Beautifully, recently refurbished villa on a plot of 926m² and with a built area or more than 200m². The house has a living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, laundry room, WiFi, TV-DVD, swimming pool, covered terrace, outdoor lounge area, barbecue, etc ... In front of the property there is a second terrace and a parking space.

The property is located in the Roche development 15min. walk from the beach and the famous Timon de Roche Restaurant. The center of the urbanization is within 10 minutes. walking. Here you will find next to the newspaper shop, pharmacy and supermarket a few bars, a children's playground, and local sports facilities; paddle, tennis, football, table tennis, outdoor fitness, ....
On the beach you can also find some cozy chiringuitos also some surf schools.

Gran casa, gran localización.

Escapabamos de la feria de sanlucar y del calor. La casa esta en una urbanización que a su vez esta en un pinar muy cercano al mar, por oo que estuvimos muy relajados y fresquitos. La cssa cumplia perfectamente con lo anunciado, quizas habia algun elemento de la decoración que no se correspondia con la foto, ppero no tiene ninguna importancia, la casa es una maravilla. La comunicación con la propiedad y la inmobiliaria es muy fluida. Le vendria muy bien una mano de pintura por fuera, y un poco mas de limpieza en el jardin y ña piscina, es debido a los pinos. Pero al.igual que dan suciedad dan mucho fresco. Asi que empate. En resumen, he pasado unas vacaciones fantásticas con mi familia, Recomiendo esta casa totalmente.

Geweldig, luxe en sfeervol huis

Ons verblijf was geweldig. We waren er met twee gezinnen. Waarvan 5 kinderen. 4 pubers en één kleine. Wat een fantastisch verblijf. Alles was zo goed verzorgd. De prachtige grote tuin met zwembad. En alle zitjes, overal was er wel een fijn plekje om te zitten of liggen op de dikke matrassen. De witte buitenbank als extra cadeau. Binnen was alles luxe en schoon. De badkamers aan de slaapkamer waren een genot. Het huis ligt in een villa wijk (recidance) wat een heel veilig gevoel gad. Op 10 minuten lopen van de zee. De zee met weinig toerisme. Maar zo schoon en verzorgd ook. De communicatie was geweldig. Norma en Claudia zijn aller aardigst. Je hebt wel een auto nodig voor de uitstapjes. Top! liggen op de dikke matra

Un buen marco para una reunión familiar

Una casa perfectamente equipada para hacer una estancia muy cómoda a 10 personas, en un entorno maravilloso como es la Urbanizacion Roche.

Hermosa casa con las zonas exteriores muy agradables

Somos un grupo de amigas que viajamos juntas hace años, muchas veces con la excusa de jugar algún campeonato de golf. Siempre alquilamos una casa con jardín y piscina, si es posible. Nos gusta estar relajadas después de jugar y disfrutar de largas veladas en las que charlamos de todo. Casa Gaston cumplía con todos los requisitos. No obstante, consideramos que la distribución de los baños no es la más adecuada. Dos baños en la planta baja para dos habitaciones y un baño en la primera planta para tres. Detalles que pueden mejorar futuras estancias serían la mejora de la limpieza e incluir manteles y delantales en la ropa de casa. Por último, destacar la atención de Norma, encantadora.

Leuk huis met zwembad

Helaas was het zwembad niet op te warmen waardoor het in april/mei te koud was om te zwemmen. Huis ziet er mooi uit en ook de tuin was prachtig De omgeving sprak ons minder aan. Op loopafstand weinig te doen en zowiezo in aprl/mei weinig te doen in de omgeving.

Heerlijk ruim huis met mooie tuin en fijn zwembad.

De inrichting is modern en de keukeninventaris zeer compleet. Ook waren er ruim voldoende handdoeken en hebben we genoten van de vele opbergruimte, ruime koelkast en heerlijke badkamers. Een grote aanrader voor families met kinderen.

Tolle Familienferien

Toll gelegen, schöner Garten, hat alles was man braucht für schöne Familienferien. Die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern sind hervorragend. Genügend Badezimmer für alle Gäste. Zu Fuss zum Strand. In Gehdistanz eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Alles in allem sehr entspannte Ferien. Vielen Dank.

Superfijn huis

Heel fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien en leuk ingericht. Wij waren met 2 families dus de drie badkamer kwamen goed van pas. Verblijf in deze woning is zeker aan te bevelen.

Tolles Haus für die ganze Familie

Wir hatten zwei Wochen lang einen schönen Urlaub im Haus in Roche / Spanien. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Strand und verfügt über alles was man man als Familie benötigt. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus ,schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, allerdings ist die Küche mit Ausstattung für so viele Personen etwas klein und könnte großzügiger ausgestattet sein. Ebenfalls die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs ist verbesserungswürdig. Daran sollten die Rinigungskräfte noch arbeiten. Man hatte das Gefühl, es ist etwas klamm im ganzen Haus. Insgesamt dennoch ein schöner Urlaub! Ins besondere der Strand ist traumhaft!

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison. La rénovation très récente est de très bon goût. Quelques petits détails sont tout de même à améliorer comme l'électroménager de la cuisine qui est vétuste ou le jardinier qui vient à 21h30 pour nettoyer la piscine ou régler l'arrosage automatique ! Sinon, le jardin est très agréable et la piscine est superbe. Le quartier est calme. Une très belle plage de sable se trouve à 20 minutes à pieds. Une supérette et quelques commerces à seulement 15 minutes (sur le chemin de la plage). Il y a également une très belle aire de jeux pour les enfants. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison !
