Appartement entiÚrement rénové dans une classe supérieure avec une vue fantastique sur la mer!
Notre appartement de 3 piÚces récemment rénové est situé dans le centre de Nerja. Depuis le balcon au 5Úme étage, vous profitez d'une des meilleures vues sur les montagnes et la mer que vous pouvez obtenir.
L'appartement est proche de ce que Nerja a Ă  offrir, vous regardez la plage la plus grande et la plus populaire de la ville, Burriana Beach, que vous atteignez en 5 minutes Ă  pied. La plage de Burriana compte Ă©galement un certain nombre de restaurants.
La vieille ville avec ses boutiques, ses restaurants et l'environnement fantastique que les petites rues offrent peut ĂȘtre atteinte en 10 minutes et Ă  l'endroit le plus cĂ©lĂšbre de la ville, Balcon de Europa encore 5 minutes Ă  pied.
L'appartement a subi une rĂ©novation totale oĂč tout est neuf; cuisine, salle de bains, 2 chambres et 1 canapĂ©-lit dans le salon, armoires, meubles dont 42 "smart TV, Wifi, nouveaux lits, nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine, machine nespresso, nouvelle machine Ă  laver / sĂ©cher etc.

Christin was very responsive and did everything to make our stay amazing.The apartment was great, newly renovated and well stocked. The incredible view of the Mediterranean, combined with sunrise and sunsets from the balcony are incredible. Location can't be beat, right in the heart of old town Nerja and within easy walking distance of groceries, shopping, restaurants/cafes, the Balcon de Europa and Burriana beach. The availability of onsite parking is a definite plus.

Great and nicely equipped apartment with an incredible view and close to the beach. Ideal location to discover Nerja itself and the Costa del Sol.Some things to improve:- indicate to guests that there is only very limited space for parking (i.e. in one week we managed to find a place twice)- bathroom is smelling a bit and the shower could be renewed- a broom would be nice for cleaning in between Thanks for the lovely stay!

Very nice area to stay in, and only a few hundred metres from the nearest beach - Christin was very efficient and helpful from beginning to end, even arranging transport to and from the airport for us. Very clean appartment with lovely views from the balcony. Quite a steep walk back up the hill from the beach, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

An excellent apartment near to Burriana Beach. The property was clean, modern and fully equipped. Large enough for 4 people comfortably. The view over Nerja and out to sea from the balcony is unbeatable. Communication with the host was extremely good and responses were quick. All accomodation details were accurate. It wasn't a problem for us but the nearby beach is downhill from the apartment. The return uphill is not for someone with walking difficulties. As a resort Nerja is lovely.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung im 5. Stock mit allem, was man braucht und tollem Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Liegt auf einer Anhöhe, deshalb muss vom Strand rauf ein HĂŒgel erklommen werden. FĂŒr die ParkplĂ€tze muss man gut seitwĂ€rts/ rĂŒckwĂ€rts einparken können. Wohngegend ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief komplikationslos und einwandfrei.

Beautiful apartment and fantastic facilities. You can tell they have thought about guests with the little touches in the kitchen such as Tupperware, teas, coffees, ice packs etc. The pool facilities were brilliant and much used during the heatwave Spain was experiencing.

This apartment in Nerja was a fantastic base for our trip! It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was ideal, just a short walk from both the beach and the vibrant town center with its shops, restaurants, and the famous BalcĂłn de Europa. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend it!

The apartment was in a good location, clean with everything you needed. Unfortunately, we booked this apartment due to it having access to a pool. We were not informed of the temporary closure until after booking the apartment. Apart from that which was a disappointment everything else was as we booked.

Wonderful stay at the heart of Nerja

My wife and I stayed four nights in this wonderful apartment in Nerja and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is on the 5th floor and offers very nice views over the town and towards the ocean. The swimming pool was under renovation during our stay so we didn't spend any time at the pool area, but enjoyed short walks instead to the beach, the old town center, and BalcĂłn de Europa.Some restaurants we can highly recommend in the old town include Trattoria Italia, Scarletta's and D'Vinos gastrobar, as well as the Swedish bakery (Nybakat) down by Burriana beach - not the cheapest but the quality of their breads and pastries ... wow!Check-in and check-out were super convenient and Christin was the perfect host, very reachable and always happy to answer any questions we had.Overall, a 10-out-of-10 experience and we definitely plan on coming back!

Fantastisk lÀgenhet, med en underbar utsikt

Vi har haft en toppen vecka i denna hÀrliga lÀgenhet. Allt Àr precis som pÄ bilderna, utsikten frÄn balkongen Àr Ànnu bÀttre i verkligheten. Rent, frÀscht och vÀrden svarade direkt vid frÄgor. Ligger perfekt med en kort promenad till Burriana, och ca 15 min promenad till staden. Vi kommer absolut komma tillbaka!!

Die Aussicht und Lage waren super. Appartement schlicht eingerichtet. Auslade Möglichkeiten (Parken) sehr schlecht. Trotz 6. Etage laut. Balkon ohne Markise, Wohnzimmer ohne VorhÀnge/Sonnenschutz. Möbel abgewohnt, Geschirr kaputt.

Two bed with sea view.

The apartment is immaculate and obviously has been refurbished to a high standard with all you need in there to cook etc. Really nice roof terrace overlooking the sea with tables/chairs. There is a step outside the bathroom that we all tripped up as we came out off the bathroom on so maybe this can be looked as I think a small hazard. We were actually expecting two beds in the second bedroom as our children were staying not one small double but made this work. (as per the details) All in all a super location, great apartment. Thank you.

Beautiful property, the pictures don't really do justice as to how big the apartment is. Everything there you need, prime location. Lovely pool area, easy walk to the beach, hill back but it's not far at all. Will want to book again

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung von Christin verbracht. Diese war sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts und der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Der Kontakt zu Christin war immer sehr freundlich und sie hat jede Frage immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder auch in der Altstadt, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegen fusslÀufig. Auch der Selbst-Check-In ist sehr komfortabel!

A beautiful property with stunning views. This apartment has been kitted out perfectly, everything you need but very simple. We would definately return and felt very lucky to have found this. There were just 2 of us and it was perfect. Great location as you can walk everywhere.

Beautiful apartment in Nerja

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment close to Burriana Beach and a short walk to pretty much everything in Nerja. The apartment is modern and the finishes are luxurious. Perfect for 4 people with two double bedrooms. The view from the balcony is spectacular! We highly recommend it if you want a great stay in Nerja! Host Christin was friendly and very helpful!
