Casa Miguel es una casa urbana moderna de planta abierta, amueblada, equipada y mantenida con un alto estándar que incluye aire acondicionado (tanto en la planta baja como en el primer piso) y WiFi gratis para los huéspedes. La casa es ideal tanto para familias (hasta 5 personas) como para parejas. Está bien equipado con todas las instalaciones de una casa moderna, incluida una cocina equipada con encimera de granito, lavadora, microondas, lavavajillas y cafetera 'Dolce Gusto', TV por cable con canales BBC e ITV y reproductor de DVD. La casa cuenta con dos terrazas orientadas al sur y un hermoso jardín con vistas al mar, las montañas y la ciudad de Nerja. El jardín tiene césped y tiene una barbacoa de gas. La casa está a unos 300 metros de dos piscinas comunitarias, incluida una piscina para niños. La ciudad de Nerja está a aproximadamente 1,5 km y se puede llegar por carretera o por la playa (aproximadamente 20 minutos a pie). Ambas rutas están iluminadas por la noche.

We had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment. Everything worked well, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is very quiet, making it ideal for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep.Everything needed (in the kitchen) for cooking and barbecuing was provided.The apartment is only a short walk from the beach, which was fantastic. It is perfect for jogging or walking along the coast while enjoying the beautiful views.The town of Nerja and the village of Frigiliana are both easy to reach, and supermarkets are conveniently close by. Even some kind of mall is there in Torrox.

Well equipped home with great links to nerja, a car was very useful and would advise renting one for ease of access to shops and the town. Overall a great place with helpful owners and enjoyed our stay :) thanks!

Comfortable and well equipped house with great outdoor space, a stones throw from the communal pool and 6 mins walk to a beach. Helpful owners and good on site management. The urbanisation is in a peaceful location a good 2 miles out of Nerja town, and there are no supermarkets within walking distance so would recommend a car. In theory it is walkable (I did run it!) but practically in the heat you wouldn’t want to be doing this. Paid short stay parking in Nerja was easy to find. We had a great stay, thank you.

A gorgeous place to stay, clean, comfortable and perfect as a base for our family. It is in a lovely part of Spain. Within easy reach of Nerja town with it’s plentiful restaurants and tavernas for a truely authentic Spanish experience! Loved it!

Great house with garden

All good in this house. Location a good walk into town but we’re happy with that, local bus 1 euro into town. Near beaches. Small garden, great for breakfasting and chilling when home from the beach, very sunny.

A lovely house

It’s a lovely place in a brill location and great facilities. It’s just a short walk from the pool and only a little further down to the beach - it’s such a pretty walk into Nerja although the kids definitely preferred the hourly bus!! A perfect place for our family of four. My youngest loved spotting the odd lizard and cricket in the garden and relaxing on the patio. My eldest loved the air-conditioning and Wi-Fi! We enjoyed a glass of wine on the top balcony once the kids were in bed where you can look out towards Nerja, the mountains and a glimpse of the sea.

Very tidy property that was exactly as described. We had an issue with the electricity supply to the housing complex, this was discussed with the owners rep and they helped solve any issues we had very efficiently and they must be commended for this as it was something that happened outwith their control. Very enjoyable stay with good access to Nerja and the beach as stated. Good parking whilst we were there close to accommodation

Lovely villa, well appointed and good location. Only disappointment was the scruffiness of the outside space on arrival. Terrace and garden furniture were very dirty and covered in dead foliage. Although we recognise that this is unavoidable given the climate, this could have been rectified with a before rental 'tidy up'. Other than this a wonderful stay!

Almost perfect property for a family stay

The property is exactly as described and it really does have just about everything you would need for your stay!We stayed for 10 days in the middle of the heat dome that was bringing 40 degree heat to parts of Spain at the start of July. The air conditioning in the property meant that when you needed to escape the heat you could (it's so good we woke up cold some mornings).The property is light and airy and has a lovely rear garden and rear balcony. For your downtime out of the sun the TV has UK channels (we caught some Wimbledon tennis). The living area has a comfy large settee and even though the kitchen is a little small it is very well equipped with even a dolce vita coffee machine and ample fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine.Whilst it doesn't have its own pool the owners provide access to the urbanisations pool which is a couple of minutes walk away. The only negative we came across is a lack of any local shop which would be handy. Else a short car trip to Lidl /Aldi in the car sorts that.In summary a perfect base for a holiday in nerja and with a car to explore the local area

Wonderful stay in Nerja!

