Villa rental in Conil Lanzarote

Villa much nicer than pics. Stan the host gets 5*. Great central location to visit anywhere on island. A car is a must unless you plan sitting by the pool all day. Supermarket 3 min drive. Had a great time.

Traumhaftes Haus mit Meerblick

Wir hätten kein besseres Ferienhaus wählen können! Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses sind fantastisch und exakt wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter, Stan, war extrem hilfsbereit und zuverlässig und hatte viele gute Tips, kam auch nochmal extra mit weiteren Decken vorbei und um den Pool noch mehr zu heizen und zu reinigen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf Meer und verschiedene Vulkane ist ein Traum. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, um auf der Insel mobil zu sein. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Family Getaway

The property met our needs - three families consisting of 5 adults and three young children. Stan was an extremely responsive host who also provided great suggestions for restaurants and things-to-do. We rated the cleanliness as “good” as we found clothing under the cushions on the sofa, unemptied filter in the dryer - Stan was very apologetic for this. While the house was very well equipped (cooking facilities, washer/dryer, 2 fridges, etc.), there was a lack of storage space - no dressers for clothes, no cupboards for food that did not require refrigeration. Would we go to this property again? Absolutely!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt entsprechend der Beschreibung

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Pool und toller Terrasse. Alles in nächster Umgebung mit dem Mietwagen zu erreichen. Für erholungssuchende ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden.

You will require a car. Though a taxi to Puerto Calero is only around €10.00 none of the drivers can find the villa, this all takes extra time. The villa pool is heated, (included in the price when we came) it was still a little cold for me, (health condition). The owner of the villa is a very nice chap and will go out of his way to help you. I had an issue with my phone one day and couldn't get through to the taxi company, I WhatsApp the owner to see if he had a signal, though he was driving in Switzerland, he managed to phone a taxi for me. Great place with breathtaking views

We spent two incredible weeks over Christmas at the villa. The house is really spacious with the large living room. Windows from all three sides allow a lot of lights to get in. From that room but also from the terrace and the pool area you can overlook the sun’s way from sunrise to sunset. The kitchen is well-equipped. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and that lovely place. Especially the host was very kind and always available for any inquiries. Not only to the surprise of our kids a Christmas tree was put up. With the temperature of 20-25°C the heated pool with 28°C was very appreciated. The villa’s location is excellent for excursions and trips all over the island. Puerto Calero is very close with a nice marina and excellent restaurants for example. We really recommend staying in that villa.

Wonderful villa

From the moment we set foot in to the villa we loved it! It exceeded our expectations in size, decor, spaciousness, cleanliness (spotless) - everything! The view was amazing - both of mountains and the sea. The terrace was lovely with a huge table and chair set which would comfortably seat 8 people and a massive parasol which ensured that everyone could obtain shade when desired. The swimming pool was also lovely - heated and very clean and was visited twice weekly by a maintenance person. Stan had provided lilos too. What a brilliant owner Stan is. He really cares about his guests needs and satisfaction and completely goes the extra mile (or ten) to ensure his guests have everything they need and are happy. When we arrived he had provided us with some 'essentials' - like beers and wine as well as some foods. The villa and it's situation are much better than the photos show. You do need a car but it's only minutes to the nearest beaches and shopping, including some very decent take-aways, and the lively little town of Puerto del Carmen which is worth a few visits - if only to eat! There is a vast choice of restaurants, bistros and cafes there and they are very good indeed. Lots of other things to do there too - definitely something for everyone. All in all we were more than satisfied with the villa and its location. Would we go back? Like a shot!!

Gorgeous villa, stunning views, lovely owner

We had first class service from Stan the owner from the moment we contacted him to book this beautiful villa. The villa itself is stunning; open, bright and spacious with comfortable lounge seating and two large dining tables, one outside on the terrace. The kitchen is very well kitted out, we cooked meals many times during our stay. The views are simply stunning. From the terrace you can take in a panoramic view of cloud topped mountains and shimmering coastline, with Fuerteventura visible on clear days. We travelled with my 3 year old and were so happy to discover a proper child's bedroom kitted out with books and toys and a little table and chairs. A lovely touch when so many toys have to be left at home. Stan showed us around the villa, left a few bits and pieces in the fridge and was available for the duration by phone and text should we need him, a very attentive owner. We could not have been happier with the house and it's location, peaceful and calm and only a very short drive away from the buzz of Puerto del Carmen. Puerto Calero is a must visit for restaurants and boat watching, also some lovely shops. Stan also owns a submarine dive experience there which was incredible. You must do this especially if you have kids! Don't hesitate to book this gorgeous villa!
