We are a family of 3, myself, husband & one daughter & many pets over the years! We currently live in the beautiful county of Norfolk in the United Kingdom. Both my husband & I are self employed & built our businesses using our own individual skills. Time away is very precious to us, as we don't do it often enough..but when we do, there is always other family members queuing to come along with us to the Florida rental.
We are very lucky & count our blessings everyday for the loving family members we have been given.
We run the Rental property, just like we do our businesses & strive for customer satisfaction at every opportunity we get.

we have been visiting Orlando for somewhat 30 years now & in 2009 took the leap of faith to purchase a holiday rental, mainly so our families could benefit with there young children.
The costs have escalated over the years as the area became saturated with more choice & discount hotels, so we offered our beautiful home for short term rental. Along our journey of rental, we have made some amazing friends, from all over the world & many get in touch to return year after year to the rental property...
so we must be doing something right!

The view is amazing, every guest remarks how they love to open the blinds every morning, sit outside on the lanai with a first morning coffee & just listen & watch the wildlife from the conservation area opposite the lake.
The villa is so close to all the main Disney parks which enables you to split the day, which is ideal if you have little ones needing a nap or older generation needing a siesta.
Although its so close, so that you can see & hear the Disney fireworks, the community is so quiet, & many guests comment how peaceful the area is after a manic day at the Parks!
The pool area, gracefully looks out onto the lake, which is so calm & tranquil as the wildlife visit.
Sunset Lakes is a well established community, with 50/50 vacation homes & permanent residents. As a community we have a board of directors whom are responsible for the budget & maintain the high standards expected from both residents & guests.
Onsite, we have a newly refurbished broad-walk at a cost of $13,000 where guests can fish, relax or just chat to locals. The play area has been designed for safety in mind with soft flooring & fully enclosed from the road. The community have a large outside pool with its own deckchairs, changing facilities with showers which again is a great area to get to know more of the Sunset Lakes friendly families.

We have been rental property owners for 16 years, and advertise just with the Expedia Group. We offer all round rental as Florida has no seasons & Disney never closes (except for covid- but we won't mention that word again!)
We operate an electronic door-lock system which is set to your chosen memorable code, so no extra driving to pick-up keys. We recommend pool heating from October to April which is an additional charge, which can be added to your booking, just let us know a few days before your arrival.