Everything was perfect from booking through to our stay. The villa was spotless and very well equiped. It is situated close to the pool and just a short walk to and from the beach. We walked to the town in the evenings which was easy and the path well lit when it was dark. It is a great place to take a family holiday and Ruth was brilliant at getting back to me with all my questions! We received excellent information about the local area and enjoyed trying the recommended resaurants. Our only regret was not having a car; Ruth did recommend that we did but we chose not to. It was fine and we managed but would have been good for getting to the supermarket! Thanks you for a lovely holiday.

Heerlijk huis met airco ook op de slaapkamers. Bbq en in de tuin, spelletjes aan de tafel, genieten van het heerlijke weer. Je loopt zo 20 minuten in de drukte van Nerja. Zo bij zwembad en strand ! En geen Nederlander gehoord, das ook wel is fijn

Tellement typique

Un magnifique petit coin andalou bourré de charme. Piscine idyllique juste a côté, maison et jardin charmants, parking toujours libre, quartier tres tranquille et tellement typique. Un vrai bonheur! Un petit point negatif: difficile de cuisiner dans de si petites poêles et casseroles pour 5, climatisation pas assez efficace.

Prima vakantieverblijf. Alleen de keuken een beetje klein en weinig keukengerei. De benedenverdieping wordt gedomineerd door een forse trap. Een verkeerd geplaatst tafeltje naast de trap maakt de toegang naar de keuken klein met het risico tot hoofdstoten. Verder zag het er prima verzorgd uit. Nette slaapkamers en badkamer. Douchen moest in het bad; jammer dat er geen douche was. Verder alleen maar grote badhanddoeken. Prima ligging. Mooie wandeling langs het strand naar Nerja. Meer dan voldoende parkeerruimte aanwezig. Het huis is wel gehorig.

A lovely property. Comfortable, the owners have provided everything you could possibly need.

Location is good. Possible to walk into Nerja, which we did. Also there is a bus nearby 1€ to take you in every hour in the morning and evening. Useful for shopping if you don’t have a car.

I am a retired teacher from Yorkshire and have been visiting Nerja over the last 30 years with my family. My two daughters are now grown and are both carrying on the tradition of raising their families on holidays in Nerja! My two daughters and I are jointly responsible for the running of A32 Casa Miguel. Over the past 30 years we have seen the town grow into a popular tourist destination. We continue to love the place as it has not lost the feel of the small fishing town that we experienced when we first visited. Nerja is a place where you can still observe and experience real Spanish family and community life - you only have to watch the local community come together at the many fiestas that take place throughout each year.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

As a family we were introduced to Nerja by an old friend. After spending a couple of holidays on Urbanisation Tropicana, including spending one Christmas there, we were impressed with the friendliness of the urbanisation, the large pool and the proximity to a quiet beach. We feel that the location of Tropicana is ideal as it is a quiet area on the outskirts of Nerja, however it is easy to either walk along the beach, use the regular bus service or drive into the town. When I visit, one of my favourite ways to spend the day is to walk into Nerja along the quiet beach road, stop for a coffee on the Balcon De Europa, in the town, and watch the world go by, then stop off on the beach for a plate of locally cooked paella, before having a dip in the pool and relaxing in the garden!

Casa Miguel is situated in a quiet location within Tropicana. It boasts a private garden, terraces and gas BBQ. Furnishings in the house have recently been improved to give a light, bright and modern feel. The house is very well equipped with everything you will need to have a very enjoyable holiday, for example free WiFi, Cable TV, flat screen TV & DVD player, microwave and washing machine etc. The house is well situated for Nerja's beaches and the town in addition to exploring the surrounding area, which includes the beautiful mountain village of Frigiliana, neighbouring coastal towns of Torrox, Torre Del Mar & Maro and places further afield such as Granada and Malaga.
