This villa is located in one of the closest gated communities to Disney, just 3 miles away from the attractions. Situated off 192 West in Kissimmee, you'll never run out of things to do with nearby gift shops, designer outlet malls, restaurants, and major supermarkets.

Sunset Lakes is an exclusive, small, gated community, surrounded by tranquil lakes and overlooking a conservation area. The community features a pool, and a recently refurbished play area. Fishing is allowed in the lakes and from the boardwalk.

Our home boasts an open-plan layout, offering spacious and stylish accommodations. Fully furnished to an exceptional standard, it includes modern amenities and an alarm system for peace of mind.

The pool area has a covered lanai with seating, offering peaceful views of the conservation area and lake, where wildlife can often be spotted.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, designed with comfort and a homely feel. The master bedroom has a king-size bed featuring a walk-in wardrobe with shelves and fitted rails. Alongside an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, twin sinks, plenty of soft towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The further queen bedroom and two twin rooms, all with fitted wardrobes, smart TVā€™s, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. The second bathroom also features a bath/shower, twin sinks, soft towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the property.

The spacious living area features a 66" SMART plasma screen TV complemented by surrounding vibrant LED lights. Additionally, thereā€™s a Bluetooth stereo for your entertainment. The comfortable lounge has large sliding patio doors with ample seating for up to 8 people.

The family kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and pizza oven. The open-plan dining area has plenty of seating for everyone and opens onto the pool lanai, perfect for family "alfresco dining."

For safety, the patio door is fitted with a child alarm to signal entry to the pool area.
The pool area includes an abidance of play equipment, colourful lights, and comfortable sun-beds to help you relax and soak up the sun.

The laundry room has a fully fitted washing machine and dryer available, where you can find extra pool/beach towels provided.

Whether you're spending the day at the theme parks or enjoying a relaxing day by the pool, you wonā€™t find a more comfortable vacation than in this "home from home."

The villa was in a fantastic location, spacious and had everything we needed. It was home from home and very much much enjoyed our stay.Audra was spot on with communications and questions were dealt with quickly, Andrew from the management company was great and nothing was too much trouble, such as extra pool towels and sorting an issue with the alarm (our doing).We have been coming to Florida for nearly 18 years and would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Absolutely lovely villa and Audra was amazing at communicating with us. The only disappointment was being unable to use the pool due to lack of heating. We really enjoyed our 3 weeks in this lovely villa. We found it to be clean and in a great location. The pool was great and we picked up the afternoon sunshine nicely. We are a family of 3, myself, husband & one daughter & many pets over the years! We currently live in the beautiful county of Norfolk in the United Kingdom. Both my husband & I are self employed & built our businesses using our own individual skills. Time away is very precious to us, as we don't do it often enough..but when we do, there is always other family members queuing to come along with us to the Florida rental.
We are very lucky & count our blessings everyday for the loving family members we have been given.
We run the Rental property, just like we do our businesses & strive for customer satisfaction at every opportunity we get.
We are encouraged by feedback to improve in any way we can.
we have been visiting Orlando for somewhat 30 years now & in 2009 took the leap of faith to purchase a holiday rental, mainly so our families could benefit with there young children.
The costs have escalated over the years as the area became saturated with more choice & discount hotels, so we offered our beautiful home for short term rental. Along our journey of rental, we have made some amazing friends, from all over the world & many get in touch to return year after year to the rental property...
so we must be doing something right!

The view is amazing, every guest remarks how they love to open the blinds every morning, sit outside on the lanai with a first morning coffee & just listen & watch the wildlife from the conservation area opposite the lake.
The villa is so close to all the main Disney parks which enables you to split the day, which is ideal if you have little ones needing a nap or older generation needing a siesta.
Although its so close, so that you can see & hear the Disney fireworks, the community is so quiet, & many guests comment how peaceful the area is after a manic day at the Parks!
The pool area, gracefully looks out onto the lake, which is so calm & tranquil as the wildlife visit.
Sunset Lakes is a well established community, with 50/50 vacation homes & permanent residents. As a community we have a board of directors whom are responsible for the budget & maintain the high standards expected from both residents & guests.
Onsite, we have a newly refurbished broad-walk at a cost of $13,000 where guests can fish, relax or just chat to locals. The play area has been designed for safety in mind with soft flooring & fully enclosed from the road. The community have a large outside pool with its own deckchairs, changing facilities with showers which again is a great area to get to know more of the Sunset Lakes friendly families.

We have been rental property owners for 16 years, and advertise just with the Expedia Group. We offer all round rental as Florida has no seasons & Disney never closes (except for covid- but we won't mention that word again!)
We operate an electronic door-lock system which is set to your chosen memorable code, so no extra driving to pick-up keys. We recommend pool heating from October to April which is an additional charge, which can be added to your booking, just let us know a few days before your arrival.
