Recientemente renovado 5 dormitorios, 4 baños casa en la playa, situada a pocos minutos del pueblo de East Wittering y un tiro de piedra de la playa. precioso jardín seguro con zona de patio, barbacoa y trampolín. Abierta sala de estar, comedor, área de cocina, con TV, DVD y servicio de wifi. En la planta baja también encontrará un cuarto de baño y maravillosa habitación de los niños con literas y sala de juegos totalmente equipada, situada enfrente de nuestra habitación doble en suite. Arriba encontrará el amplio dormitorio principal en suite, otro dormitorio doble y habitación de los niños en suite con cuna y cama de niño. La sala de lavandería también se encuentra arriba.

Great home away from home

Loved the house and location. Coming from Dubai with two toddlers it was a big relief to have a house that was well equipped to keep my two entertained, from the trampoline and lovely gardens to the plentiful toys and dress up box. The dress up box was a huge hit . Was lovely to have so much space and we were very lucky to have a hedgehog visit is a couple of times in the garden . Really nice home and would highly recommend. Big plus is that the sea is easily accessible from the house and even toddlers can walk there.

A wonderful stay in East Wittering

We spent a wonderful weekend in East Wittering in this very well equipped, modern and spacious house. Checking in and out was very easy and the amenities in the house suited us perfectly - all towels and linen were provided as well as cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and bin liners. The welcome pack and bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The house is a stones throw from the pebbled beach and the village itself was well equipped with grocers, surf shops, coffee shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Lovely well equipped house close to the beach

The house was the perfect size for our family of 6 adults and 3 children aged 7, 4 & 3. The children loved the spacious playroom/bunk bedroom and were very happy that so many toys had been left for them to play with. They also liked the garden with its trampoline and larger toys. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms fine. The large kitchen/dining/living room was a good place for us all to relax in, and the fire with plenty of wood provided made a friendly focus. The kitchen was well equipped and there was massive space in the two wine/beer fridges. The beach, a 5 minute walk away, was great at low tide with lots of play room, rock pools and walking possibilities. When the tide here is high, a 10-minute drive to West Wittering beach gives more opportunities to explore. The owner pleasantly, promptly and efficiently answered any questions we had by text. The Lamb Inn, a 5 - minute drive away, was great for drinks and meals. Other interesting local places to visit within a very short driving distance are Pagham Harbour RSPB reserve, and Itchenor, a pleasant sailing village on Chichester Harbour.

Perfect weekend in a beautiful home and location

We were a group of ladies and a baby, most of us were having a weekend off of parenting! We had such a lovely weekend. Katherine was an excellent host and the house was perfect. We loved the kitchen for hanging out and eating in and all the rooms were a great size. Lots of bathrooms/en-suites too. The property is really close to the beach and also within walking distance of a pub and shops. We did a longer walk to The Ship in Itchenor on Katherine's recommendation and that was great too. I would love to come back with my children sometime as it is very well equipped for children too and they would love it. Thanks Katherine for a great stay!

Beautiful house in perfect location

We were a family of grandparents, parents and three grandchildren and the house was perfect for us. The very short walk to the beach was ideal and we enjoyed walking in both directions from there. The house was very well-equipped and the children loved playing with all the toys in the playroom. They also enjoyed the garden and the ride on toys there. Communication with Katherine during our stay was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The house to others.

Lovely week in great location with friends

The house was great for 2 families with 6 children in total. It was all perfectly equipped with ample space and also a lovely secure garden with ride on toys, trampoline and swing ball etc. We didn’t need to bring anything for the little ones as there were plenty of toys for them to play with. Beds were really comfy and what was really great were the amount of bathrooms - 3 rooms with ensuite so felt luxurious! We had a super stay and it was a great base to explore the seaside and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend it!

Lovely house, fantastic location

So lovely, we returned for another weekend visit. The house is brilliant for a group with young children, & open plan kitchen living space with comfortable seating is perfect for adults to catch up. 2 minute walk to the beach & 5 minutes (if that) to the shops & cafes. Katherine is a brilliant host. We will be back.

Superb Holiday home

Spacious modern property with everything to hand to support and enhance your stay. Really well equipped with everything you could need. Very short walk to the beach with others a short drive away. Good range of shops and convenience stores a short walk away. Ate out at the Old House at Home nearby, very good food.

Accommodating Accommodation

This is the perfect choice if you are a 3G family - grandparents > little ones. It has a spacious, airy feel; excellent cooking, laundry facilities & lots of entertainment for the under 5s inside & out, a home fram home As the beach is at the end of the street, don't forget your bucket & spade.

A welcoming spacious holiday property, very close to the sea.

We choose the Beach House for a family celebration, as it was large enough to accommodate our party of ten over three generations.The large combined living, dining and kitchen was ideal for our get together. Early April and cooler evenings we made use of the wood burning stove, wood provided. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for our self catering. Our grandchildren made good use of the large mostly lawned garden, with outside ride on toys and the much enjoyed trampoline. One of the children's bedrooms also offered

A lovely house, yards from the beach, with a perfect and airy seaside feel.

The whole experience was great. The owners are attentive and easy to deal with, and everything has been thought of. A wonderful place, with plenty to do and visit locally. Alternatively, wander the beaches, the views are incredible!

Lovely property a stones throw from the beach

We had a weekend stay with friends and young children this January, which we do most years with the same group. The property was lovely - the photos do not do it justice. Flexible sleeping accommodation with plenty of bathrooms, and a lovely spaciaous open plan kitchen/living space. East Wittering Beach is 2 minutes walk, and the village with a few pubs and cafes is not much further, so is is a lovely base from which to just wander for a weekend.

My husband and I moved to the Witterings from Dublin three years ago and were fortunate enough to buy this house in April. We live here full time but travel during the school holidays and love the idea of people enjoying the house whilst we're away. We have two small children (3 and 16 months) and a dog so this is a very family friendly property with secure garden and fantastic local amenities. East Wittering village is literally a 5 minute walk or 2 minute cycle ride away, and the beach is at the end of the road! We absolutely love our home, and hope that anyone renting it will take extremely good care of it for us.

Our house is wonderfully modern, comfortable and very well equipped for families. The village is only a 5 minute walk away and the beach is literally at the end of the street! There are many local activities, cafes, restaurants and pubs to enjoy and endless walks or bike rides.
We moved to the area 3 years ago so my husband could teach at the local school, and feel very fortunate to live in such a wonderful village, with a great community.
