Second floor has a bedroom with a dobule bed and a pull-out bed for an extra person, and a fully furnished bathroom accessible for disabled persons. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea and the Marina, and a jacuzzi, completely hidden from view. All the rooms have AC, the ground floor has floor heating, and the house is equipped with an elevator, and a special vehicle for disabled persons.
