Ideal apt in ideal location

It is an absolutely wonderful apartment. There are skylights and a balcony you can dine on! Nice appliances including an oven. Quiet top floor with lift. In the heart of beautiful historic Zaragoza old town. There are grocery stores, tons of coffee shops, bakeries, department stores, bookstores with English language books. Neighborhood and city are safe and clean. Bus stops and taxi stands very close. I loved it. Manager allowed me to leave bags early. Always responded quickly.

Muy céntrico y cómodo

Apartamento muy céntrico y cómodo, muy limpio todo, tanto Teresa como Luis muy amables y atentos, parking al lado del apartamento con plazas muy amplias,sin lugar a dudas tengo que volver a Zaragoza y volveré a alojarme aquí mismo.

Appartement au 4 eme étage avec ascenseur, terrasse et climatisation. Appartement très agréable et propre. Parking en sous sol. L appartement est très bien situé à proximité a pied de tous les monuments et place de la ville de Saragosse. Très jolie ville à recommander. Merci à Teresa et Luis.

Heel centraal gelegen

Fijn appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Gunstige ligging en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Fijn balkon, waar je meestal ‘s ochtends en ‘s avonds kunt zitten. Een trap omhoog naar de lift, die tot de 4e verdieping gaat, dan weer de trap nemen naar de 5e. Airconditioning werkt perfect, de WiFi is een beetje instabiel. Eigen parkeerplaats in een afgesloten parkeergarage. Host Terésa legt alles goed uit en is voor vragen en tips heel goed bereikbaar. We hebben hierdoor een fantastische kennismaking met Zaragoza gehad. We komen hier graag terug.

Fantastisch.

Een geweldig appartement op een top locatie, midden in het centrum van Zaragoza. Goede bedden, leuk terras, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken en airco in de living van het appartement als ook op de slaapkamer. Daarnaast een eigen parkeerplaats in de ondergrondse parkeergarage. Teresa was zeer behulpzaam bij alles en reageerde onmiddellijk. Kortom, alles was naar wens en meer dan dat. Een geweldige belevenis en een aanrader.

Perfect little hideaway

Teresa is a fabulous host, who went out of her way to help make our time in Zaragoza more comfortable. The apartment is spotless and the bedroom is huge. This location is fabulous for all your need is this amazing city. I would recommend this apartment to everyone. Thanks again Teresa

This place was amazing

It was spotless, tastefully decorated, they were very helpful...I wish all the places I booked for Spain had been like this. The beds were comfy, the shower was big enough and worked well, and checking in was so easy. The location was perfect.

Schöne Woche in Zaragoza

Schöne Wohnung, es war alles da, was man braucht. Netter Empfang durch den Sohn der Familie, auch der e-mail-Kontakt hat immer bestens funktioniert. Besonders angenehm das Bad mit der grossen Dusche. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans l'appartement de Luis et Theresa qui est conforme à la description, propre et chaleureux. Le parking proposé est un plus (voiture familiale). Location au calme et très proche du centre. Il est certain que si nous revenons dans cette belle ville de Saragosse nous reprendrons la même location. Muchas gracias

Ideales Domizil!

Das Appartment ist ideal gelegen (alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum fußläufig), zugleich in der Nähe von ansprechenden Lokalen. Sehr hübsche Zimmer, aber auch pragmatisch alles vorhanden. Problemlose Abstimmung mit den netten Vermietern!

perfect for us

visiting our son in Zaragoza, but wanting our own independence , this apartment was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed, charming and helpful hosts; mind you with my very limited Spanish thank goodness for google translate. The apartment is close to the town center and the indoor market, a must for a feast for all the senses.

Todo perfecto y anfitriones súper amables

Un apartamento muy comodo y bien decorado

El apartamento está muy bien situado, cerca de la catedral. Está muy limpio y es muy espacioso, no le falta detalle. Muy chulo Los dueños muy amables y encantadores Relación calidad precio excelente. Además ofrecen una plaza de parking al lado Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos todo tipo de infusiones, té, caramelos y hasta mermeladas en la nevera!! Sin duda volveremos! Gracias Teresa y Luis

Cómodo y céntrico

Hemos estado una semana de febrero. El alojamiento es cómodo, el dormitorio amplio y la cocina bien equipada con lo necesario. El aparcamiento de los propietarios es de agradecer ya que es zona de difícil estacionamiento. Todo estuvo fenomenal

A Delight in Underrated Zaragoza

This attic apartment is spacious, clean, and extremely convenient to the attractions of Zaragoza, including its wonderful market. Calle San Pablo is a fascinating street. Luis was accommodating and available in his barbershop, which is on the first floor, immediately next to the apartment entrance. Air conditioning was very useful. A great place to stay!

Great Apartment

magnifique appartement dans le centre de Zaragoza

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre court séjour à Zaragoza. Même si Teresa et son mari n'ont pu être présents à notre arrivée, ils ont tout fait pour que nous soyons bien accueillis.Un grand merci à Carlos pour sa gentillesse! L'appartement est très bien équipé, avec une belle décoration ( notre fille Blandine a beaucoup aimé les tableaux de montgolfières). Malgré sa grande proximité avec le centre, il est très calme. L'accès au parking souterrain à 2 pas de l'appart, grâce à une carte donnée par les propriétaires, est assurément un plus ( beaucoup de rues sont piétonnes). De nombreux magasins se trouvent à proximité sans compter les innombrables restos. La terrasse est très agréable pour prendre le petit déj avant que le soleil ne tape trop. Nous avons apprécié toute la doc et les plans laissés par Teresa pour avoir les bons horaires de visite des monuments. Tout peut se faire à pied au départ de l'appart et c'est très appréciable! Il faut absolument aller voir le palais de la Aljaferia qui est magnifique, entre autres. En tout cas, si nous revenons à Zaragoza c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans votre appartement et que nous aurons la joie de vous rencontrer. Muchas gracias! Maravillosa estancia. Excelente apartamento..!!

El apartamento es hermoso, confortable y amplio a pocos metros del casco histórico de la ciudad. Con muchos detalles de buen gusto en todos los aspectos.Teresa y su marido son personas muy amables y detallistas en el orden y limpieza. Si tengo que volver a Zaragoza repetiría sin dudarlo. Mis hijos y mi esposa la pasamos espactacular. Recomendamos esta propiedad a todo el mundo. Enhorabuena!!...ha sido un placer conocerlos.
