer. Als op die plaats twee goede bedden komen is het super geschikt. In ons geval beperkte het ontbijt zich tot twee afbakbroodjes en wat jam. Echter supermarkt is dichtbij en de keuken zeer compleet!

Central enough and still intimate

Consider this text an insider tip. Lodging at Stéphane's apartment will enrich your stay in Antwerp, itself a delightful place to be if you wish to get to know Flanders. You will be located just a few minutes on foot from three major tram lines. There is shopping in the neighborhood. You are right near the City Park, moreover, getting anywhere downtown is possible on foot: ten to twenty minutes away, walking leisurely. To top it off, the apartment is on the sixth floor of a building with lift - with a balcony. It's like sitting on top of the world. Lucky you, if you stay in this spacious studio with all the creature comforts.
