Near the tea room / restaurant of Boa Nova by the architect Siza Vieira and the natural pools of Leça by the same architect. Thirty minutes from Casa da Música, Serralves Museum and Ribeira in Porto.
The apartment was located in a closed condominium, with excellent living conditions.
The front of the apartment has a bike path, as well as a marginal one with a walkway.
For those who like horses there is an equestrian center, there is a cartodrome and there is also a sailing school in the Port of Leixões.
