Sunset Lakes is an exclusive, small, gated community, surrounded by tranquil lakes and overlooking a conservation area. The community features a pool, and a recently refurbished play area. Fishing is allowed in the lakes and from the boardwalk.

Our home boasts an open-plan layout, offering spacious and stylish accommodations. Fully furnished to an exceptional standard, it includes modern amenities and an alarm system for peace of mind.

The pool area has a covered lanai with seating, offering peaceful views of the conservation area and lake, where wildlife can often be spotted.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, designed with comfort and a homely feel. The master bedroom has a king-size bed featuring a walk-in wardrobe with shelves and fitted rails. Alongside an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, twin sinks, plenty of soft towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The further queen bedroom and two twin rooms, all with fitted wardrobes, smart TV’s, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. The second bathroom also features a bath/shower, twin sinks, soft towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the property.

The spacious living area features a 66" SMART plasma screen TV complemented by surrounding vibrant LED lights. Additionally, there’s a Bluetooth stereo for your entertainment. The comfortable lounge has large sliding patio doors with ample seating for up to 8 people.

The family kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and pizza oven. The open-plan dining area has plenty of seating for everyone and opens onto the pool lanai, perfect for family "alfresco dining."

For safety, the patio door is fitted with a child alarm to signal entry to the pool area.
The pool area includes an abidance of play equipment, colourful lights, and comfortable sun-beds to help you relax and soak up the sun.

The laundry room has a fully fitted washing machine and dryer available, where you can find extra pool/beach towels provided.
