Expérience de style appartement royal pour votre séjour à Budapest. L'appartement entiÚrement restauré est situé dans un bùtiment Deco 'intéressant. Dans ses 65 mÚtres carrés (700 pi2)
au premier Ă©tage sans ascenseur. Vous trouverez 2 chambres doubles, un grand salon confortable (nous pouvons Ă©galement accueillir une cinquiĂšme personne sur le canapĂ©-lit dans le salon, auquel cas un supplĂ©ment de 10 euros / nuit doit ĂȘtre payĂ©) cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une salle de bain moderne avec un goĂ»t du passĂ©.

Merci aux nombreux cafés, bars, restaurants et galeries intérieures et extérieures situées ici, Råday Street (Råday utca) a un caractÚre spécial. Ce quartier animé est souvent désigné comme «Budapest Soho».

Raday Street a également beaucoup de beaux bùtiments. L'un d'eux est la BibliothÚque Råday, situé à Raday utca 28. Elle a été fondée au 18Úme siÚcle par propriétaire Gedeon Råday, la personne de la rue a été nommé d'aprÚs.

Appartement trÚs bien situé et typique de Budapest.

Budapest est une trĂšs belle ville qu ne demande qu’à ĂȘtre dĂ©couverte! Notre sĂ©jour de trois semaines nous aura permis d’en dĂ©couvrir une belle partie!

Very nice place located close to the Great Central Hall with many restaurants close by. Close walk to M3 and M4 metro. It was very cool and comfortable during a heatwave in Budapest. Sebastiano was great and met us to go over the details of the place.

Stilvolle Wohnung in hervorragender Lage

Wir wurden abends persönlich empfangen und uns wurde alles genau erklĂ€rt (AC, KĂŒche, .......) mit zahlreichen Tips fĂŒr die Umgebung. Sebastian ist super nett und hilfreich.Fragen werden schnellstens beantwortet - problemlose Kommunikation ĂŒber What's App. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet - hat alles von Rainfall Shower bis Netflix TV. Die Lage ist hervorragend - fußlĂ€ufg zu vielen Restaurants, Cafes, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten...... und zur Donau. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Had an amazing stay, the apartment was just perfect and Sebastiano was very welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect so close to great restaurants and transport links. The airport bus was really close so getting to and from the airport was a breeze.

Amazing apartment in a great highly walkable area!

I would highly recommend this location! The rooms were very large the entire apartment was well decorated and clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable including AC on those hot days. It also had a full kitchen. Washer and dryer combo was also very helpful! On top of all this the owner was very helpful!

Comfortable stay and great location

Sebastiano was very accommodating and assisted us with an early check in. He was thorough in explaining everything in the apartment and was available to assist when needed. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and in a great location.

Het appartement heeft een goede locatie en host.Zeer behulpzaam. Leuke buurt en dicht bij openbaar vervoer. In de avond geen overlast van de straat. Een aanrader maar je moet wel trap lopen. Oud gebouw zonder lift.

Fantastic stay in Budapest.

All aspects of our stay were very positive. Our host -Seba- was a very nice person. He arranged to meet us for check in. He walked us through the apartment and made sure we knew where everything was and how to use all of the appliances. Great orientation. The apartment is a large 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Heat and AC in each bedroom and living room. It is located on the first floor, which is one floor above street level. No elevators. The kitchen was very well appointed, all dishes- pots/pans, toaster, kettle, nespresso, washing / drying machine, dishwasher, microwave-all you need. There is no oven. Seba provided detergent for clothes washer and dishwasher. The beds were double sized and very comfy. 2 couches in living room and tv w streaming available. There is a dining table and 4 chairs. Bathroom is a good size and modern. There is a “hotel style” safe in one of the bedrooms to lock valuables while out of the apartment. The apartment is super well located - an easy 1 express bus from airport, and a short walk from the stop. The area around the apartment was wonderful, many many options for sight seeing, food, shopping, entertainment. Extremely walkable area and city. Transit in all forms was very easy to use. We travelled extensively via transit. When time to check out, Seba again came to meet us and make sure we were all ready and had not forgot anything. Overall a fantastic visit.

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Umgebung ist sehr gut, Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nachbarschaft. Der Weg bis zur Markthalle sind 5 min.

Apartment falls significantly short of expectations

This spacious two-bedroom apartment, situated in a quiet building, includes a lounge/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. It offers desirable amenities such as effective air conditioning, dependable Wi-Fi, and good quality white towels. However, the apartment falls significantly short of expectations. A pervasive layer of dust covers many surfaces, notably doors and mirrors. The bed in the off-hallway bedroom is unusable; its frame is noisy and the mattress is lumpy, preventing adequate sleep. The furniture, including sofas and wardrobes, is in a state of disrepair. The bed linen is of inferior quality. Furthermore, the shower unit is dangerously low, posing a head injury risk for individuals taller than 175 cm, suggesting an incorrect installation. The advertised photos, which depict a stylish and elegant space, are a stark contrast to the apartment's current condition. A comprehensive deep clean and refurbishment are urgently required, especially considering the price point.

Lovely well located Budapest apartment

Recently spent 4 nights with family in this lovely apartment to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Communication before and on arrival was with Sebastiano who answered any questions we had quickly. The apartment is on the first floor of a traditional building and the listing information and photos are accurate. It was well stocked with good bedding and towels. It is literally one minute from lots of restaurants etc but because it faces into an internal courtyard it was really peaceful and we never heard any of the neighbours. It’s also no more than a five minute walk from the underground and the airport bus stop. We loved our stay In Budapest and if we return would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again. Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Perfektes ein- und auschecken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und vom ersten Kontakt bis zur SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe lief alles absolut problemlos.
